Very impressed with Joe at JFab Design. He is EXCEPTIONALLY responsive. Called me the day he received my email, scheduled a site visit within a few days, proposed a few different components and options for our consideration, then actually offered to come do the work on a Sunday. Joe and his assistant were courteous and professional. They installed everything as specified. We're very happy with the solution we selected and look forward to adding on to it with his help in the future. We also love the universal remote he configured. It was $200 less than what a competitor quoted and works very well. Controls our cable box, TV, DVD, WII and Amazon Fire device. We look forward to bringing Joe back in the future.

The tech arrived @9:15am.he installed wall brackets for 1st tv & then connected different accessories for tv.then after 2.5 hrs he worked on our 2nd tv.he eliminated wires & made sure DVD player & other accessories were connected & working.he was at my home fit nearly 5 hrs doing all these things.

JFab complete some small work in our old House, and the customer service there was great, they were on time, and got the job done right the first time. So when we moved it was a no-brainer to have them come in again. They again had nothing but Great Customer Service, worked well with our Builders. They started early in the morning and even did overtime, they even worked some weekends. They are a Great company and team to have in your house. They are Great people in general, but again have outstanding customer service, arrive on time, stay until the job is completed no matter how long it takes. We would not have hired anyone else and we hope people we go to them for all their needs. We have mainly had Joe the Owner working on our house and his right-hand man Keith. We have had others come in as well and work just as great, you will not be sorry with anyone on their team. We had also learned in the process of having them do work that they do Construction. We are having them complete our basement with a Bar and bathroom, and storage. as well they will be completing our home theater and sound system. They are very good with detail and making your vision come true. They are all professional and will not cut corners. They get all needed permits so nothing will happen or come back to you. AGAIN PLEASE CONTACT JFAB DESIGNS FOR ALL YOUR HOME NEEDS THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!

It went wonderful. This is actually the second time I've used this company and I will use them again in the future. They responded to me within minutes of my original inquiry, came out to the house 2 days later, and positioned the cameras in a way that was better than I thought of myself. I used them previously to mount my tv and run wires under the floor for surround sound. they were able to integrate the wiring for the cameras into the framework from the tv project so there it is very visually cohesive.

Tech arrived, looked at my issue, turned out to be the TV was not working properly and was not worth or able to be repaired. Tech looked at the receiver wires verified correct ones were connected and removed unnecessary ones, there was nothing else he could do. I did not know TV was issue considering it did turn on, for me personally there was little value here paying for two hours and the tech only able to do 30 to 45min worth of anything. Owner was courteous and professional and was the gentleman who came over. Also seemed knowledgeable and was very accommodating to scheduling. If I had a larger job in the future I would certainly consider using them.

I have used JFab Design's service in the past at my office for installation of Televisions. I called them again for the installation of TV's at my home. After purchasing a deal from Angie's List, Joe from JFab was very quick to reach out to me to schedule the installation. He gave me a few different dates and times and I picked the one that was most convenient to me. On the date of installation, the tech arrived on time and was very professional. First we did a walk through of everything that I needed taken care of and proper placement of the TV's and then the tech got to work. Throughout the installation, the tech would brief me on the progress. The process went very smoothly. All five TV's were mounted, with wires hidden in the walls giving it a very professional, clean look. I would highly recommend JFab Design to anyone wanting professional installation of their audio/video equipment, Televisions, etc.

I had purchased a 55" flat-screen HD TV from Best Buy and a wall mount kit from Amazon.com. I hired JFab Design, LLC to unpack the TV and mount, install them, connect them to my existing video components, turn power on and then check out operation of the entire TV system. I was persuaded to purchase and install Sony disc player, in-wall cable management system and surge protection. for an additional $200., which I feel it was a good value. The resulting installation is neat and clean, and I'm really happy with it. Keith the technician was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, worked quickly, was very customer-friendly. I had a good experience with JFab.

I bought a two hour installation package to install 3 tv a on the wall. No audio or video connections were needed. He brackets I purchased didn't have the needed hardware to affix to the wall. They scraped together prices to make it work. I would think if that's what you did you would've had those wall screws with them. Ended up paying an extra $40 because they spent an extra hour. Nice guys.

He did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional and tidy. I am a satisfied customer that would use their service again.

The installer was very professional. He came at the designated time and did a neat install and even cleaned up after he left. He gave me options on installation of the sound bar too and though I told him to install that too after he installed the TV, he patiently unmounted the TV and installed the Soundbar and mounted the TV back again. Very professional.

I am so impressed by the work completed by this company. My wall with the tv on it looks like it should be in a furniture catalog. It's amazing how well they concealed the wires. Absolutely great service.

The installation went great! It was easy to schedule the service -- they were very responsive and flexible. The showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the job efficiently. We were very pleased.

That was fine. That was good. Those guys were great. I would definitely use them again.

Better than imagined. Purchase the "deal" and then also some extra time and some additional parts. Keith worked with our existing older mounting bracket, replacing loose screws and securing it. He asked for our preference in placement and adjustments. He offered suggestions with options. He even got our old surround working after sorting through our "spaghetti" collection of wires. Cleaned up after himself. Also mentioned some future upgrades to improve our system.

We couldn't have asked for better experience. Minutes after I submitted an online request for information Joe called to discuss the job. I had a quote within a couple hours. Services was performed on a Sunday. Joe and his team arrived right at the appointment window. They concealed all wires, neatly organize the cables and cleaned up the work area. We would use them again for future projects.

JFAB are very punctual, professional, and quick. They installed my 65inch LED tv on the wall with in the wall power, hooked up all electronics to the tv in the wall, and installed my home theater system. It was done quickly, neatly (they vacuumed everything up), and made sure everything was level and exact. They were very courteous, and even did some other jobs around the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tv/home theater install at a good price with quality service.

Very professional. Arrived on time, very polite and kind. Provided some suggestions for the mounting, and we are very happy with the end result. Price is fair.

JFab was exceptional. Our project was not simple, as the wall we wanted out TV mounted on was formerly an exterior wall to the house (before our renovation). However, our technician worked with us to find the best location to mount the TV, made smart recommendations on a solution that would look great and also be functional. The studs were in strange locations and there was extra insulation, but they worked hard to get the TV mounted with no complaints. This is normally a project I would have handled myself, however given the tricky location, I left it to the experts. For $299, this was a tremendous value. They showed up exactly on time, were courteous and kind (even taking measures to put covers on over their shoes and move carpets as not to get anything dirty). If we ever have a need for additional home entertainment help, these guys are my first call.

What can I say. Keith did a great job putting it all together. TV, DVD, Blue ray, tuner, receiver and adjusted speaker sound and balance. Set up master remote to work all from one remote. Added plugs on all wires to facilitate removal and or replacement. Utilized existing cables. Works and sounds great. Excellent clean job. Would recommend to everyone. Made my life and my sore back a lot better.

I purchased an Angies's deal to have JFab Design mount a 55" flat screen TV on my wall because my TV appeared to be ready to die. I set up lines of communication with Joe at JFab but my TV didn't cooperate and wouldn't die. It was well beyond the six month promotion when my TV finally gave out so I called Joe and explained. He said no problem and set up an appointment in a couple days. He actually came out early on a Sunday morning so I could watch the Super Bowl Sunday night. He arrived on time and did a great job! He made some great adjustments to make things work when it turned out I had the wrong size wall mount for the new TV. Joe was very friendly and went out of his way to set up the smart TV and various applications saving me a lot of time later figuring everything out. I highly recommend JFab Design LLC to everyone! I will definitely use them in the future
