It was the best! From the very beginning his partner Frank worked with me to set up the appointment and kept me informed. We exchanged a number of emails and I sent him pictures and details of the items to be installed. Cory called as he was headed to my house to do the work. When he arrived we decided where everything would be positioned and Cory made a list of all the parts he needed and went off to pick them up. He only charged me exactly what he paid for the parts. When he returned he went right to work starting with the hot water heater. He ran the electric and connected all the plumbing for it and moved on to the water softener. He had to remove an old softener and remove some other piping to make that work. I was very happy that he removed all the old stuff and took it away. I had to assist him with the shower enclosure as each of the glass pieces weighed close to 50 pounds. He did a great job reading the directions and drilling the holes through the tile. The price listed above is what it would it cost including all the parts he picked up to do the job and what it would have cost without the discounts I received through the Angie's List special. I was thrilled at the cost. I paid more than that to have a single hot water heater installed in a rental property recently. Cory's work was the highest quality and he has the best work ethic I have seen in a long time. He is extremely capable and I look forward to using him for additional work!

He arrived within the time frame I was given. The faucet he brought was exactly what I wanted. It took approximately 40 minutes to install the faucet. He then looked at another plumbing issue I had and made a minor repair at no extra charge.

Corey came to look at my elderly hot tub. Knowing the I really didn't want to spend a lot of money on fixing this, Corey found out the problem was the motor. The motor isn't the most expensive thing to break but he managed to get a new motor and install it within a week. Corey fixed it within my small budget. This was the second time Corey came and rescued us, so now I have hired him to install my new propane powered generator. I'll let you know, but I expect no issues that Corey can't fix.

Corey had to order the pump from California, it came in on Monday late. On Tuesday Corey showed up ready to work with the pump. He did a marvelous job wrapping all the lines then dropping in the pump. The moment of truth and it didn't work. By now it was late afternoon. Corey promised us that by the time he left that day we would have water I think he didn't count on getting a defective pump. At that point he left to go to Home Depot to get a new pump and start the process all over again. The man worked until 11pm that night but he kept his promise we had water. He kept his promise and I will and have called him again. An A just doesn't really cut it with Corey, he goes above and beyond.

Cory and his partner were great to work with. Very responsive, quick, and did a great job. We are getting ready to rent out our house and plan to hire him again to help with maintenance calls as needed, among other things.

I assumed I'd need to replace the whole deck area but was very surprised that I didn't need to do that; just the defective area was repaired, saving me a bunch of money. The work done appears to have been done properly with 'no corners' cut, etc. For the money paid, and the work done, I think they have done a good job. My biggest compliment I'd give to this company is that they only only do - and charge for - what's necessary. Several companies I've dealt with in the past just keep suggesting additional work - whether it needs doing or not - so ends up costing a fortune. I'm really not interested in paying for additional work that really isn't necessary, and this company didn't operate like that. As a result of my satisfaction with the work done, and assuming the work holds up (which I expect it to) I intend to give as much of my home improvement repair work to this company as they are willing to undertake.

Two men came in cleaned the sewer lines, checked them, cleaned out any residue and checked them again. They were polite and gave senior discount.. Their price was 1/3 the price of another company I received a quote from. They were done in a little over an hour.

Everything went very smoothly. Contractor arrived promptly and was very hardworking. We are very pleased with the results -- excellent work quality, customer service and pricing!! The work was performed in a timely manner ensuring a high quality work product. Cory's professionalism and strong work ethic is very apparent.. Knowing that drilling through tiles is tricky I was very nervous to have just anyone install the shower grab bars. Corey McArdle obviously had lots of experience and within minutes I was no longer worried. It took him 40 minutes to install and caulk 3 grab bars. He is now my go to guy for home repairs. Excellent service for the second time.

After heavy, soaking rains a few weeks ago that left water in the basement that required bailing, I decided it was time for a sump pump. I spoke with 4 different service providers regarding this job and Cory was a clear choice. He did have a and quot;specialand quot; going on at the time, which was very nice, but he was more thorough in his assessment of the issues than the others too. When he came to perform the job, he worked diligently until the job was completed. When finished, he tested the performance of the equipment installed, explained it to me, and cleaned up the work area beautifully. He is a very knowledgeable young man in a lot of fields, and has an excellent work ethic. I would absolutely hire him again.

Great deal. This young man has a great business model. He advertisies his charges up front, so there are no nasty surprises. He offers drain cleaning for $89.00 for the first 90 minutes. Far cheaper than anyone else in the area. And he does not watch the clock. He does not charge more for week ends or evenings either. I have used other local plumbers and I feel their fees are excessive. McArdle Home Services was about the same as me renting equipment from a rental company. For just a few dollars more, I got a professional and he did all the dirty work. A very nice man, Cory, worked quickly and professionally. Best $89.00 I spent. I have told all my friends about this great deal!
