C&C Family roofing recently replaced our roof, gutters, skylights, shutters and re-capped our garage doors. Overall, we found them to be a great organization to do business with. The roofing team was on time, organized and composed of skilled and diligent workers who completed all their tasks on time and, more importantly, in an exceptional manner. Stuart Morgan, our sales rep, was easy to deal with and did a great job in estimating, quoting and listening to our needs. He was quick at addressing any issues (and there weren’t that many) quickly and without drama. Overall, C&C provided great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future

The estimator who came to my home had a condescending attitude that demonstrated he really did not want to take on this small job. Although I showed him exactly where the leak is on the roof and offered to show him the same spot in the attic, he insisted I would need to pay $450 to have a technician evaluate the situation and then provide an estimate. He obviously did not want my business for this made absolutely no sense to me being a retired professional engineer. The integrity of this organization is such that I could not recommend them to anyone.

I was very satisfied from start to finish. They gave me a very impressive proposal that was professional. The job was started and completed on time, They even took alot of time to tarp everything and clean up so my landscaping and bushes wouldn't get messed up. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality and service we received.

I am very happy with work done by C and C Roofing, from beginning to end. I was presented with a quote that detailed the work to be done and the itemized cost along with the total cost. There were no high pressure sales tactics (or hidden costs), just a short discussion on the work & cost and then I was asked to call with any questions. After reviewing 3 quotes I felt the most comfortable going with C and C. They showed up during the time window they provided, the crew did a great job and cleaned up after the work was complete. I highly recommend Stu Morgan and C & C Roofing.

I can't explain enough how happy I am with their services. The office called me within a few hours of asking for a quote to schedule an appointment. Steve was out at the scheduled date & time, he looked over the work and I had a quote emailed to me within 48 hours. Scheduling the work to get done was easy; I gave the deposit necessary, picked shingles and they did the rest. My project ended up being larger than expected due to some very unexpected hidden rotted wood. Once they saw it, the foreman called me out to show me the damage and explained why it would need to be done...Steve was back out within an hour to give me a quote for the additional work. My job went from being roof only to now replacing rafters, siding, and installing 2 new windows. They were back the next day dropping off new material and came on a Saturday to get the job done. They communicated well and cleaned up after they were done. Would definitely recommend again.

First and foremost , if there was a higher rating than “ A “ , I would gladly submit that letter. I had a leak above in my master bathroom above my garage. The representative from C and C Roofing showed up promptly. Chris was wearing a mask and the only contact we had was through a phone as he climbed on the roof . ( neefless to say , this alleviated any anxiety I had concerning COVID -19 since I am considered high risk . Chris explained thoroughly what repairs had to be made. He recommend a gutter system to channel the water in addition to repairing leak. Chris gave me all the options to make a choice based on my budget. He emphasized all the work was guaranteed which put me at ease. Another roofer wanted to replace my entire roof unnecessarily which would not have solved the problem that was causing the problem. The job was started within 3 days. Workers showed up promptly at 9. Job completed in 2 days . The crew cleaned up everything to the point you would never know anyone was even there. In conclusion, it is refreshing to know there are honest contractors who are skilled and guarantee their work. Best part : I saved money by not replacing an entire roof unnecessarily while the cause of the problem was fixed. Chris came out for estimate. Privided the estimate in a timley manner. The crews showed up on time and were very professional. They were very neat and made sure everythig was cleaned up so my dogs would not get hurt. They are the best.

They did such an excellent job, they are friendly, they clean up after themselves, they are perfect, and no complaints at all.

My wife and I were very happy with C&C roofing. They helped us choose the right style of siding and ceiling material to achieve the look we were going for. The entire team was great from beginning to end.

We just had our roof replaced and our front porch upgraded with C&C. Chris, Brian, Wilson and the rest of the crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. From initial estimate, to color/style choices to the actual installation, we were extremely pleased with the entire process. Brian stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy. The workers were nice and everything was cleaned up perfectly once they were finished. 5 stars from start to finish!

