Workmanship was fine once they came out. Took over 5 weeks to do basically what was a 1.5 hour job. Had to reschedule 3 different times, they only called 1 time to say they couldn't make it. The other days we had to call them to ask , why didn't you make it out? I think job was too small for them to really care too much. Originally said that they would be approx. 4 week's and paid 50% at the time of the estimate. When the day came to do job on Tuesday they called, said we will be there Thursday. Then Thursday came and went, no call no show. We called them and they said how about Saturday(after Thursday came and went). Same thing no call no show. Then I became more upset with them and said give me a date and then commit to it; they did. They then came out at the agreed time and did the job quickly. Job was fine. It was just a very aggravating experience.
Description of Work: Remove existing gutter that was damaged during storm. Replace gutter on one side of house.

Had to wait 3 weeks after contacting company for work to be performed. Work was performed satisfactorily, however when it came time to pay the bill, we had a telephone directory coupon for $50 off of a job of $250 or more. Also mentioned a senior citizen discount (which we are). We were told that these two were already considered in the bill of $300. How did they know we had a coupon. Obviously, they could tell we were senior citizens.
Description of Work: Contracted this company to repair and install several pieces of siding that had blown off in a wind storm.

I CONTRACTED WITH THE COMPANY IN NOVEMBER TO HAVE A ROOF INSTALLED BY THE SECOND WEEK OF DEC. THE ROOF WAS NOT INSTALLED UNTIL FEB. THE CONTRACTOR NEVER CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE DELAY. WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE SAID IT WAS DUE TO WEATHER. HE SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW. ALSO, THEY NEVER DID THE CLEANUP FOR THE JOB, IT WAS IN WINTER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN IN SPRING, THEY NEVER CAME SO I HAD TO PICK UP THE GARBAGE (ASSORTED SHINGLES, NAILS ETC...). THE REP SAID HE WOULD HAVE A CREW COME OUT TO DO IT, BUT HE NEVER DID. JUST GAVE ME DOUBLE TALK. ON A GOOD NOTE, UNLIKE OTHER ROOFERS, HE WENT ON ROOF FOR THE ESTIMATE AND ADVISED ME THAT I MAY HAVE AN INSURANCE CLAIM, WHICH I PURSUED AND COLLECTED ON. HE SAVED ME SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS.
