I called him, he got back to me that day. Then Pep came out to the house and remove mold and mildew from our shower and regrouted the shower. He did a great job.

They were great. I’ve used them several times. I wish they were out here in California. The best thing for me is they’re handymen. You give them a list of things and they just do everything. They did it quickly. I bought some of the stuff that I needed and they put it in. They didn’t have to go buy something that was really expensive and bring it. They did what they said they would do. They found cheaper ways to do things that was needed. I felt like it was a really good experience. I had to have them come in twice because I had a whole bunch of things for them to do. I really like them. I did recommend them to other people.

It went pretty well. His services are pretty good. He did a good job.

They hooked me up with sort of a local contractor. It worked out okay. They were responsive. They came out and we came to an agreement. They kept to their price. They did have to redo the work. It all happened quickly. The gent who came out was very personable. They did have to come back and fix something that they didn't quite get right. They did it pretty quick and didn't charge anything additional for it.

I liked everything they did. If anybody wants to use them, then use them. They were good at the price they said.

Kate was fantastic on the deck power washing and staining - researched the wood and the care required as it is a special product. Very comprehensive service

They're scheduling is really easy, you call to schedule a service time and they'll call you back and let you know when they're available. We've used them twice, and we requested that they send the same guy out, his name was Frank, and they're just professional, they come in they do the job, they do the invoice and then they clean up.

I have had their employee Pete to my house several times to assist with various move-in jobs. He is multi-talented and was able to help with almost everything I needed. I'll be having him back out for additional jobs. Sarah in their office is lovely and great to work with -- very responsive. Will definitely use them again.

It was very nice, I went with someone else but I wouldn't have a problem using them. They contacted me and actually e-mailed me the quote, if I ever came across needing something like that, I would use them. It was in the same price range, I just went with another person.

It was pretty good. They were very responsive and they provided us with a pretty detailed quote.

I reached out via email and got prompt and professional responses to coordinate an estimate. Sarah in the office was wonderful to deal with. Frank came when expected and was polite and professional and sent me a detailed estimate quickly. It was a fair estimate for the work. Because of timing I chose to use another company but because of the way Handyman Connection worked with me I would both recommend and possibly use their services in the future.

The customer service was spectacular. The handyman was solid. He came out last Thursday. He is not done. He has a couple more projects to do. The work is okay, I'm not thrilled about it. He was professional. He did carpentry. He built a firebox and custom woodwork and cabinet doors. I felt comfortable enough to leave him there as I went to work. I felt the firebox was too wide. Its not a major thing, but it is slightly off.

He came out the same day I called in order to measure the area. And came back in a day or two to fix it, it took about an hour for the job to be done. This is a company I would use again.

From start to finish it was effortless. We called, Jim came and gave us an estimate, picked up the heater at the home goods store, installed it and removed the old in less than 2 hours. We were very, very happy!

From the initial contact to the end result everything went very smoothly! We had several doors replaced and new ones hung and painted. They look beautiful and fit perfectly! We loved the work and the price so much we had the contractor come back this week to hang blinds and mirrors. I plan to use them again in the near future.

I made an inquiry to the company online and received a call back within 24 hours. We set up a time for their specialist to come out to give me an estimate. The estimate was fair - the entire flush valve and all parts had to be replaced and the ice line had to be repaired and a new shut off valve had to be installed. After accepting the estimate we set up time for Frank to come back and do the work. He showed up right on time and got to work right away. His work was efficient and quick and I was very pleased with the results.

I was very happy with their company and the office staff. The windows were done correctly. The service man who came out did a good job, but wish he could have been a little more personable. Overall, I was satisfied with this company - the office women were fabulous and were more than helpful than the serviceman.

From the first phone call, the employees of Handymen Connection were very responsive and professional. They came the same day to provide an estimate. The project was complicated with many different potential needs. Even during the visit for the estimate, Frank was very thorough in examining the potential job. A detailed estimate was provided shortly thereafter. Frank started work the following week. He was prompt each day. Each morning, Frank would explain what he was going to work on that day and then he would circle back at the end of the day to explain what had been done and what the plan was for the next day. With walls being moved there were options along the way, and Frank was very flexible to make adjustments according to our needs. Frank was the lead handyman on the project. If he needed an additional set of hands, he brought in someone with the needed experience for the job (someone with plumbing expertise one day and someone different for installing sheet rock). Everything was cleaned up each day. Frank and the rest of the company were dedicated to making sure we were happy with the outcome of the job. We would be happy to hire Handymen Connection for any future projects.