The crew showed up to work and worked until the project was done. You'd think that was a good thing, but they were so rushed by the end of the day that I have ZERO confidence that they didn't cut corners. Of course now, there's no way to verify that except to wait and see if the roof leaks. I asked about one item and I was assured (by a person who wasn't even here, mind you) that it was done "right" but he admitted that they took a shortcut to save time, but that it was still done right. I couldn't ask any of the crew because few if any of them spoke English. I don't have a problem with that in general, but there should be at least one person on the crew who can communicate clearly with the homeowner. They didn't clean up very well - a month later, we're still finding nails, trash and pieces of the old roof around the yard. I was billed for plywood and told that they replaced five full sheets on my roof. The thing is, there was no old plywood in the dumpster, I walked around outside several times during the work and never saw any old plywood, and after checking in my attic, don't see *any* sheets of plywood that look new. They damaged one window screen and did repair it, so that's a plus. They also tore out the gutter guards we had in place and refuse to replace them, telling me that they're disposable and can't be re-used. Nonetheless, we used to have gutter guards, now we don't. The salesman gave us a credit of $100, but I still have to go buy the new guards and climb up on the roof to install them. Overall, we paid a little more for what I thought would be better service and a better experience. Now I see that we paid more just to pay more. The experience wasn't good, I have to do some additional work to cover things they did wrong or broke, and I'm not sure that the roof was done right.

They did a good job with the siding but their communication leaves a lot to be desired. Make sure they actually apply your Angie’s List coupon! While they were doing the siding, I asked them to check a spot on the roof. They said it was fine and that repairing a window would fix a leak. But then a worker was scheduled to show up at my house for a roof repair without my knowledge and without being quoted a price.

I called for $149 advertised special which included 100 feet of gutter clean out and roof inspection. I was told it would be at least 3 weeks for someone to come out which was fine for me though after 4 weeks, I never heard back from C&C though I was getting email specials for same service. I contacted them again and they sent someone out within 5 days. The contractor called me the day he was at my house to inform that he was not comfortable inspecting my roof because "it is too high and I do not think I am comfortable walking around on it" though would clean out about 50 feet of gutters located on the front of the house for the same price of $149 though this would not include the roof inspection. When I asked for a reduced rate for just cleaning 50 feet of gutters, I was told the price would remain @ $149 and I said no thank you and would find a roofer that was actually comfortable inspecting my roof!

Full replacement of roof was completed on short notice. Ken, from C&C, was easy to work with and made sure everything was taken of. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up when the work was completed. Cost was comparable or less than other quotes I received. Highly recommend this company.

It went very well. A very long day of work; the installers were here for the better part of 13 hours. Very industrious workers. When they were done they cleaned up everything totally; you would not know anyone had been here working, aside from the beautiful new roof.

It's been over a month now and I am still waiting and have heard nothing. Mr Millers response to my original post is is totally inaccurate as nothing has been rectified. My damaged gutters still sag, are still mangled, and are now worthless. All because the workers were not instructed to remove and then replace the gutters as was written up in the work order. C&C Roofing and Siding Co. needs a lesson in customer service. I understand there may be unexpected delays in delivering on services promised, that's when you need to reach out to your customers and let them know. This is the most unresponsive company when it comes to customer service. Communication with customers is key in if you want to continue being a thriving business. I guess they don't.

Kevin came out to examine a leak in the roof. He estimated it would cost around $500 but said the location could be difficult to pinpoint. He was on time, professional, amiable and although I decided not to proceed with repairs at the time I would certainly hire C & C in the future.

Excellent service from the estimate to the completion or the work. They where neat clean an polite.

C&C roofing was great initially and promptly sent someone out within a few days to evaluate the roof. Unfortunately we were not home when they came to inspect the roof and it has been over week since they were out to evaluate the problem. We have yet to receive an estimate or any form of communication from them to explain the delay.

Whole job was completed in one day. C & C thought a day and a half. Everything went well. The property was pretty clean afterwards, anybody that tells you they can do 100 percent clean up is lying. This is the third house I have had to re-roof and C & C did the best job by far. A few twigs were broken on 2 plants, but that is minor. Dumpster with trash materials was removed the next day. Chris from C&C. Called the next day to make sure we had no issues. I am happy with the work performed and the price paid. I had three bids. Two were very close, but one used Tamko shingles which I have had a bad experience with. Also several of my neighbors use C&C and were very happy. Easy decision.

They did a wonderful job, on each aspect. The roofers were hard workers, they worked from 8 in the morning to 8 at night for a few days and 5 hours on a Saturday. I was here during the entire time so I was able to observe what they were doing. I wanted to make sure the fascias were done right. Everything they did was done right, and they cleaned up, and I am very very happy with the job they did. Roofing was about $15,500, I had three skylights installed that was $2700 and then I had the gutters, soffits and fascia replaced $6200. In fact, I have recommended them to a couple of neighbors.

It went good. It was a quick service, they were able to get it done all in one day. I was very happy with them.
