The big deal turned out good. We ended up replacing our roof, and they gave us the credit, and we haven't had any issues since them. It turned out to be a bigger project for them, but as far as the Angie's List deal, it was satisfactory.

Mr. Albert arrived at the appointed time and inspected the roof from all angles - since this is a three story condo, he used binoculars to properly view the roof and determine if anything needed to be done at this time. He is honest and stated that nothing needed to be done at this time since the roof did not leak and nothing was evident of need of repair. Appreciated his honesty.

Everything was great. They removed and replaced the gutters and downspouts.

I was impressed with the level of service provided by C&C. Very professional, and extremely timely. My wife and I went back and forth between a few roofers and ultimately decided on C&C just last week! They showed up Monday morning bright and early and began tearing off the old roof...which was 2 layers. Most of my decking was rotted and needed to be replaced. They replaced just about all the wood (decking, facia, and some of the ends we requested every though it wasn't needed). It was a 3 day process that went very smooth. First day was roof, Second day was metal work, Third day (today) was gutters. They provided us with a GAF Golden Promise warranty which is really great. Better than most roofers we spoke to can provide. The house looks awesome now. No more crummy roof and sagging gutters. Even the little things they did to go above and beyond were a pleasantry. The cleaning crew cleaned up not only their mess, but also some of my yard and garden area. They installed a chimney topper to keep things out of our chimney. They even replaced some of my other trimming on the house to match their job. I highly recommend C&C to do your roofing work. Chris walked us through the entire process and came to visit us each day to ensure we were getting everything we wanted. Thank you C&C!

C and C provided us with an estimate the day after we called them. They did the siding repair the day after we approved the estimate. Carl was courteous, professional and did a great job.

Considering the urgency of our request due to a roof leak, Jeff was extremely curt and rude in his approach to provide us with his company's quote. We decided to shop elsewhere for a quote. UPDATE: There was also considerable hail damage, which C & C Family Roofing and Jeff failed to identify versus the prior two estimates and accompanying adjuster.

Be careful before signing a contract to have your roof replaced by this company. The contract states that ?C & C Family Roofing and Siding is not responsible for damage to driveways or sidewalks?? Before signing the contract, I questioned this statement. I was assured that they ?do everything possible to prevent any damage? and not to worry about it. My driveway was slightly damaged (after I had just had it sealed) and when they came out to see the driveway I was told that I was warned that they were not responsible (they even brought a copy of my signed contract) and that it is ?inevitable? that some damage will occur from the weight of the debris in the dumpster. They also put tarps over my bushes ?to protect them.? When the tarps were removed, the tops of all the covered bushes were dead. When I questioned them about this, they told me it was unavoidable.

I joined Angie's list after three different roofers were recommended to me for service and never followed through on calls and appointments. After joining Angie's list, I contacted four different listed roofers to bid on jobs for two roofs. It only took one appraiser for C&C Family Roofing and Siding to win me over. Dennis exceeded all expectations I had. He was unbelievably professional and frank. It was clear that he was interested in my needs, rather than in winning a job. The work was done promptly and exceedingly well. I must admit that I have never written a review of any one, product, or service, but I could not recommend Dennis and C&C more highly. Thank you!

We contacted C&C as one of many companies we looked at to replace our windows and siding. They quoted the job out like all the others. Their price wasn't the cheapest but it also wasn't the most expensive. What made our decision to use C&C was the communication channels that we had to ask any and all questions. Most of the other companies wouldn't get back to use after they provided the quote. We worked with Chris at C&C and he made the entire experience stress free. He explained everything to us from how the job would start, what extra costs might pop-up during depending on rotten wood etc and how it would end. Well its nearing the end of the job, and I can't say enough how it was a pleasure to work with them. All the employees who came to the house (In our case Chris, Sol, Victor and Joe) were extremely pleasant and professional. Our house looks a thousand times better and its because of C&C. If anyone wants to use our house as an example, message me here for any information or to see their work first hand. Its 100% quality. Next year we are looking at replacing our roof, and C&C will be the first people we call.

From the time they came to my house, I was impressed as there wasn't any pressure when picking out my types of shingles, no pressure to pick out the expesnive of anything. They came on time, did the job, cleaned up and left not even a nail on my property.

Came within the time frame given, was even earlier on the day they said they would be out. Were told to expect them between 11 and 1:00 and they arrived about 10:30. were finished by 11:00. The loose gutters that were visible were fixed and hoping when it rains next that we can see a noticeable difference. They were very professional and we would not hesitate to use them again.

It was important to me to find a contractor who could handle a large project and tie all the processes together. C&C was very professional and did a fantastic job. * The quality of their workmanship was excellent. * They completed the project quickly and on time. * Very easy to work with. Especially with issues that presented themselves once the project was under way. I.e. some wood structure that needed to be replace. * They did what they said they would do in regards to the contracted work and didn't look to find ways to pad the bill. * Overall they did a great job on our house. It looks fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I contacted C & C Family Roofing after I saw them do a roof for one of my neighbors. Dennis came to my house and wrote up the estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It just happened that the same summer by AC broke so I didn't have the funds to go ahead with the project. I called them up a year and half later and spoke to Dennis. The price only increased by $100 because of material cost. I was pleasantly surprised since I was expecting it to be a significantly higher increase for such a long period of time. After the deposit I waited about a month and a half until the roof was done. This is understandable since it was late fall and roofers are busy around this time. The roofers came on a Sunday at 8am and they were very careful in covering everything around the house with tarps and moving things out of the way. By 5PM the roof was completed and everything was completely cleaned up. Found only 1 nail under the dumpster which they warned me about. Overall this is a great company, I would definitely choose them again or recommend them for a roofing job.

