Wow, what can I say???? What didn't he do???? He came to my home to replace a water expansion tank. As it turns out, I also had no cold water pressure on the third level of my home for four days. He tried to troubleshoot the cause, we were both hoping for an easy fix. The short story is that he had to pull out the double vanity, tear up the floor and dry wall in order to install new cold water piping, as we could not find the source of the blockage, and he did it with a smile. He is so pleasant to work with, taking very good care to be neat. He put on shoe covers. Kept me informed of everything he was doing and why. My anxiety of having major work like this done was all relieved, I felt that I was in very capable hands. I have a few more projects that need to be done in my home and I plan to utilize his expertise, as he is such a joy to have come to your home. Thank you so much Cory!!!!

Cory was very professional and communicated very well with me during the installation. He thoroughly tested the install to make sure there weren't any leaks. I then asked him to give an estimate for some other work, which he took the time to do while he was onsite. This would've been an overall A, but he was late due to trouble with his work van, but neglected to call and let me know. I had taken a vacation day and was just about ready to head into work when he finally called me to let me know his status. He ended up only being about 40-45 minutes late......I just wish he would've notified me. In summary, I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic and would recommend him. In fact, I may be using him for another plumbing job coming up.

i was very impressed with Cory. He treated me extremely well. When he was running late for my appointment he called to keep me informed and eventually had to reschedule for the next day. The next day he was on time and he cleaned out my sewer line which was a very difficult task. I had some followup concerns with the drain pipe under the basement. He returned and did not charge me to ensure that was flowing smoothly. i would definitely hire him again. It is refreshing to have a professional plumber treat customers fairly and professionally.

Cory and his assistant were punctual and came in and went straight to work. They finished each project efficiently and did an excellent job and even offered advice on some other things that can be done to improve our home....will definitely use McArdle Home Services in the future.

Couldn't be more pleased! I worked with Cory McArdle and his partner, Frank to get my home repairs scheduled and finished. They were patient with busy schedules and made me feel like a valued client. Cory's work is thorough and well crafted. He took the time to talk with me and help me find the source of a plumbing leak. He then helped me get it repaired for very little cost. Exceptional value! Cory also took the time to tell/teach me things I had not known about the construction of our home which gave me a better perspective on the durability and quality of the place (and what we might expect in the years to come). I'll hire McArdle Home Services again for sure, and I would urge any others out there in need of a trustworthy, reliable, quality contractor to do so also.

Corey and Rob were great! They were here at a reasonable time, and they worked really hard all day for 3 days. They are both very personable and pleasant and trustworthy. I had to go out for a couple of hours while they were working and I didn't think twice about it. The wall is up and looks great. The french doors look amazing. We are very happy with their services and we are using them again in the fall to install our propane fireplace.

They arrived on time, were very professional, got more done than we expected in the four hours that we had paid for. We are planning to use them again.

These folks are / this company (McArdle Home Services) is terrific. Last week, based on an Angie?s List recommendation, I had bought a 4-hour block of electrical work. I needed McArdle to do what I erroneously had thought was a relatively simple task ? putting in a light fixture and a switch / outlet. Trying to make a long story as short as possible, my wife & I live in a 100-year old (or so) house. Last winter, my son-in-law and I had remodeled a pantry room (old mud room). It had a working, but obsolete fixture. About a month ago, my son & I tried to put in the new fixture and learned that there no longer was any power. Eventually, I realized it was time to have a certified electrician check things out. As it turned out, it took more than 4 hours to figure out and solve the problem. To my surprise and dismay, a small part of our wiring is knob & tube. That had to be dealt with, plus some drilling through a solid brick wall. Cory (McArdle) and his associate were everything I could hope for: prompt, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. McArdle took longer than what I had paid for, but charged me not a penny more. The company does much more than electrical work, so I intend to use them for many projects that I can?t do myself. They called and asked if they could arrive earlier than set time (Which worked out well for me). While replacing item, they provided a thorough explanation of the process and how to care for the new one. They were extremely friendly. They informed me of their other services only after I inquired and were never pushy. I have no problem referring them or using their services again.

