Janine was knowledgeable in a number of areas & sold a variety of products. She was easy to work with, professional, prompt & knowledgeable about interior products. She offered and sold many items that I will most likely have a future interest in. I would definitely call her again for other projects.

The owners from Nest Expressions came out exactly on schedule to give us options for the curtain material and hardware. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The work was done on the time line they gave us and the installation went smoothly. We are very pleased with the result. The consistently high scores they get on Angie's list are earned.

Everything went smoothly during the early process, however, Nest Expressions did not give a clear picture of what the final product would look and feel like. We were very disappointed in the quality of the blinds and shutters for what we paid. Window coverings are not cheap, so do your homework: Yes, they are a very professional company, however, I feel you do not get the quality for the money you are paying. In our case, the trim around the windows are already separating, and when opening the shutter doors, it feels very cheap and flimsy. The other part that is very upsetting is that when you have our shutters closed, there is still a small gap that lets light in, which should not happen. Again, they would earn an A/B for professionalism and punctuality, however, that's not what we paid for: we paid for high quality shutters and blinds, and that is not what you'll get from this company. We were just very, very disappointed with the quality of the blinds and shutters and the final product for the price we paid. It's not a company I will refer to my family and friends, which is why I gave them a D for overall experience.

This was an excellent experience, and if I could give Nest an A+, I would. Everything went exceptionally well, and all this for the lowest price (I always competitively bid)! Nest even accommodated my non-standard request for the laundry room. It is obvious that Nest gets customer service and value! Can't say enough about them.

I highly recommend them for their puntuality, responsiveness, and very personable customer service. They made the whole process so painless that were already decided to use them again for upcoming window treatments projects this year and/or next.

After I signed agreement on this house last Oct (Oct 2012), I decided to replace the carpet. I'd been shopping around for carpet installation vendors. I spoke with Molyneaux and River View, and stopped by their stores couply times. But Nest Expression turned out to be the winner, because they carry the particular product that I wanted (I didn't like traditional pile carpet, I preferred loops and certain pattern) and price wise they were a little lower. Overall, Nest Expression team has been prefessional and responsive.

The estimate was extremely precise, so there were no surprises. The quality of carpet they showed me was all high. The gentleman who did the estimate was very professional and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, without making any hard sales pitch.

They are excellent. I think they are very efficient from the time you talk about the work that they are going to do to the time they are done. If you have a question, they would come back. They are ethical in everything they do. I recommended them to other people without reservation.

They did a good job with the installation and had excellent pricing. In fact, their price was nearly $3000.00 less than a previous company that I used for carpet service.

Excellent experience. Bob & Janine are true professionals. We met with Janine during construction of our new house to go over options and to solicit her ideas. We generally knew what we were looking for, but she had some suggestions to make for a better end product. Pricing was quite competitive on Hunter Douglas products, they delivered and installed as promised. Subsequently we had a problem with one of the motorized blinds and they were quite responsive in getting it fixed. We previously used them 8 - 10 years ago (as Carpet Network) to replace all the carpet in our old house and also for H-D window blinds. Good experiences all around.

The work was done when estimated and they were able to complete the work in one day. We would definitely use them for other carpeting needs.

Contacted Nest Expressions via the web site. Quick reponse via email and follow up phone call. Appointment set for March 7th and Bob and Janine showed up at our house with samples for us to choose. Printed quote provide at the first visit based on room size and specific carpet chosen. We recieved a discount for referencing Angie's list as source of contact with Nest Expressions. We paid a deposit and the carpet was ordered and we were scheduled for installation two weeks later. The installation took place on two days as we were told on March 22nd & 23rd. The installer did a nice job and even put some screws in the ply wood to stop some annoying squeaks. They arrived at 8am both days and were done early afternoon. Nest followed up with us after the installation to make sure we were satisfied.

Customer service was great from initial measurements and quote through installation. Installers were very experienced (and great with my little kids watching, too). And the price was very competitive. I will be calling them again for all of my future carpet needs.

The owners of Nest Expressions are a rare combination of two great people who are also very good at their jobs. Their support staff was equally professional and didn't miss a beat. They quoted me at the lowest price of three bids I had received. The install occurred exactly when they said it would. They also followed up with a thank you note and feedback post card. In summary, they conduct business the way it should be conducted -- professionally, competitively, and with a strong focus on customer service.

They were very responsive from my firs contact with them. The in home service is good convenient.

They arrived and began to work immediately. Cut out the soiled section, measured and replaced it with a remnant I had saved, vacuumed the area they worked in and were gone. It took a little over an hour.

From the moment I called to make an appointment, to meeting Janine & Bob at our home with the samples, I was very happy with their service. They brought a nice array of carpets & some bamboo floor samples for us to choose from, then they went through the house to measure all the rooms we wanted to replace the flooring in. We did not have to wait for an estimate because they calculated it right there at our home & gave us a printed copy to keep after they were done measuring & even gave a little discount on the bamboo flooring. Ultimately we did not go with Nest Expressions because we got a few other estimates from some other companies & ended up going with one company for the carpets & a different one for the bamboo floors to get the best price possible & to save some money. Their price wasn't through the roof, but it was a little more than some other quotes. I don't doubt that they do a fine job, and I would most certainly consider them in the future for flooring or window treatments.

Jeanine and Bob Kline are very helpful. She has a good eye for color and is very helpful with input on what you should purchase. They are good at sending you to other helpful service providers if they cannot help you out. This is a shop at home business.

We spent around $6000 on that service. They were excellent. They workers and the sales people were great. They gave us a quote right on the spot and were the best price.