They fixed the clog in the downspout fine. They did not bag the debris as they claim in the ad--I didn't care much. They looked at the gutter adjacent the told me there was nothing in it. They then tried to claim that that section was 100 linear feet. It is a section in front of the bedroom windows. I know my bedroom is not 100 feet long. They made a poor/brief attempt to fix to soffit and then gave up. They said the soffit pieces would not fit, but they fit fine before and they fit fine now after being put in place by another company. I tried to get them to try harder but they refused. This company was great for roofing, but for gutter cleaning-no, no, no. With regard to the company's response. I gave any A review on your roofing work, so I'm not a crank. The area in front of the bedroom is absolutely not 100 ft. Another company fixed the soffit with the pieces that where already there. He just had to put them back in place. The guys you sent out for this job had a bad attitude--they didn't seem to want to do any work.

He did an excellent job. The photos he took showed the problem very clearly. The warranty claim was successful and I hired this company to redo the roof. They offered to credit the $200 to the roof job, their idea, I didn't ask for it. The tech was using the ladder in an unsafe way. One of the legs was not touching the ground and so the ladder wobbled. Not my problem, but it made me nervous for him.

I had a warranty claim on the shingles so I got from the shingle company free shingles bringing my cost down to $5900. They completed a large steep roof by working 12 hours a day for two days--at lot faster than several neighbor's roof jobs. They did a great job and cleaned up very well. I checked that they had all insurances and that they pay their supplier on time--all good there. Everything below are the negatives. I wanted all decking replaced which had any evidence of leaking, but they only replaced areas that were rotted. I paid for 3 sheet of decking in the contract, but they only used 2. They could have used the third sheet. Also if they needed me to pay for more sheets, I would have been happy to do so. I tried to address this with the boss on site, but we seem to have communication problems. The other workers ignored me when I told them not to put tools/supplies on my flower bed and on the neighbor's lawn. I think they didn't speak English, but they should not have ignored me. The salesman showed me information on a "wind warranty" which he said I would have. When I read the fine print it required 6 nails per shingle and starter strips. I had to get the contract changed to have these things included. They should have been included to begin with. The company did not register the overall warranty with the shingle company. The shingle company say this. They did not cover over the heat pump to prevent nails from falling in--I did this myself.

I would not recommend C&C Roofing for any roof work. The crew that showed up to do the work did not work directly for C&C. They worked for a sub-contractor to C&C Roofing. There was language issue and I had a difficult time communicating with the crew. For the two days the work was going on I did not see anyone from C&C Roofing checking the job even after I called with my concerns. After the work was completed I climbed onto the roof and confirmed my fears. I called the project manger and told him the venting of the roof was not done correctly. Vents that I paid for were not installed and therefore, the roof was not properly vent. He finally came out to my house and saw the problem. I told him if a layman like myself could see the work was not done correctly his roofing crew should have known the installation was not being done correctly. They had no concept of what they were doing. He offered to fix the problem (sending the same crew back). I told him I did not want them back and asked for a credit. He gave me the credit and came to my house the same day to pick up his check. I have no idea if the rest of the work was done correctly or if got what I paid for.

They are very professional. They are neat and clean. The work took about two days to complete.

I had a very good experience. They were good.

New roofing shingles were replaced; however, subcontractors did the actual work and only one English-speaking foreman was present on-site. Decking above the garage will be replaced, currently working with C&C on follow-up. Clean-up was also not up to par, tire to vehicle ended up being replaced ($128) next day due to a nail in the driveway. C&C did deduct $60 from final invoice. "Al" and "John" have been pleasant to work with but not sure if I would recommend them to my family/friends. I believe that not only is professionalism and price important here, but quality especially for a big project like replacing the roof.

We obtained an estimate from C & C Family Roofing on 7/29/14 by an employee named John. My husband and I accepted the contract and gave a deposit of 10% that went through our bank account on 8/15. After Labor Day, we were contacted by C & C Family Roofing who informed us that John was no longer working for the firm and they were sending a "new guy" out to look at our roof. They then sent a gutter guy out to look at our roof. Finally today, after I called to find out when they when scheduling our job, I was told they needed to come out and look at the standing seam roof on our porch to see whether we would need to sign a damage waiver for that roof. We told them no such waiver was mentioned in the original contract, which was signed over a month ago, and we would not be interested in signing one now. They supposedly came out and looked (my husband and I were at work so we can't verify this) and informed us if the waiver wouldn't be signed the work couldn't be done. So, all in all, a month after accepting our deposit the job parameters changed and will not be completed as promised.

The C&C team was very responsive to all my detailed questions during the proposal/contracting/installation process from the sale / service team. I interviewed 4 companies. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but believe they provided the best value / quality. The installation crew was very efficient, clean, friendly and courteous. I am happy with the results and C&C.

We had to call them back to repair something they didn't finish but as far as I know, they came back and took care of it.

I called for an estimate for my roof but unfortunately they do not do my sort of (flat) rubber roofing now. I met with Dennis and just want to say that both his professional approach to this potential customer and his apparent knowledge and helpfulness was very appreciated and noticed by me. In terms of requesting someone to take a look at your property and getting what I think is an honest appraisal of the situation, I think C&C performs very well. Unfortunately they were not able to be utilized for the work, but I highly recommend that others consider them as a potential hire based on my experience. Great job Dennis and thanks for your recommendations and care. Will consider you guys for my mother's home sometime in the future!