It went very well. They were very professional and arrived on time. It was great.

The job I needed done was small. Cory came out gave me an estimate, also was very helpful with some other ideas I had regarding work on our kitchen and back of house. Cory came back to do the work. He had to reschedule the work a few times because they were in the middle of another huge project. I understood. They kindly cut some cost off the price because they kept rescheduling. Cory did the work, he did a good job. In my own ignorance, I didn't realize the harder part with drywall repair was the sanding and cleanup, not the actual spackeling (spelling?). They did the spacle and I did the sanding, I am planning on having McArdle home Services back to do some more work for us.

The electrician & handyman from McArdle home improvements were right on time. They were very pleasant and friendly. They completed the jobs that needed to be done and they cleaned up after themselves. All of the electrical work was completed.

Issue was quickly resolved. We have relied on Corey's top notch home services for over a year and have never been disappointed with his quality of work and level of service. Simply put, he is the BEST contractor we have ever worked with!! We have used him for all home service issues -- electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. He is very trustworthy, reliable, efficient and very competitively priced. We will never use another contractor!!

EXCELLENT! That's the only thing I can think to say. Corey and ? were there on time and they listened well while my husband explained what we wanted, They went right to work,they were very conscience and pleasant and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Before they left we asked them to come back to do two framing and electrical projects. I would definitely recommend you hire this company

Frank was very responsive to my emails or phone calls, very professional and reassuring that the job would be done Cory promptly arrived at the agreed upon time, and was very professional in calling to let me know he was on his way, aluminum panel was replaced in no time, and he called to imform me the job was compeleted Since the job did not last the entire 4 hrs, Frank communicated with me immediately to identify how to complete another job within the time period I had remaining. Although I had to reschedule a couple times due to work obligations, they were very patient and worked with me to perform the remaining job at a date and time that was convenient for both parties Cory again arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and did a fabulous job with installation of the knobs for the cabinet Thank you both for your excellent service, I would certainly use yoru services again in the near future Genevieve

McArdle was contacted by my Warranty Company, American Home Shield. Cory arrived within 48 hours and looked over the old heater which he determined needed to be replaced. He replaced the heater. No problem so far. He was polite and informative about this call and other issues.

Excellent service! I called Cory on Sunday evening because our main drain was backing up in to our laundry room. We could not flush, take showers, etc. Cory was kind enough to fit us in his busy schedule on Monday evening. Cory used the jetter to unclog the main drain. He spent about 1-1/2 hours at our house, even used the camera to make sure it was clear and only charged us for the hour he quoted us. We could not have asked for better service. Thank you!

Cory was there when promised. He had a bit of an issue with the installation because the new sink has square corners instead of round as the sink that had been there and therefore it took a bit longer to install and the brackets that came with the new sink didn't quite fit due to the clearance of the counter top. That evening the front panel of the cabinet fell off, but Cory was there the next day to fix it and haven't had an issue with it. Love my new sink!!!!

Excellent! Friendly service. Squeezed us in to keep us from having to wait 3 weeks. Did a great job and saved us tons of money. It's hard to find a good, honest plumber. We are so happy to have found them!!

Corey arrived early and got right to work moving from task to task quickly but doing a thorough job. I had a whole list with no idea how much he would be able to get done in four hours. He got everything done even with having to make a hardware store run. He is very knowledgeable of all things plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, contracting. Don't hesitate to buy the big deal, or use make sure to take time to think through your list of stuff that needs done since it will probably take him less time than you think. This is really a great way to get all those projects that have been sitting around done and off the list. He was just here and I already bought another deal to have him to install an external light and I'm dreaming about having him redo my basement!

He went above and beyond my expectations and gave tips for upkeep and maintenance.
