It was good. The actual deal was good but I think something I had to buy from them was kind of expensive.

The work done went well and he explained what he was doing and why. Because one of our pieces of equipment is fairly dated, he was not able to provide all the improvements we requested.

Joe and his team did a great job wall mounting our TV and sound bar. They showed up early and got everything done quickly and left area clean and gave an overview on operating TV with the sound system. Joe is also very easy to work with and very responsive over email which made it very easy to get everything arranged.

I was having trouble finding someone to mount my TV in the basement for a reasonable price and in a reasonable timeframe. I found jFAB Design on Angie's List and gave them a call on a Saturday. Joe answered my call (no voicemail and return call needed) and relayed that he would be in my area the next day (YES, SUNDAY!) for another installation and could stop by after that appointment was finished to do my job, if I was available. I jumped on it as that meant no need to take a day off from work. Joe and his associate arrived on the early side of the window he had given me and got right to work. They were both SO POLITE, it was a real pleasure! They finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up any mess they had made, and took the time to show me how everything worked with the remote they had programmed. I cannot express how delighted I was with their demeanor and professionalism, not to mention that they came out on a Sunday!!!!! I would definitely recommend Joe for any job, big or small! Joe was very responsive, and professional. He came out to the house at the specified time and sent a quote to me very quickly. I scheduled the work and my customer and I were very pleased with his installation. JFab did such a great job that I have used Joe and his company several other times on various jobs.

It was great and worth it. It took them awhile to get here because they had so many people respond but it was very good. We will definitely use them again to do some upgrades. They did a lot of stuff. They were here for couple of hours. They were great.

As part of a full renovation of the house we were planning of including elements of home automation (lights, thermostats, in-ceiling speakers). After going through various meetings and quotes from different home automation providers (each pretty much with their own agenda) we found JFab Design through Angie's list. Joe Fabricio, was not only extremely responsive, but also took the time to go through the house with us, listen to my ideas and provided a quote that would fit the budget initially planned for that part of the renovation. He is by far the most straight up guy I dealt with in this type of business and really seems to think about your specific needs/wants. Unfortunately, due to other unexpected overages with the renovation, we are having to postpone the home automation part, but WILL work with him in the future.

Great service. Reached out to several vendors for quotes and all were in line for the most part. Went with JFab for the good reviews and they were definitely great. Quote process: seamless, Joe was very responsive to my emails. Setup Process: Joe proposed a date, which was amenable to me Day of Service: Prompt arrival although the technicians thought they would be late (I was notified). Technicians were very friendly and we spoke on several aspects that would help with the TV itself and advice for other items. I got the full-swivel mount, which added to the cost of everything so please keep in mind if you are comparing prices. Overall: Great - I probably won't have anything for a while to mount; however, I would call JFab. The technician showed me pictures of other setups they have done that was way more complex than just a 1BR apartment TV mounting like mine and I was very impressed. Thanks JFab.

Joe was prompt and was able to identify the problems I had created and worked out solutions. He has great knowledge and made it simple for me to understand the problems so they would not be repeated. I would highly recommend him for this type service.

It was great--actually enjoyable. Very low key and almost like working with a friend. Joe was very patient and offered great solutions and thoughts on the whole home theater process. I Bought a coupon and was contacted within 24 hours. As suggested I took pictures of the are before the work was done so they could see what they had to work with and I took the extra step to send a PDF file of the installation instructions. Joe explained the whole procedure to my spouse, hooked up the unit and cleaned up 100% when the job was done . He taught my wife how to listen to CD's and play movies and listen to the Music cannels from my cable TV provider. I was very happy with the job & would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have used jFab. I can not say enough good about the communication, quality of work, professionalism. You will not be disappointed working with Joe and Keith.

Joe and his partner did a great job. They worked quickly but did not compromise on quality. Joe was extremely helpful in answering some of my questions as he was doing the job. I was very impressed with how mindful they were on some little details like putting shoe coverings on their feet when they came into the house, keeping their work area very neat and clean and thoroughly cleaning-up after they were finished. They were able to get my mount installed very quickly and they tested everything to make sure it worked property before leaving. I would definitely use JFab Design again in the future.

They were excellent to work with. The quality of the work was great and they cleaned up after themselves. The charge for the labor was reasonable however the only downside was that I could have gotten the 3 12ft HDMI cables for $12 each at home depot but JFab charged me $40 per (the price wasn't made clear before hand). I would definitely call JFab again.

The technician was also conscious of keeping the house clean (brought vacuum and wore booties over his shoes) and left no debris behind. I will definitely hire this company again for installation of another TV in my basement.

Went beautifully from beginning to end. Joe was responsive to my initial request for service. He took the time to determine what I needed and made recommendations for audio stands. He ordered the materials for me. Joe showed up on time and did a terrific job. He did the TV mount, put my audio rack together and hooked up all of my components. He was careful with my hardwood floors and kept the workspace neat. He was friendly and professional. I recommend Joe without hesitation and will definitely use his services for any future AV needs.

Sorry it took me a month to write this review, but I have been busy watching my new TV. I purchased the $99 for 2 hours deal from Angie's List. That covered the first hour of time (2 men). Because my component cabinet arrived late to the furniture store, and I needed time to go and pick it up, I contacted Joe and asked him if he could delay his arrival a couple hours, which he was able to do. Joe and Keith arrived right on time, slipped on their shoe covers and got right to work. They unpacked all the components, hung the TV on the wall and connected everything up, reusing my existing speakers which I had mounted myself about 15 years ago. I asked Joe to provide the TV wall mount, which he did and he also supplied the necessary cabling. Roughly 3 hours later I had a clean, professionally installed home theater. They ran the cables inside the wall and installed a couple of nice finish pieces in the holes they had cut. Joe and Keith calibrated the speakers, tuned the video and audio and cleaned up when they were finished. It would have been nice to receive an itemized bill, since they supplied the wall mount and the cabling, etc. I don't really know how much of my bill was labor and how much was parts, so I can't really say what it cost for the 2 hrs or so above the prepaid hour (the deal). This is why I gave them a B on price. All in all, I am really happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Overall good experience. Vendor was friendly and courteous. Vendor was not totally familiar with equipment, which led to longer installation time - which was reflected in price. I felt in light of this, adjustments could have been made for a lower price for the completed job. Although the vendor never broke down / went over the final time spent on the job (what I was being charged) with me, I just paid the requested amount when the job was completed. As a result, I ultimately bear responsibility for any perception of being overcharged for work performed.

The quality of their work, their communication, their professionalism and their responsiveness were good.

It could not have gone better. Needed help setting up a smart tv and I got exactly what I needed. JFab Design was terrific!
