+ 2 moreIn the beginning there was some confusion as to exactly what was to be done, especially regarding the existing attic insulation. Communication between the estimator, the foreman, and the workers lacked clarity. However, once matters were resolved, the work was done thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Installed smart vents to the front and rear eaves. Installed GAF Cobra II ridge vent to ridge. Replaced the missing shingles. Installed one no leak soil stack collar. Re-pitched and re-secured a front gutter. Installed R-45 insulation to attic between roof joists. Installed Battic attic door stair cover.

Description of Work: New Roof - 25 yr. guar. Class 7 roof Rebuild gutters - copper Clean up every day shingles were removed. As needed there after. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the men who did the work! Quality, very professional - came to work and work they did! It really looks nice and is working as it should. They are fixing a screen that was damaged and replacing a dryer vent that was accidently carries off in the trash. For some reason they didn't even put up a sign on my lawn, which would have been all right if they had. The gutters had to be done as the job progressed and there was no way to estimate the cost. The amount per hour, per foot was established and billed accordingly. I would recommend them to any one who asked. One problem is that you never know who is going to do your job, they use sub contractors at least 40% of the time. Two men did all the roofing, when the carpenters came there were several working to rebuild the gutters. (leaking since late 1980's.)
