Description of Work: We recently used this company on two occasions for a series of jobs, including demolition of a basement bathroom, fitting of some new lights, fitting of shelves and repair of a bed frame. The workers were professional and worked efficiently. The quality of the work was high. Would certainly use this company again. Price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Estimate indicated services would take longer than coupon purchased for after I questioned original proposal. Once estimate was updated they only gave credit for the amount paid, not for the time paid. For example, they were offering credit of $119, not for the 3 hours of service purchased.

Description of Work: I spoke to the provider to schedule an appointment, and at that time he told me he only accepts one coupon for work.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for 3 hours of work for $119. The handyman called me and we set up an appt for 8:30 AM on 4/25 Thurs. He had then left me a message 4/24 in the evening saying he had another small job in the morning that wouldn't take long and would come to my house after. I spoke to him the morning of 4/25 at about 10 AM (he was just on his way to the first job), and he told me he had a quick job and would come after 12 noon and call me prior to his arrival. He finally called me at 4 PM and made a plan to come to my house 4/27 Sat after 12 noon and possibly again on 4/29 Mon ( I had a long list of needs). I suggested to reschedule for an entire day next week but he said "I don't know what they have planned for me". Doesn't he work alone? He never called me or showed up. How could iI trust him after this.

Description of Work: When I talked to the manager over the phone were great to talk to, but the actual worker who came out was very rude.

Description of Work: Reliable Handyman provides a good service. They promptly returned calls to schedule service and communicate throughout. We had new doors fit into old non-standard frames and Bill (the handyman) did a very careful job of fitting the doors and hanging them. They look great! Bill also took time to discuss other projects at the site and gave good advice about what would, and would not work.

Description of Work: Great Job. They were upfront with price which I appreciated and did quality work. I would use them with a doubt.

Description of Work: They convinced us to let them do all the work rather than do only part of the job. I agreed, they gave me a good price and told me to return coupon as I did not need it. They did good work overall but were a no show one of the days my wife took off work to be there. In the end they adjusted the price to reflect the inconvenience and my parents are satisfied.

Description of Work: Joe was professional; he sent me emails concerning the work; he included details and a written estimate. I was very happy about that. He sent Leo to do the work; Leo was very thorough and cleaned up after himself; he was extremely knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do / discussed it with me. I was very happy about that, too. Leo was here an extra hour because the job called for extra work. The price was very reasonable; Reliable Handyman was a great contact.

Description of Work: First class work. Showed up on time and worked steady until job was completed to perfection. Excellent communication before, during, and after job. The job: I had an old bathroom medicine cabinet removed, wiring moved up through the wall and a new mirror hung with a new light fixture installed over the mirror. Then a door moved from the basement, and installed in a doorway and a pet door installed in the new door. The job was clean and precise. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Description of Work: I had RHS come out twice in the past 2 months using the $119 for 3 hours big deal offer from Angie's List. I needed a dryer vent installed the one day and an electrician to switch out some oversized breakers the other day. Each time they were excellent. The day I had the dryer vent installed it took longer than three hours because it was raining but I wasn't charged. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I've had their electrician, Rob, out twice for minor electrical work and other odd jobs related to my new house. Rob has been great, totally professional, friendly, tidy, competent. I'd highly recommend him! Punctuality is not Rob's strong suit, but once he gets to you, he's golden!

Description of Work: Gentleman came and fixed the installation on a ceiling fan (a friend had done it incorrectly), installed another fan, and changed out a light fixture.

Description of Work: Great experience. They were very responsive and reasonable. The handyman picked up the replacement door at the home center and started to work as soon as he arrived. He was very neat and thorough.

Description of Work: Norm arrived on time and installed a ceiling fan in one of my bedrooms, changed a sink faucet and fixed my sliding glass closet doors well within the three hour special. he was so professional and the price was so reasonable that I would most certainly call them again!

Description of Work: First day of our appointment he called 15 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me he could not make it. I reminded him of our earlier conversation that I had to drive 4 hours to get here. He came but it was obvious he was rushing through the whole process. He said he would get back with me in 2 weeks. Needless to say he didnt get back with me and he didnt know who I was or what job I was talking about. He said he had just come back from the Poconos. I would not hire these people if they were the last contractors on earth. Take my advice stay away from them. They are not professional, they are disorganized, and truly lack genuine care for their customers.

Description of Work: I called for apt. ,a man named Harry show`s up to give est. on counter top upgrade for kitchen one week later no EST. yet,I will not hire this company just for the fact of lack of communication on this project. Bob
