Joe and his team are great to work with! They helped us with a complete gut renovation of our home that included integrated Soundsystem speakers throughout the house and backyard, multiple TV installs and a home security system. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we were updated throughout the entire process, including completion of the project, and a follow up to ensure everything was working properly once we were in the home. I highly recommend Joe and his teams for all high-tech installs, and will be using him again in the future.

Can't speak highly enough of Joe and Keith. They mounted 3 TVs and setup our Sonos network in our new house, including the installation of speakers throughout the house (including on our patio). Joe was incredibly easy to deal with, very responsive, reasonable for pricing, and we could not be happier with the outcome. The TVs look great and the sounds system sounds incredible. They cleaned up my AV rack, made the Sonos setup extremely easy and were overall a pleasure to work with.

I called the #, he said he would call back in an hour. Five hours later after no call-back, I called him. Poor connection probably due to his location, he said he had my # and would call. Never happened.

We had Joe and JFab Design mount two flat screen TVs and conceal all wiring in the walls. JFab did an amazing job from start to finish. Communication was always great (they needed to reschedule the appointment but were very prompt in getting this done). Installers arrived on time during scheduled window and were very knowledgeable. Job was complicated (thin walls, difficult to conceal wiring, etc) but they worked hard and got it done the right way. Everything looked great when they were finished - you can really notice their attention to detail and desire to do the job the right way. Bill was sent and everything was exactly as we agreed upon when I booked the job. Thanks Joe and JFab! Highly recommend!

After consulting with the technician, I decided to replace my malfunctioning programmable IR remote and upgrade to a new, web-based remote control system. The tech was great and very easy to work with, taking great care to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was. Also, Joe (ie JFab) is very easy to work with. While he's never actually been onsite for either of the jobs I'd hired JFab Design to do at my home, he has always been available by email and always very responsive, as I've never had to wait long for his reply. One thing too to keep in mind- things can get expensive when you're paying for service with a high hourly rate so it's a good idea to not interrupt the technician while he's working and to just stick to the facts when the tech requests info from you. Time is money.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The guys who installed the mount were polite and professional and their work was impressive. This job exceeded our expectations and we will be hiring again.

These guys are the best! Joe and Keith came out on a Sunday to do the work. They were very professional and very personable. They made sure the job was done right and answered all my questions. They even did a thorough walkthrough on how to adjust the mount etc. Do not use any anyone else for this job! The job was done excellent at a price others would have charged 3 times to do (keep in mind this was a stone wall which the stone was not even or smooth). Would recommend that will use again! Flawlessly. Well worth every single penny. I'd hire them again without a moment's hesitation and will refer them to anyone.

Their price was a little on the high side compared with some competitors, but the work was spectacular. They supplied all equipment (even the mounting bracket). They initially hooked up all of the components the way that I had them set out, but it didn't look right to me when they were finished (too crowded). No problem--they took apart everything and did it again! I'm not much of a complainer, but they weren't going to leave until I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them. One very minor downside was that they had a lot of trouble finding parking and I had to help. I don't think that they are used to working in the city much...

The owner was prompt in his response and came out as scheduled; however, when we received the emailed quote, there was an attempt to increase the price by almost $300 for something we did not ask for initially and we were not notified of the change. Further, when asked about the increase and if there were other options or ability to work on the price, there was no response from that point on. Needless to say, we did not go with JFab and would not in the future. Very unprofessional.

The installation went well. Keith was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.

He did a wonderful job. He was great about accommodating my schedule and his communication was superb. They do very good work and they take the time to explain their recommendations, which is something I really appreciated. You can really tell they care about their customers. I would highly recommend him, and I'm glad I called. This deal was actually the second time I had used them, and I plan to use them in the future. I've already told a few people about these guys, and I will continue to do so.

Everything about the experience was A+ The technician arrived exactly on time and did a very professional and thorough job. He checked everything out before he left the house to make sure the TV was working perfectly. He was courteous and made sure everything was neat and clean at the end. They are easy to work with, responsive, and their equipment prices were competitive with other retail prices. They know what they are doing.

They did a great job. Everyone comments about how great the TV looks on the wall. They did a great job determining where to put the TV up. They have a great system in which they create a box at the bottom as a hub in which to connect other devices. I am using them again for another service.

Joe patiently answered several questions and provided estimates before I scheduled an appointment. Keith and Kevin showed up a few minutes early, and talked me through the options. They were professional and personable, taking off their shoes every time they came into the house after getting supplies from their truck and removing all packaging after the installation. It took approximately 3 hours to install the mounting bracket (which I provided), run the HDMI cables to the basement, hang the tv and install the transmitter. I received an invoice the next day and was pleased I could pay online by credit card or Paypal. I would definitely use JFab Design again based on the quality of the work and positive interaction with the three staff members.

Joe delivered the design, help me coordinate with other suppliers and peformed the job with the highest quality and on time/budget. He is very good at what he does and would highly recommend him.
