The Plumber from this company came out and put a hose in a reasonable location. His work was fast and easy. I actually went back to RHS because of the quality and professionalism of his work.

The worker was prompt and ready for work but after viewing what work needed to be done it was decided other work needed to be done first.

Bill was extremely courteous and professional and actually listened to everything I said and went through me written list item by item. He was able to suggest things as I went along and told me what he would do. He worked constantly moving from one chore to another. His work was EXCELLENT. If I wanted something changed, he changed it. He was great and Handyman is lucky to have him.

Never received a call all day. Guess he doesn't need the work/

Eric was such a pleasant young man and very professional. He did an excellent job installing the fans and I was especially pleased with how meticulous he was with the clean-up--ensuring that all the paper and left-over items were together for easy disposal. I would recommend this company to others.

great but i want an estimate on a bigger job

Originally they sent out 2 men that did not have enough time to do the jobs although they had the list ahead of time. They were nice about it and rescheduled. I paid extra for more hours and I thought they were good and well priced. I would use them again.

Leo arrived on time and was courteous. He examined the job I needed done and described to me what he was going to do and then set up. I was extremely pleased with his work ethic and knowledge. The job he did turned out extremely well. I am glad that I went with Reliable Handyman Services and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Joe was great from start to finish. My exterior spigot had begun leaking within the wall in the house. Unfortunately, there was no easy way to access the problem area, as both interior walls that house the plumbing were blocked by either a tile tub or kitchen cabinetry and the house has a slab concrete foundation. Instead of cutting into the exterior wall, Joe was able to get enough access within the house to assess the source of the leak and replace the necessary parts. He kept me in the loop through each step and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely hire him again for any work in the future.

we will obviosly use someone off Angies list as we are frustrated by this process. In my business if you cancel with no notice you get fired. I would give this company a big F and advise anyone considering doing business with them not to. There is always a story but this company failed 3 times in a row to schedule. I suppose they think 5 minute cancellation is acceptable. Reality is they would have not gotton our list done and they charge $65 dollars exra an hour which is far from competitive for a handyman service. Do yourself a favor a stay far away from this company. They had they opportunity this morning to make things right and just get the work done. They did not. Please process my refund so I can forget about this nightmare.

Technician stated that there was no way to tell about rodent entry from foundation. I ended up having him wash and scrub my wood stairs, which he did but was not thrilled about. He did do a good job at this, however.

Leo was my handyman. He was ready to go at the start time of my appointment. He took a look at the various things that needed repair, assessed if we had the proper materials ready so that he could complete the job. He installed three interior replacement doors and all hardware. He also re-attached an interior staircase wrought iron and wood bannister railing. He worked quickly but professionally and got a lot done in the three hours I selected to hire him for.

It was a complected hanging of the curtin rods. He did a great job. I wasn't sure what I wanted and he was patient and helped me out with my decision. He was on time and very professional. He also answered my call quickly.

Response to my inquiry was timely. Follow-up by email was excellent. The handyman, Ed, was came on the minute of our appointment. He was methodical and neat. His work impeccable and complete. he did everything I needed done. He was polite. He cleaned up completely. This is a very reliable company. Totally satisfied.

My nephews had destroyed one bi-fold door to a closet. I joined Angie's List because the estimates I was getting for the repair were all geared toward replacing both doors. I thought that might be overkill since the other door was perfectly fine. A quick search turned up Reliable Handyman Services. I choose them because they had an "A" rating with the most customer reviews. The rating is well deserved. I initially contacted Reliable via email through Angie's List. I received a phone call the following day from Joe to explain the project and set up an appointment time. Because I had to work, Joe scheduled me for a 7am appointment. I received an email estimate/contract later that same day. The contractor, Leo, arrived ten minutes early, examined the door, explained what the problem was and explained how he would repair it. 30 minutes later, my door was back up; opening and closing smoothly. I gave the price a "B" rating because I could have done with one hour of service. So I lost 2 1/2 hours of paid service time, however it was definitely more cost efficient than replacing the entire door as other contractors had suggested. The bottom line is the work was excellent. I'd call them again and recommend them to anyone who was looking for a reliable, punctual and experienced home repair service provider.

Ed was great. Was very professional and did a great job. We were very happy.

The owner understood on the phone and returned my call for service the next day. Email quotes spelled out all work to be done and all charges up front. The repairman was on time, called the night before to confirm, polite and everything was done first rate. All areas were left clean and neat. I will certainly use this service again as more little jobs pop up on our condo makeover. I will be contacting them soon to price out a bathroom remodel based on their superior reasonable work

They were excellent. He was very punctual and very prompt. I think I got it through a big deal on Angie's List. He came and did most of the things that needed done. The one thing that couldn’t be done was out of his control. It was a ceiling fan that needed to be fixed, but it wasn’t anything that he could do. But everything else, he was able to do. He was in and out, and he was able to get everything done. Their price was reasonable.

I purchased a coupon for $119.00 for 3 hours of a handyman's service. I was hoping to get the trim on a side door replaced which is rotting away and the trim on our front porch painted. I spoke to the owner of the company and he asked me to send pictures of the door frame and the porch which I did. When the handyman arrived, he said that he was told the "brick" of the door frame need to be replaced. However, when he looked at he said the entire door frame needed to be replaced which would include a new door and would be a 6 hour job. It didn't seem to be that was necessary and I can't imagine that just the rotted pieces couldn't be replaced. The door is fine so it seems a waste to get the whole kit. But he assured me that was the way to go. I opted to just have the porch painted. He did a great job. Very neat. Cleaned and sanded before painting and also did some caulking. The entire was cleaned up when he was finished. As for my door frame, I did some research on line and spoke to neighbor who is very handy around the house and found that just the rotted pieces could be replaced which we plan to do this weekend. I indicated that I would not use this company again simply because of the distance. They are located in Willow Grove, PA which is a good distance from Perkasie. This is my second time purchasing a coupon through Angie's List for a business that is far away from Perkasie. I have learned to contact the company and verify that they are willing to come to Perkasie - many are not.

We spoke on the phone and I ended up getting a refund as I was out of his service area. The gentleman was very nice.

We have used these guys on several occasions, and have always been pleased. Most recently, they put up a wall for us -- they did it quickly, for a good price, and it looks great. They are responsive and have been available on short notice. We will continue to use them whenever an issue comes up.

Prompt callback to schedule appt, Leo called the nite before & am of appointment . Leo arrived on time was very professional ,looked over job&, began immediately. Worked quickly , consulted me on few problems & explained what he was doing. Was polite & professional & cleaned up each site as he finished jobs including sorting trash into recyclables!!!!
