Joe,the handyman,responded right away. He arrived when promised. Very knowledgeable and nice. He was upfront regarding pricing. He cleaned the area when he was finished. He made sure that the work he had was correctly completed. Easy to talk to Planning to call him again when a project comes along.

I called Joe to get an estimate on several small to medium fixit items. There was one large item but he could have said he wasn't able to do that item. At any rate, Joe came out we went through the items, he wrote them down BUT never returned my multiple voice and text messages for the estimate.

He said he was coming to give an estimate never showed up never call did not return my call to find out if he needed to reschedule

My AC unit needed to be replaced, night before work was to be done, contractor cancelled. I did not want to wait, looked at a couple options, e mailed Joe, got a reply next morning and he was able to come and do the work. How often does anyone get a 24 hr turnaround without hassle? Joe and John were great, not an easy job since the unit they removed was not in the window but in the wall plus very it was pretty warm inside my home. It's now installed and he'll be back to finish and fix up the area around the AC. Would not hesitate to call him again for any other services, job was well done.

Returned call immediately, went above and beyond to accommodate urgency of repairs (house was unsafe with door that couldn't be locked). Joe and Carl were prompt, polite, courteous and skilled, did a great repair and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again.

Provider showed up on time. Asked what I needed to have done and accomplished the task within the allotted time. Did not try to drag the job on in order to charge me more money to complete the job. I would recommend this provider to anyone.

I really like em. They did a great job.

I ask them to build a frame for the shower and tub access panel. I explained what I wanted and he said it was very easy but I did not realize that time involve to get the material was included. At the end he went over the 3 hours by about 2 minutes and panel did not look like what we discussed in the conversation. I did not think it was worth another hour and we agreed I would pay him for an extra half hour. It was clearly an effort to get more money out of the deal.

It was a good one. They came out within a week or two after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges besides the $119.99 big deal. The service was done two years ago, I remember being happy with it and I don?t remember not liking it. The price was great. The quality and responsiveness were fine. They were professional.

It went fine and it was a good deal. I had them work on a deck and work in the kitchen. They did what I wanted and they were quick.

Service provider was easy to contact. He came out and did the repairs we had to assist with one of them though we ended up fixing the hose bib ourselves. He was a nice enough guy and didnt bite of more than he could chew. I would use the service again but be specific in some more of the work so they send the skilled guy for the job.

Overall, they did a pretty good job. A handle on a door was improperly placed and I had to move it, but everything else was good.

They drilled some holes and fixed a leak. The tenant was very happy. There was very little time between when I purchased the deal and when they could come out.

It was a great use of time. It was very helpful to get these items taken care of. He was very pleasant. He was on time. He did both of them the same day. He also helped with my sister's property as well as mine.

I INDICATED THE DIALOGUE IN THE PREVIOUS EMAILS DURING WHICH THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE, AND RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE--RELIABLE IS NOT SO RELIABLE
