Well. Carpet installer was particularly nice man. People are pleasant and nice to deal with, unlike the other two companies I considered.

The installers were punctual and friendly. Installation went great with no problems.

Everything from the choosing of the carpeting to the install went very smoothly and was done quickly and professionally.

Nest Expressions was one of three such companies I contacted to provide information for replacing 12 year old window blinds. I was thinking shutters but was open to other options. The owner, Mr Klein, visited my house & brought a full array of sample products. He demonstrated the products & explained the differences, pros & cons. When it was all said & done - I opted for my original plan to have shutters installed. I then had to decide among the three vendors as they each were able to provide shutters. I decided to use Nest Expressions as I preferred their product best among the three options. I did not want white + I didn't want a real wood product, so my only option was the Hunter Douglas product sold by Nest Expressions. These were a tad more $$ than I was budgeting for this project so I kept the other options in mind while working with Nest Expressions. In my dealings I was told that the sales tax is handled different for shutters as they're an installed product that becomes a permanent part of the structure. Mr. Klein looked into it on his end & it resulted in a cost reduction, so I decided to move forward. I also liked the fact that the Hunter-Douglas product had the shortest lead time & is USA-made. The Chinese product had twice the lead time & a different USA-made product had a longer manufacturing time. Once I decided to get them, I wanted them as quickly as possible. Mr Klein returned & measured each window specifically even though 5 of 6 were visually identical. He said the factory can make slight tweaks if there are size variations. I also posed a new question - was it possible to get a different frame color than the shutters color? I was told that the manufacturer won't do it. I was a bit disappointed, especially since my choice was the non-wood option - I would have preferred a white frame, but I went ahead with the order. I liked the composite material better since it requires less care than real wood & is not subject to warping. Once the shutters arrived, I was contacted for an installation date. The guys showed-up on time & worked quickly. They were neat & cleaned-up any debris. They also took away my old blinds. After the installation, Nest Expressions agreed to delay processing of my 50% balance due by a few days, so that my credit card would kick over to the next billing cycle, helping me spread out my recent purchases to better align with my income stream.

Nest Expressions was extremely professional and were a pleasure to deal with from sale thru installation. Very pleased with recommendations that were made. The installer was on time and did a great job. I would definitely purchase from then again.

Mike the installer was on time and completed the project quickly. We choose Nest Expressions because of the professionalism and they listened to us.

The blinds were ordered and we specifically discussed the rod I wanted installed cord and chain. When the installer came to put them up the rod was not cord and chain, just a stick to control the blinds. This would not work as the control was next to the railing in the upper level living room and I did not want that mechanism. The installer was very nice, very patient and even offered a better method to control the blinds just be lengthening the cord and chain on the new rod that needed to be ordered. The sales person never even mentioned the longer length for the controls. Then yesterday the installer returned to put up the blinds on the new rod which looks VERY similar to the rod I was told could not be used from my old blinds and found no clips for the valance. So the installation is still not complete I donot know if I would use this company again. The price was good l had an Angies List deal, but I was not impressed with the sales person. And I'm not thrilled with the rod issue and no clips to complete the installation

Representative came to our home, displayed many choices of window treatment, took quick but accurate measurements. Ordered treatments came in the time offered. Installation was easily scheduled and the worker put the treatments in without any problems. Price was good. Treatments look great.

It went really well. Bob and his team were professional and pleasant to work with.

We were looking for a new vendor when we decided to refresh our carpet on the second floor. Reviewing Angie's List we noticed the high marks that Nest Expressions received. Although we live far from their showroom we decided to visit and were not disappointed. We made an appointment for them to visit our home to measure and select a carpet so that we could receive a quote. The quote came back less than another other quote we had already received based on square footage. Surprisingly we received a call the next day where they figured out another way to layout the carpet which could save us additional money. Drawings for both layouts were sent to us for review which we did not get from the other vendor.We selected Nest Expressions based on their thoroughness and ability to make sure we understood everything that was being proposed. A date was selected for the installation. We then received a call from the service manager to review the installation and asked us if we had any preferences for the install. We felt like we were part of the installation. Two gentleman arrived as scheduled and for two days worked diligently on the installation. Once completed we walked through with them and every piece of furniture was in its exact place. We were pleasantly surprised. The gentleman were very professional, personable and very easy to work with.They did a phenomenal job.

We have used Nest Expressions for many home improvement projects now and have been extremely pleased each time. They help us pick out designs, have a wide range of options and are amazingly affordable for the quality they provide.

The owner Bob came to measure our windows and show us options, and he took the order. Several weeks later, the blinds were installed and the old blinds removed. (They offered to dispose of them but we asked to keep them in case we could recycle them. It turns out Construction Junction does not accept old blinds, so we just had to chuck them ourselves. We wish we'd just let Nest Expressions do it. Don't make the same mistake!) The blinds are exactly what we wanted - top down and bottom up, so we can have privacy and get lots of natural light. We're very pleased. Only issue is the cost seemed quite high, even for custom blinds. We didn't shop around but you might be able to save a few hundred dollars if you do. Bob went above and beyond on the repairs to our old blinds. We paid $145 for one and $45 for the other. He had to come back several times to fix one (since HD didn't fix it properly), which is electric, and there was no charge for the return trips. We really appreciated their diligence on that.

The service went excellent and I could not be happier with the service.

The second time they said it was a milling problem, not the "once in a million time" that this happened and that this issue never happened with any of their customers before. I was also a repeat customer and when asked about repeat customer discount I was told that laminate flooring is so competitive that they couldn't discount any further. The installer said the flooring wasn't fitting together properly. It should be smooth. By the second time of this not working, they insisted it had been quality controlled but the installer found the same problem to happen and once again took away what he had lain down. Bob offered to give me a discount for the trouble after the first attempt, something like $400. But by the second attempt, I ran out of free time to be home for this installation feeling I had to pick something new and maybe hardwood was the best option. Bob said he would give me competitive pricing on hardwood options. I was going to schedule an appointment with him but was sick on that day and upon further thought, decided I had given them enough chances and time to get it right. Bob then offered given the situation he would offer a full refund given the problems if I wanted that. Initially I wasn't going to do this because they had installed window treatments for me a couple years ago and it was high quality service then. I also appreciated the installer's honesty because it wouldn't have been as obvious to me that it was defective. But in the end, with my job travel being as frequent as it is and the time I took in choosing the flooring that I couldn't waste any more time working with them. The flooring was beautiful and all the people who were in contact me were responsive, punctual and polite. I might use them again but not for a long while.

Nest Expressions perfectly installed beautiful bamboo blinds over a bay window in our house. We were showed a great number of samples, the installation was done quickly and the blinds are perfect. We have used them twice now and hope to again.

He was so supportive and helpful to work with us to select the best option for us, and then come home to install them.

Bob and Janine were excellant to work with. They brought carpet samples as well as blinds to my home. They had an amazing selection to choose from and quality advice on what would work best for my needs. They really know what they are talking about. I couldn't be happier with the products and service I recieved. They made putting the finishing touches on our basement as easy and pain free as possible, I would highly recommend Bob and Janine to anyone in need of carpet or blinds

A man came out to the house and showed my wife’s what they had. They spent several hours talking through what their strategy was going to be and finally decided on what window coverings would be used. After about three weeks, they installed them and she has been very happy with the results.

OK, although there was a hitch in the git-along, they did very well.

After purchasing the deal I found that they would not be able to supply the necessary materials that match my current blinds system. I didn't have any problems with the company but was not able to use them for this particular service.
