Nest Expressions

They did wonderful. Everything was absolutely perfect. I recommend them because they were professional, responsive, their work was more than I had helped for and I got theory that I had some damage on the carpet and they repaired it, you can't even see. I would use them again in the future.

It went fine. Scheduling the service was easy. I liked that they came to my home with samples. They sent two technicians and it took them a bit longer than expected to install since the technician who did the binder was a bit late. The carpet is lower-quality than I anticipated so it has a bit of pilling since it’s in a high traffic area.

Bob and Janine Klein are extremely professional and very responsive to their customers' needs. They are very prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about all of their products. They were able to come to our home quickly after our call to them and gave us immediate estimates for the work we needed to have done . They have many, many samples to chose from. Materials arrived in a timely manner after our order was placed and were installed perfectly. I would like to add that in 2012, we had also ordered and installed small shades for the sidelight windows on either side of our front door. Once we got them installed, we decided we did not like how they looked. Bob and Janine were willing to take them back, even though they were custom made. They gave us store credit which we used toward the other products when we ordered them this year, 2014. We definitely would recommend them and will be calling them again when we update other window treatments in our home. It is truly a pleasure to work with them.

Although the price was high, the blinds are absolutely worth it. I had the sheer blinds installed in the living room and dining room. It's amazing how much more natural light I get. I had the woven wood blinds installed in the kitchen for a little more privacy from nosy neighbors. Made the kitchen a little darker, but I have plenty of light coming in on the backside of the house. In home consultation went smoothly, although, initially, I was overwhelmed by the choices. Lifetime warranty on the blinds makes the cost easier to bare. I would definitely use them again.

The folks from Nest Expressions were very nice, but they don't sell the kind of carpet we want (a wool Afghan runner by Courtisan, to go on our staircase). They told us they had similar rugs, but none of them were wool, so we decided to go with another company that carries Courtisan. (Nest Expressions very kindly looked into getting a contract with Courtisan but decided it didn't make sense for them b/c it requires the to sell a certain number of products per year, etc.)

They were helpful in picking out the style, fabric and blackout liner. The installation was quick and the shades look great. They even held the blinds for a couple of weeks for us while we painted the room.

The owner arrived for the estimate on time. She provided recommendations and good suggestions.. I decided not to get the work done at this time. I will consider them again if I do.

When we redid our old kitchen last year, I fully intended to have linoleum until my husband suggested I try cork flooring instead. After seeing the pitiful offerings of two chains in that field, we were agreeably surprised by the many possibilities Bob Klein showed us in our home. Choosing the ?Lisbon? tiles, the work was scheduled and Ben did an excellent, professional job of installing it in two days. Very pleased with it?I have back and knee problems, yet after preparing two holiday meals, felt much better than I expected to standing on the cork! We heartily recommend both that flooring choice and Nest Expressions, and will be using them on future projects.

Very professional , helpful, on time, and pleasant to deal with. Did exactly what they said when they said and the installer did a very good job and cleaned up before he left, and again he was pleasant, thorough, and professional.

Appointment was scheduled promptly and representatives came out with samples, creative ideas, and suggestions. They were knowledgable, had great suggestions for addressing issues we had with the difficulty we had accessing the bathroom window since it was directly over our jaccuzi. They suggested the power rise with a wall switch that enables us to raise and lower the blinds easily. It's great! Installation was unbelievably quick and the work was quality. A little pricier than I had expected, but I am satisfied and would use them again.

Overall, it was a great experience. Boband Janine were punctual and. Professional. They helped me with the product selection, and the installation was even earlier than I had anticipated..

Purchased Big Deal for $500 carpet /installation for $199 Everything went smoothly . They came in their mobile showroom, I quickly chose the carpet I liked and the order was made . A few weeks later the installation went as planned . I will definitely use Next Expressions for future flooring projects .

