Mr. Kahn was very courteous and understanding. Because of my age (81) he offered to pickup and return my laptop. I am completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him.

Lou was great in helping us track down the bottlenecks in our network and wifi system. He was quick to respond and provide an invoice in a timely fashion. I will certainly call on him again.

Mr. Kahn was amazing. He was able to fix my e-mail problem in just a few minutes. What a pleasure to deal with him. He called at the scheduled time, worked remotely so I did not have to bring my computer to him, and his degree of efficiency was of the highest level. I certainly would endorse him as my "go to guy" if I ever had ANY sort of computer problem in the future.

The service was great for pickup and delivery. However you may save some money if you are able to deliver and pickup yourself. The upgrade to my laptop was excellent.

They were prompt, personable and knowledgeable. My specific needs were identified and corrected. I had an additional issue the following day and they got back to me within a half hour or shorter of my text. This was my first experience with KahnnectIT, LLC, I am quite satisfied and if I have other IT issues they will be my first choice.

Very easy to work with and professional.

I had a difficult printer problem...even though Lou worked on it for over an hour and a half, Lou confirmed that the printer was defective and it was in my best interest to return it to Epson. I wanted to make sure that was the right decision before I began the frustrating return process. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to try to fix the problem.

I received same day service! I received a window-of-time and a call when Lou was on his way. Lou is very professional, friendly, and really knows what he is doing. I will contact him again, if I have any more computer/printer issues. To me that is a treasure!!!
