Description of Work: They had installed a roof heater and the unit went out during the worst snow storm ever in January. Corey drove to my home in terrible weather, climbed on my roof, and ran an extension cord as a temporary fix. We are working together to find a solution as the original boxes are faulty.

Description of Work: Cory replaced our broken sewer pipe under the slab in the basement. Removed concrete and dirt, fixed the issue and cemented the pipe back in place. Also, replaced our sump pump. Cory was a pleasure to work with. The job was very messy and time consuming. Our carpets in the basement got some dirt on them (it was unavoidable). Cory paid to have the carpets cleaned. He is a very consciousness businessman and stands behinds his work. We were very happy with the end result.

Description of Work: Installed a hanging unit that I purchased from Costco. Seemed unprepared with it's installation as they did have to piece it together. I thought by giving them the info ahead of time, they may have looked into prior to showing up. The men did have to leave to purchase a tool or something to attach it from the ceiling/walls. Just seemed like it took a lot longer than I anticipated, therefore I had to pay more out-of-pocket than expected. I also wish they would have given me some guidance/recommendations, as now I have to have my sons move it to t he other wall. I hadn't completely thought it through. Oh well.
