Super courteous and professional. Had to reschedule last minute due to work. He had no problems with it. Cleaned 3 bedrooms, I family area rug, microfiber sofa (that was filthy!) and our dog chair (which was bad too). All super clean!

Provider was responsive and was able to squeeze my job in when business was really busy during the week of Thanksgiving. He was prompt, professional and did a great job on the house. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Chad arrived on time and was very thorough in discussing our needs. He was very professional yet personable and gave us much needed advice. I didn't think the cream colored carpet on our well-traveled stairways could ever look clean again but they now look brand new! We will definitely call Chad again and recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

We were very pleased with the attention to detail and care that was evident in the job. For example guards were placed at all corners to be sure there was no scraping with hoses or equipment. The carpets were beautifully cleaned. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

OKAY. I can't remember what we paid for this because receipt is at my father's apartment. BUT they were great. Came on short notice. Gave us advice on best approach to cleaning fragile velvet chair and did this for us as well as fragile velvet loveseat, a couple armchairs and a rug or two. It made some very loved but dingy furniture look better when we moved my Dad to an assisted living apartment.

Excellent service. Was very pleased that Chad took the time to come to the home and give an estimate instead of just quoting over the phone. Actually looked at the condition of my carpet and took measurements of the areas to be cleaned. Chad was able to remove some long existing stains and took the time to dye match a problem area. Very professional.

Chad is one of the most professional gentlemen I have met. He showed up on time and was extremely courteous. He did a great job with cleaning of the carpets as we have 2 dogs and Im constantly dragging in dirt from outside. Would definitely use him in the future.

This is the second time using Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning. Both times Chad did a great job. We have always used a much larger company in the past and always got a different person to come out. Since Chad does all the work himself he is familiar with our house and the services performed in the past. Chad arrived at our home within a day of our phoning him. He removed the rugs, photographed inspected and proceeded to inform us of his findings. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to doing the best possible job.

Chad is impressive. He called the morning of our appointment to confirm the time. He arrived ready to go to work. We showed him the rugs we were interested in having cleaned and he examine each of them. He took 5 of the rugs with him that day. He would pre-test each of them and treat them according to need. Once the tests were complete, Chad e-mailed us with a detailed estimate and description of services for each individual piece. He returned a week later with the rugs. We could not have been more please. Chad also cleaned my finished basement wall to wall carpet. He was able to remove 2 spots that I have been unable to get rid of for years. The carpet looks wonderful. He took the remainder of the rugs we needed to have cleaned and I look forward to them being returned in great condition. I would highly recommend Chad and Personal Touch Carpet for all of your carpet needs. He has spent the last several years doing extensive research and training in the proper care of oriental and Persian rugs. Having lived in the Middle East (and purchasing most of our collection there) I am confident in Chad's knowledge and treatment of our rugs.

Excellent! He was very professional during the walk through and took his time discussing problem areas. He said it would take about 2 hours and he was here 2 1/2. Our carpet looks like new. He did a wonderful job.
