Great. They were here by 8:00 started the job and continued til they were done at 4:00 and cleaned up very well done.

I was very pleased with how it looked. The installer did an excellent job. His work was thorough and went exactly as planned. He worked quietly. You didn’t even know he was there. I would highly recommend them.

I waited for weeks to have an appointment for a quote. Waited for over an hour for them to show....called...I was on the schedule and no one knows what happened. Never a return call for explanation or apology . Person answering the phone had no empathy for the mistake but had an attitude!

The entire process went very well. I had a less expensive estimate from another company however this company's representatives were all so responsive, professional, and honest about what was possible and what wasn't that I thought it worth the higher price. I was not disappointed. From the first inspection meeting through the final walk through, I felt confident that I was being treated fairly and honestly.

The whole process was quick. They came to my house immediately for an estimate and the fence was installed two weeks later. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The inside fencing turned out great! It was a little bit of a challenge, but Patrick stuck with it and got it just the way I wanted it. And I loved that he started early and worked until it was done. The steps were less of a challenge but no less done excellently. the quality of work was wonderful. He also worked on our outside fencing. Due to ground shifting the fence posts in some areas pushed up and the fence looked so uneven. He worked on it until it looks so nice and straight now. And the cost was a lot less than I expected. The cost of the whole job was not inexpensive, but I really can't complain with the quality of the materials and the labor. I feel th cost was well worth the job I got.

It went well. The guys working here were polite, professional and handled a tricky slope very well. Communication was very good with the company. Hal (the owner) had no problem answering all my questions. They had put in our original fence, so even though their quote was higher than a competitor, we chose them because of previous experience. They did not disappoint.

Timeliness upon initial contact was great. However, I felt the price was rather high for the amount of fencing I wanted. I was not given an option of the type of wood. They only use cedar to maintain their reputation in the industry; and I understand that. However as a widow on a fixed income, I cannot afford to spend ~$6,000 on a fence that I will enjoy for only 5 to 10 years. When I received a call as follow up, I explained that I felt the cost was too high and wanted to use a less expensive grade wood. The estimator told me about their high standards of quality wood; but he would "sharpen his pencil" and attempt to reduce the cost. We have discussed since what he had initially written down, and there seemed to be a communication error. He has revised the estimate to a more reasonable amount. If my circumstances were different and I was building a new home in a different neighborhood I definitely call them.

The gentleman was a giant help, he wrote down our ideas and he actually came up to the pre-estimate for us. We told them that we possibly would not be using them to put the fence up, however, for us to do it on our own. He did not have a problem with it. We ended up ordering our fence from them, it was there, where they told us it would be, so, there were no issues.

I ended up selecting another fence company, but would definitely consider calling them for future jobs.

This company met and exceeded my expectations for having a fence installed. The fence was installed the week after I accepted the bid. All fencing is expensive but this fence is unusually attractive for a split rail. The price was competitive with the another bid.The owner who did the bid was here on the day the foreman and two helpers started the work and checked on the progress daily. The workers were very polite and cleaned up everything as they went along. I would recommend this company.

The estimator arrived as promised, proved me with an estimate that completely fit my budget. They also honored the Angie's list discount and called me within 10 days to set up installation. The installer arrived on time and delivered the final job in 2 days (as promised) in spite of rain on the second day. The steps were a mess and he rebuilt them and they look great. I have a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy this summer. Great job!

We decided not to have the work done but everyone we spoke to was professional, poliet and punctual.

The guys did a great job on the fence. They worked constantly over 2 days through cold (and on the first day snowy) conditions. They obviously knew what they were doing, and they did it very well. The only reason I gave B for price was that their fee fell in the middle of the three estimates I received. I chose them because I liked the way Randy, the estimator, listened to my concerns about the fence and came up with ideas to address those concerns. I am very glad that I chose this company to build the fence! I would definitely recommend them to others.

A friendly employee came out and gave an estimate for a fence. I did not use as I used another company that was cheaper with the same product.

They were punctual, professional, worked productively and just all around nice guys!

Hal was punctual and thorough. He asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted from the work and then asked questions I hadn't thought of based on what I said. He explained what the process would be like and what the timeline would be. I had a good feeling about the company and the work and was hoping to go with them, but their price came in at almost 80% above what my other four estimates came in at (and I was only using top-rated companies on Angie's List). For that price, I am sure they do great work but it was just too expensive. I would use this company for sure if the price was somewhat closer to what I got - I was willing to pay a premium for a company that impressed me, but this was a bit too much.

They came after the week I called them. They scheduled me out. They were fair with the price.

Randy gave detailed, comprehensive estimate and answered all questions. After 2 false starting times (but still within 2 week promised date), work began. Patrick and his coworker, Josh, were polite, conscientious and performed an outstanding job. Originally we had thought the price to be high, but after observing the difficulty of the job, we were more than pleased with the results and were satisfied with the expence.

I called several times requesting they send me the estimate to no avail. It took them a month to finally get me an estimate. The owner said the representative had gone on vacation and the paperwork was under a pile on his desk. Then the owner brought over an estimate which was over $1000 more than other companies who I had gotten estimates from. I didn't have them install the fence.

I went into the store and I think they are way overpriced. I would never use them and I would never recommend them. We went into the store and considering it was a store, it was almost like they weren’t sure of who is going to help us. I can’t even say it was a pleasant experience, may be a little too business like. I didn’t get the impression that the person doing it was even sure of what he were doing. The first numbers that they gave us were high to begin with and it was just for the materials. We were also told that when they dig out the holes for the dirt, they would charge 10 Dollars per post to take the dirt away unless we want it on our property.
