The crew arrived promptly on the day promised and started working right away. They took great care trying not to damage my plants as they removed the old roof. The cleanup was great. The roof is also great and when I had my chimney painted this spring and the contractors were up on the roof, I was told that "whoever did the roof, did a great job". I am very pleased with the work.

Called set appointment, someone came out checked roof recommended a second fan for the space. Set date to install.Done Was very happy with the work.

They contacted me, came on site to inspect and give an estimate if there would be any additional costs (there are none) and followed up with a phone call to schedule the appointment.

Chris is very knowledgeable and efficient in providing information on the siding. The order was placed right away, and delivered in the two-week time frame that was promised. Once the siding was delivered, Chris wasted no time in getting the project completed. A 10-man crew arrived on a Friday around Noon and worked on Saturday and Sunday, arriving at 7:30 a.m. and finishing until it got dark. The project was completed on Sunday night. Since they were done so quickly, the new lights we ordered had not arrived until that Monday. They came back and installed the new lighting. We had no rain during the time of the installation, which was great! The 10-man crew worked quickly and efficiently. We were so happy the project was completed quickly because rain did come by the middle of that next week! Thank you, Chris, for your excellent service!

The office of C&C followed the next day after my Big Deal purchase and scheduled a visit. Kevin, roof specialist came on time, updating his ETA and keeping us informed as to when to expect him. He performed the services as promised and wrote up a detailed estimate for suggested repairs afterward. I will definitely include their estimates in my repair project.

They told us that we had a couple of years left with our roof. We thought that was very honest. If they are still around in a couple of years we will consider using them for our roof.

They were OK we didn't go with them because the package they were offering my house did not qualify because of the pitch of my roof and would cost more money. The gentlemen was very nice and professionalism.

They called, made an appointment, tightened loose nails and screws on the roof, they inspected for potential problems.

Overall from the sales rep to the workers everything was great. Everyone was courteous and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

They came out and never even got on our roof and instead tried to upsell additional services. They let us know we could pay additional money to have the pipe collars replaced or we could call for a refund. I guess we just had a misunderstanding of what the deal actually covered. However, we decided to call Angie’s List for the refund.

They were prompt and professional. Called to confirm, called while on the way, etc. They did find some minor "issues" which could cost us $400.00, but also pointed out that our roof is 24 years old and most need to be replaced at 25 years. We are opting to hold off on the minor repairs.

I am very pleased with C&C Family Roofing and would recommend them to others. The New Roof: The experience started with a "big deal" for a roofing maintenance package. Through the discussion I asked about a quote for a new roof and the rep went back up to the roof to accurately give that quote. I asked about options to upgrade but there weren't many besides the quality of the felt and a slightly better shingle. I do feel that I got quality materials and the rep did a great job matching the color of shingles to the other houses on the block. Once everything was agreed, the rep made sure that I got the full value of the discount associated with the Big Deal applied to the invoice. After I paid the deposit, we scheduled a date. They were available very quickly which was great. On the day of the repairs a team showed up and started working. They didn't interact with me at all. In retrospect I should have stopped them and asked to see the permit, but I'm still learning. The roofers were clean and efficient. They worked quickly and I never saw anyone slacking. The whole thing was done in a day and only one sheet of wood needed to be replaced. I haven't noticed any leaks and am very pleased with the quality of workmanship. The New Flashing on Windows: I've had consistent problems with leaking from my front windows and never knew what kind of contractor to call to fix them. In my discussions with the rep from C&C Family roofing, he said they could do it. He provided an estimate and scheduled a time. The workers showed up (a different set than the roofers) and began work right away. Again, these guys worked very diligently. The rep advised there could be some slight damage to the stucco around the windows, and that C&C doesn't do those types of repairs. I acknowledged that and agreed to the work. In the end I am pleased to report that there was no damage at all. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work done Overall - Positive Interpersonal Interactions - Good Quality Materials and Workmanship - Quickly Available - Hard Workers - No more Leaks, even after Hurricane Sandy! The only suggestions to the contractor (and to me) would be to provide a copy of the permit and/or show me that it was posted while work was done. Also there were more roof nails around than I expected (I was advised there might be some). But those are the only possible improvements to an overall great experience. In summary, I recommend C&C and will use them again in the future with confidence. Members of my family had a problem with their roof after a storm and I have recommended C&C to them.

First meeting was to come over and take a look in the attic to make sure the provided fan was going to be enough for the space. Second visit was to actually install the fan. The job was done while we were not home. I didn't like that they put a banner in my lawn without my permission.

Everything went fine. The servieman was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Made appointment and office called back to confirm. John D. came out as scheduled and surveyed the roof and inside the attic and said it was in remarkable good shape after 16 yrs and pointed out what he was going to do for the job. I asked him if he can fix a shingle that was popping up visible from the front of the house and he said he would do that as part of the deal. John said he was going to come back the next day or the day after do complete the work and let me know which I agreed. When the 2 days passed and I didn't hear from him, he responded to my note saying he would be out on Wednesday to complete the work. John came out as promised and reported to me that there was no sealant on the screws or nails and the vent pipe wasn't sealed at all. When he was finished he walked the roof and told me there was a high plywood spot that was causing the shingle to bulge but presented no problem. John also did as promised in his email response and gathered information for a quote on siding work that I originally mentioned to him on his 1st day out. He quickly answered all my questions I had regarding what would be done for the job and clarified specifics about the work when I called him back on his phone. John was courteous, professional and most of all seemed honest in my evaluation. Would have given a B+ rating if I could.

Al from C&C check my attic space and determined that additional insulation had already been installed and that I may instead want to add an attic fan. His honesty and professionalism were very refreshing and I will request a refund through Angie's list.

Our gutters were a tat longer than the $99.oo special, after that was pointed out to us , we gladly paid the difference

Went great. Prompt, professional, courteous. I am not sure of exact dates, but could not submit form with out filling it in.

From start to finish is was very easy. John came and looked at our old roof and gave us the estimate. We liked him and trusted him, so we committed to proceed with a new roof. John dropped-off some shingle samples and gave us a few days to decided which ones we wanted for our home. After we picked the shingles, John and his crew came the following week and in 2 days the new roof was finished. My husband and I both work from home, so getting a new roof is a little disruptive, since they had to bang loudly for 2 days. The noise was a little stressful for our 2 kitties, as well. We understand that the noise is part of the process, and John's crew was very professional -- they cleaned-up all of the old shingles, nails, debris, etc., so everything was immaculate when they left. Our roof looks beautiful, and our neighbors all commented on how great it looks. While we were in our yard, a woman that we didn't know was driving by and stopped and told us how lovely our roof looks. It was nice to get that feedback, even from strangers! We're grateful to John and the guys at C&C Family Roofing for the wonderful job that they did!
