It was good.

I had a good experience with this company.

I reason I didn't go with American Fence was that their estimate was a bit higher then the other estimate that I received from their competitors, I didn't know that it was going to take over a month to get the estimate. Maybe they weren't aware of the urgency.

American Fence's estimate came a little late and I emailed them 3 times. Their estimate price is a little high and I didn't even bother with it. He didn't give me the written estimate, he emailed me a statement on how much it was, he didn't give me something to go by. If somebody writes a quote for you, they tell you material and the labor and others. He said he'd email back but he didn't tell me even what product he will be using. He didn't give me any details with the estimate so I can compare it with somebody else. I was not happy with the situation, he said "you email us, we'll cal you within the day" but 3 or 4 days go by and said that they didn't get my email, there was a lot of confusion. He was here when he said he was gonna be here, he was courteous and business-like for me.

we needed a pen for our 2 dogs asap. the salesman was very helpful with finding the right product for our use. very accomodating, quick completion, sturdy fence, workmen cleared shrubbery and relaid a few flat stone pavers to complete walk through gate to yard. also, made a very tight fit to garage and house to prevent gaps for dogs to escape. very nice job. posts have held up very well over time, as had chain link, also. unfortunately, one of our dog's is an escape artist, and climbed the fence multiple times and pushed under it in certain places over the years, so we have greatly modified it with our own reinforcements, including adding our own two foot extensions on top, once, then again another two foot extension a second time. we had another estimate done from American Fence to re-do the 4 foot fabric in an 8 foot height, but it was more than we wanted to spend, so we did the work ourselves. it's not pretty, but it works to keep her in. we would use the contractor again if our budget allowed.

I called American Fence and talked with a very pleasant woman about having a split rail fence installed. Randy came out and gave me a very detailed work order including the price. He was very nice, helpful and professional and took the time to listen and offered suggestions. When they installed the fence, it was blazing hot and they still did an extremely professional job fencing the entire backyard. From start to finish, this company was very appreciative of our business and had a very positive attitude.

Start date was delayed due to poor weather conditions. Started back row of fencing and had more than half installed. Foreman noticed the vinyl fence posts were machined incorrectly. Had the company remake the posts over night and tore out all the installed posts and reinstalled them so the fence would be perfect! Fence is straight and beautiful. Only wish was that we discussed the need to regrade the lawn so the gate could swing open fully. I will have my landscaper take care of that in the spring.

Overall, great job. Very satisfied with install and project management. Randy is a pro is great to deal with.

They did a good job and it was aesthetically pleasing. They didn’t destroy any property and were punctual for the job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

AMERICAN FENCE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SAY ONE BAD REMARK ABOUT THE JOB. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
