Description of Work: The technician John was very polite but could not perform the work because the roof was too steep.

Description of Work: Representative arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He climbed on roof and examined all items related to the roof - shingles, flashings, chimneys, eves etc. He caulked areas that needed sealing. He left a full report on things that will need attention in the near future (e.g. some rotted siding on chimney). I would definitely recommend C&C and will use them when my roof needs to be replaced in the next few years.

Description of Work: Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Sandy. I contacted C&C as they had done a good job on our gutters. They provided an estimate faster than I expected (there were many other damaged homes in the area), took a 1/3 desposit and then showed up when they promised. Near as I can tell, they did everything I asked. They pulled off the old roof (2 layers), replaced many pieces of plywood, and installed a new roof on top.

Description of Work: Inspected roof and caulked around exhaust pipes which needed to be caulked. During a heavy rain storm water had leaked down into my kitchen from the ceiling and someone had determined the reason was from broken seals around the exhause pipes. The inspector from C&C roofing confirmed this and repaired the seal. He also said we were in need of a new roof and we will probalby have that done in the spring. We are due for a roof considering the age of our roof and I trusted his opinion. Purchasing this coupon for $99.00 was a great opportunity for me to get the roof repaired and also receive an inspection of the roof.I felt it would have cost me more if I had had someone come out and done just the repair.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen came on time but were not aware that they were to perform window cleaning AND power washing. They left and came back with their equipment approx. 1 1/2 hours later. They did an excellent job on the powerwashing and were very agreeable to powerwash whatever I wanted. They even powerwashed my swingset! They washed my windows and cleaned out the windowsills of debris. They told me not to expect a big improvement because I had old windows and they had not been washed in the last 12 years. They were right. My windows looked the same. I have an addition with 4 year old windows that I thought would look great, but they didn't either. There are drip marks and they just don't look any different. They were very patient with taking out the screens to get at my windows. They did break a ceramic mobile that I had hanging on a window that one of my kids made. They charged me extra for the "extra" windows which I wasn't expecting. I guess if my windows looked great, I would hire them again because they were so pleasant, but they don't, so i won't. They also gave me an estimate to clean my windows again using a fine steel wool sponge. It was a price that I would never pay. I don't know if it was high or not.

Description of Work: A good company to work with. I needed some minor siding and soffit repairs. Overall the company does good work although I did have to ask for them to come back and complete a repair. My only complaint was that their scheduling people are not clear that the initial visit to the house is not to complete work but to see what additional work, in addition to the Angie's list offer, might be needed. Understandable but they should be more clear on process.

Description of Work: My gutters were overflowing and water was running down the side of the House. Dennis from C&C came out immediately noticed the problem and set up an appointment to fixed. They came on the day of the appointment and did the work. Has rained numerous times since and the problem was corrected. Great work.

Description of Work: Problem with roof leak. At the initial $99 visit, repairman caulked around faulty vent pipes. He showed me digital pictures of crumbling rubber seals on vent pipes. For additional $250, new vent pipes were installed at another visit. Pictures also provided showing old ones and new ones on roof. I was very pleased with the service.
