Description of Work: 10'x 12' Cement patio slab, as well as a 15'x 13' monolithic slab, footings and insulation as a foundation for a sunroom.; cement pads for doorway entries. The project took all winter, and the contractor replaced a cracked slab at no extra cost. The contractor also reseeded the lawn where it was torn up by construction equipment. The contractor was pleasant to work with, and took great pride with his work.

Description of Work: G&B Construction replaced a badly damaged exit apron in our condominium parking lot with a high quality concrete fabrication to support heavy vehicle traffic. In addition they completely rebuilt 5 pedestrian cement pavement blocks in separate areas. We were impressed with their proposal and the detail contained within and the cost for the proposed work was reasonable. The company was very responsive and professional and we are pleased with the quality of their work. We will definitely use them again for future concrete renewal.

They even did a bit of extra power washing to clean up some of the mulched flower beds without additional charge. We would recommend them to others.

Reasonably priced. He was on time, his team worked hard and actually finished earlier than I expected. I am very happy with my new patio! I would definitely use them again.
