We called Carpet Network to set up a date for bringing carpet samples to our home. Janine and her husband showed up on time and brought many, many samples for us to consider. They both listened intently to what we wanted and showed us samples that met that criteria. Measurements were taken, and a computer print-out of the charges was provided to us. After a consultation with another carpet provider, we called Carpet Network to place our order. (the other provider quoted a final price that was $8000 higher!). The installation was scheduled to begin on a Friday and then return to finish on the following Monday so that we could move our packed items around over the weekend. The installers were very professional and took care to move the furniture and replace it in its original resting place. We asked that they also fix the 'creaking' of the floor boards, and they did so for an additional $100. After the installation, we noticed that the family room carpet had noticeable 'lines' running horizontally through it. We called and were told that these were most likely 'pressure folds' and that they would eventually ease their way out with regular vacuuming. As promised they were gone in a few weeks. We love the carpet and would highly recommend this company.

Janine came to my home and measured my rooms and hallway. She was very friendly and easy to get along with. She thoroughly went through the types of carpet and carpet colors. She even helped me to choose the right color paint for the walls, too. Due to different stages of repair and reconstruction, my carpeting was delivered and installed at different times. Mike the scheduler, worked within the contractors schedule and had the carpeting installed within a week of each completed area. Carpet Network of Gibsonia demonstrated the highest degree of customer service and professionalism throughout my upstairs repairs and reconstruction. I highly recommend Carpet Network of Gibsonia.

I was really thrilled with them. I did not have any complaints or problems with them at all. I thought that they were very efficient. They did not hold me up all day. They came early in the morning like they said they would. They were out in about two hours. They were sociable and very pleasant to work with. I was happy with them and their work. I thought that the price was fine. I did not compare the prices with anybody else?s; I just went with them because they had a high rating on Angie?s List and also because they are from my neighborhood and I had seen quite a few of their advertisements. I didn?t think it was unreasonable when they gave me the estimate. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

That work was great. It was an awesome job. I have recommend them to several people since they have done the work. Their pricing was awesome. It was less money than Home Depot and they had terms. They came in one day and finished that day. They cleaned up everything. They did what they said what they would do. I have never worked with anyone so responsive. They had great follow up as well. They came out to make sure I was happy with everything. They helped match everything in the house so everything flowed. Not everyone gives you that color design help.

It was fine. They did good work. The price was right.

I was very happy with Carpet Network. I had water damage and it was an insurance claim. They seemed very conscientious. They raced through, but didn't cut corners. They were courteous to my stuff. They did a tremendous amount of work. I had never seen carpet being laid before. It was a pleasant experience.

It was fine. We were pleased. They have done work for us in the past which is why we contacted them again. We were happy overall with the job.

It was wonderful. I had no complaints about them anyway. They were on time. They were very nice. I had no complaints whatsoever.

Was a great experience overall. Janine and Bob Klein came over for the initial consultation, bringing samples. They were very patient, attentive, and helpful with advice without being aggressive or overbearing. On the day of the install (about 3 weeks after the consultation) Bob Klein arrived and installed all the blinds within an hour an a half - two hours. He was quiet, efficient, and very polite. They look great and we were very impressed with the quiet professionalism of both Janine and Bob. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in window treatments.

Everything went very well, except for the carpeting for the family room which was on backorder for a month (certainly not the fault of Carpet Network). This required the installation to be completed with two visits. On both occasions the installers were very good and the results are beautiful. The initial house call to pick the carpets was very friendly, and Janine gave us a sale price that was to go into effect the following week! We were told the carpets would be aired out over a weekend before being installed. I could detect no odor after installation, and I am a chemist with a nose for that sort of annoyance. We would recommend Carpet Network of Gibsonia to anyone.

Both owners came to our house with a number of samples of carpeting to consider, as we wanted to match existing carpet in 1 room that was no longer manufactured. They checked the samples in each of the 2 rooms since the light is variable, which helped in our decision. They quoted family/living room and a den/music room, plus steps at a price comparable to off the shelf at other home improvement stores. They also gave us a quote for 2nd floor bedrooms for carpet and hardwood. They moved all furniture (except piano which we had to pay a mover to move) with care, installed the 2 rooms of carpet, and were done in about half day. Quality was well done, and cleaned up everything.

Bob and Janine were very professional, easy to work with and very helpful in selecting colors, etc. for all phases of the work. The three phases of the work, the ceramic tile, the wood flooring and the carpet, were all scheduled to be done in sequence and it worked out great.

VERY NICE FOLKS TO WORK WITH. VERY PUNCTUAL, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. BOB EVEN CALCULATED THE MEASUREMENTS IN A WAY THAT SAVED ME MONEY AND THEY GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE ON RE-INSTALLING THE CARPETING I ALREADY HAD. THE INSTALLERS WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE CLEAN, NEAT, COURTEOUS, AND QUICK. I HAVE EVEN RECOMMENDED THEM TO MY MOTHER!

JANINE KLEIN AND HER HUSBAND ARE THE OWNERS AND THEY CAME TO OUR HOME TO SHOW US CARPET SAMPLES. THEY (THE CREW) WERE ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE PRICES ARE COMPARABLE TO WHAT HOME DEPOT SELLS. WE THOUGHT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
