Excellent! My carpets look like new. Best cleaning I have ever had on any of my carpets over the years. Highly recommend. He took his time and was very thorough. The extra care he took resulted in my carpets looking consistently clean from area to are and Tom to room!

Excellent. First time we used service for carpet cleaning-very pleased. Last time had hardwood floors done-also very pleased.

Chad was very easy to work with and was able to work around our movers schedule and the buyers timeline. We had 2 large carpeted rooms cleaned which had a lot of wear and fade but they came up very nicely and the buyers were pleased with the results. I would definitely use Personal Touch again for future carpet cleaning.

We hired Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning when we bought a house, the difference in the floors is night and day. Tile that had what looked to be dark gray grout now has beige grout. Carpets that were deeply stained are refreshed and have a whole new life. We are extremely happy with our results and would rehire again 100%. I recommend this company to anyone.

Chad Landis (the owner) arrived as per agreed scheduled time. After 2 minutes of discussion about the job scope he immediately staged his equipment and proceeded to perform the cleaning Work was professionally performed including the fact that he wore paper booties while working in my house. While he also cleaned my stair carpet he went beyond what he was contracted to do and also cleaned my carpet at the end of the stairs on the 2nd floor hallway . Went beyond what he was to do. I very much appreciated that he saw that the hallway cleaning would compliment the stairway cleaning. This is the second time I have utilized his service and would Highly recommend his company to all.

After having our large LR hand woven wool rug done, we were so happy had 4 other rugs in our home cleaned. We were throughly pleased with the service that Chad provived for us.

This was a refreshing experience. The job was scheduled, confirmations for the job were communicated timely and not over or under done. We had our 10 year old carpets cleaned including stairs, landing, 4 bedrooms and some closets and one upholstered chair. The carpets turned our phenomenal, granted we are not rough on our carpet but Chad seems very meticulous and thorough! The chair looks great as well. Absolutely no complaints here and I would recommend "Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning" to anyone I know and will pass their name on to our real estate agent as well. A class act!

Chad was very personal and did a wonderful job of cleaning my couch. I am very pleased with the outcome. I regret not taking before an after pixs as it is that much better.

The carpet looked great - stains totally removed!

Chad was professional, polite, and punctual. He was able to remove all the stains, dirt and debris. Even most of the signs of wear were removed. Only slight signs of usual wear and tear remained when he was finished and even that was barely noticeable. In short, the carpets and furniture looked almost like new. Thanks for a job very well done.

The result was excellent! My white carpet looked superb when he was finished. The carpet was filthy in the Dining Room because we use it nearly every week. I was pleasantly surprised that all the good stains were removed. Several years ago, when I bought my house, we noticed pet stains caused previous owner's dog on the white carpet in the den. Chad removed the yellow pet stain and I was so pleased that I knew I would never call any other carpet cleaner again. It's been 11 years that I have used only Chad for my carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning needs. We also call Chad to clean the carpets of our rental units. He goes a superb job.

This is the second time Chad has cleaned our carpeting. Last year we had the basement family room and stairways done. This year we had five bedrooms, a hallway and stairways done. There were some spill spots and foot traffic areas that I didn't expect could come clean but, once again, Chad made our old cream colored carpeting look brand new! He always arrives right on time; he's very pleasant and professional and does a superior job! I would recommend him to anybody.

Fantastic! Chad was very thorough and professional, I wasn't expecting the carper cleaner to be dressed nicer than I was! I received a text that he was on his way and when he had finished so I was prepared time-wise. We walked through the house and reviewed each room. He measured and noted any spots or stains that would need extra attention. We then talked through the various options and prices. I appreciated that he was very honest about what each carpet would need. It wasn't just a universal treatment process. He then got started working. I was pleased with the amount of time it took to clean and treat everything, he had originally estimated 4-6 hours and he worked 5 hours. He worked hard to treat some stains from the previous owner, I'm very please with how the carpets turned out. He also did a great job explaining everything to me and really educating a new home owner. He knows carpets! I will definitely use Personal Touch again. I'm thinking about having them clean our furniture next.
