Description of Work: I purchased the deal on Angie's List. Within a day or two I received a call setting up the consultation. The representitve was punctual, professional, and explained throughly the entire process. The follow up with the scheduler was prompt. The technician called prior to the scheduled appointment and advised ETA. The service was professional prompt and beyond expectation. I will use them again. I highly recommend Nest Expressions if you are in the market for window shades.

Description of Work: They measured my four windows I wanted shades for and two that I will cover in the future. They were on time and were very helpful in picking out colors and the type of blinds that would work for me. They told me about promotions that were being offered so I got the easy glides and a rebate. |I would defiantly use them again.

Description of Work: Provided in home shopping experience to shop for blinds for downstairs of our house. Blinds are very nice and were both wood blinds for living room and woven blinds for all other rooms on the first floor. Responsive to imperfections in the wood blinds and came promptly to take down, send back, then rehang once they were sent back.

Description of Work: I was looking for a specific brand/type of carpet, and needed the job done on somewhat short notice. Bob made time to come out on a Saturday to show us some samples, measure, and offer advice. They worked with us on price, and although slightly more expensive than a big box, they are local and offer a lifetime installation warranty. This was worth the added cost. We did not want the risk associated with the big box stores when doing ~1200 Sq ft. Installers were friendly, fast, and also offered advice and recommendations. We would use Nest Expressions again.

Description of Work: A class act from beginning to end. Due to water damage, we had to replace wall-to-wall carpeting and hard flooring. We also opted to having additional rooms done. Excellent guidance from Bob, professional installation from both carpet and cork installers (esp. Ben), and great follow-up from Mike. We'd use this firm again without hesitation.

Not knowing exactly what I wanted they were helpful in ultimately choosing the look I was seeking. The coverings arrived as promised and the installation was professional and quick.

Description of Work: I ordered roller shades, they came to the house with samples and gave us helpful advice concerning color and mounting. They installed the shades and we are happy with our purchase.

Description of Work: They brought samples of window treatments, both blinds and fabric. Everything was of the best quality. The owners came to our house in a labeled van filled with samples. We talked first about what we wanted then they went out to their van and returned with samples. We live in a townhouse so we bought into the Hunter Douglas honeycombs (with a remote)for the sunny side of the house and vertical blinds for the sliding door to the deck along with the perfect valance for the 3 paneled window deck door. Also the installer put up blinds in 3 bedrooms. They always called to let us know when they were coming and arrived as promised. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

The people who came to the house for a consultation were very knowledgeable and willing to offer suggestions (which I wanted). There was no pressure to upsell me on any products. The installer was on time and did speedy work. I even had a follow-up call the next day to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Every person I spoke with during the entire process was very polite.

Bob and Janine offered suggestions on the types of blinds that would work best with the styles of windows we have. They returned calls promptly when I had questions. The installer did an excellent job, and the supervisor called the same day to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Nest Expressions also provide an extended installation warranty in addition to the product warranty from Hunter-Douglas.

Description of Work: The installer was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was pleased with how the blinds look in my house; it's a great improvement. My only disappointment is that even with the "discount" my bill was pretty high for 8 windows, but I guess that is the price you pay for convenience.

Description of Work: As far as window treatments, we decided to go with Nest Expressions who did our wall-to-wall carpeting. They are rather expensive, but are so expert and so professional, and have such good taste that I would recommend them to everyone who can afford it.

Nest Expressions came to our house on a Saturday, completed all the measurements, provided us various options to choose from, made various recommendations, but in the end, allowed us to choose what we felt we needed. There was no hard sell, Nest Expressions was at all times during the process professional. Now just two weeks later we have beautiful Hunter Douglas blinds professionally installed in our house.
