I killed my old computer by accidentally spilling coffee on it. I got a new one and called Lou. He was recommended by a friend who was happy with not only his service but also with his fees. He came over the next day. He was able to retrieve all of my information from the old hard drive and set up my computer as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has a computer issue.

Lou responded to my inquiry in a timely fashion and we set up an appointment for next day. This was extremely important to me since I was without any computing resources. Additionally, Lou's prices for an in-home service call were fair as was the price for replacing the defective parts. Lou was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service was spectacular and much better than some of the "national" big-box companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

WELL DONE LOU!! Was a little difficult to connect with at first however once we spoke I turned my laptop over the same day, received a quote for repair that very day and had my laptop repaired and returned back to me in that same week. Expedient, reliable, informative and fairly priced. I will certainly recommend this company to friends, family and co-workers in the future.