From the time of my first contact with Bob and Janine to the final installation day, this transaction could not have gone smoother. They are very professional and provide a superior product and service. They were very mindful of caring for my home when they were here and always removed their shoes, cleaned up after their work and made sure each blind or shutter was installed properly and functioned perfectly before leaving. They were always prompt for their appointments, and the products were delivered and installed in a timely manner, without delays. I did not do a lot of comparison pricing with other window treatment professsionals in my area before choosing Nest Expressions for two reasons. One, I have owned a number of homes and have had similar products installed in them so I knew the pricing provided by Bob and Janine was in line with past purchases in this regard and secondly, I was very impressed after our first meeting and felt very comfortable doing business with them and having them in my home. It is a pleasure for me to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Customer service is top notch. They visited our house with samples and were very patient and helpful in our decision. The installation team worked diligently, did great work, and were willing to work around our schedule needs. We were very pleased with Nest Expressions overall and highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly. Nest Expressions was the least expensive of all the contractors that bid, but I wasn't worried since they are so highly reviewed. They definitely deserve the high rankings, they have an excellent selection, and the installer that did the work, Ben, was very thorough, courteous, and made sure everything was up to our standards throughout the process. The bathroom looks amazing. I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We were having our family room windows replaced. Nest Expressions visited our home to discuss possible treatments. We agreed that they would return when the construction was completed. On their second visit, they made several recommendations. The six new windows form a wall 14 feet high and 14 feet wide. After considering separate blinds for the individual windows we decided on verticals that cover the 6 windows and split in the middle. They helped pick a pattern and color that blended with the room. We ordered the blinds and 4 weeks later, they returned and installed them. The workman were professional and courteous. They took care not to track dirt into the house and arrived promptly as scheduled. Overall. we were very pleased with the result.

We didn't really comparison-shop, but did get the impression that they were a little bit on the expensive side. However, we felt that it was well worth it. We were absolutely delighted with all aspects of the service. One, the way they came to our former house (before we moved) and showed us carpet samples next to all of our various types of upholstered furniture and two oriental rugs. Then they drove all the way to our current house to take all the measurements. Two, the way they helped us with the color and texture choices. And the type of carpeting we would get. Three, the professionalism of every aspect of their service. Four, the promptness and professionalism of the installation at the current house. Finally, it is like walking on a cloud. It feels wonderful under our feet. It looks beautiful, and every one comments on it. Because of their outstanding product and installation, we called them a couple of weeks ago to see if they could help us with curtains. They came to our house today, and spent several hours helping us select fabrics, and also spent the appropriate time taking measurements. We look forward to working with them once again.

Superior Job - II: My wife and I were looking for new roller shades for our four bedroom windows. We first went to the "Big Boxes," and were shocked by the price. My wife remembered that Nest Expressions installed window treatments, and due to the excellent downstairs carpeting job that we received from Nest, we decided to call them for a free quote. As with the first carpet job, punctuality was the norm for Nest - to the minute! The Owners Mr. B. and Mrs. J. were very helpful, and the Installer was on time and did a great job! There are two main points worth noting: 1. I had an idea about how to hang the new roller shades. Mr. B. noted immediately that my idea would not fit due to an interference. If I had ordered from the Big Box, I would have been stuck with a big, non-returnable (custom order) mess on my hands. 2. The Big Box clerk showed us a stock price list, while Mrs. J. gave us OPTIONS. The Big Box clerk never mentioned that we could LOWER THE PRICE BY $100 PER SHADE if we just ordered a manual shade operator instead of the fancy hidden operator. This saved us $100's over the Big Box, and the shades are just fine. Thanks Mrs. J.! You dream that every contractor encounter is as good as Nest Expressions!

They were kind, considerate and clean. The hardwood installers were truly amazing, they were very professional and answered all of my questions patiently. The carpet was installed with the same professionalism. THEY THROUGHLY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. From the first meeting with Bob the owner, to the thank you card we received, they are a class act. I cannot say enough about them, would do it again is the best recommendation I could give.
