Description of Work: This company has terrible business practices. Initially when I called them, no one returned the call. It took 3 phone calls to get a call back. After finally making a connection, I set up an appointment for an estimate for repairs on my roof which was canceled the day of the appointment. We rescheduled another appointment for one month later because they had nothing until then. I didnt hear anything from them and decided to call and confirm my appointment for today (June 28, 2010) and was called a couple of hours later to hear that they were sorry and they were overbooked the next available time slot would be in three weeks. They are a disgrace. If they don't want to to repair work then they should say that upfront. They waste your time.
