Salesman showed up on the scheduled date and time. Very informative going over all the benefits of their product, spent a bit more than I had hoped but top notch. Installer came at scheduled time very courteous and was done in 2 days left the place fairly neat. End result looks great. No problems so far.

It took them over a week to get back to us and by then we had already contracted with another company. It was disappointing that their response time was slow.

I was very pleased with the work. They were a little more expensive but it was definitely worth the price.

My husband and I had new concrete steps and a new retaining wall (Versa-Lok) recently installed. Our steps are steep and I wanted to have a railing installed before the bad winter weather started. Our concrete contractor said that he could install a basic railing at a low cost, but he was honest with me when he said that wasn't his specialty. I thought our money would be better spent on a customized, maintenance-free railing that would enhance the work which had recently been completed. I emailed Bella Railings in early December 2009 with my request and was promptly called on December 7th. Gary Maxwell, the sales consultant, came to our house on December 8th. The work was completed in one day on December 17th (Gary promised our installation would take place before Christmas). He was right! He explained that the installers "take a break" from December through February, but that they would definitely complete our job ASAP without having to wait till the spring. He thoroughly explained the process, the product and the installation. He had a large reference book of customers. I was able to identify nearby homes that had also used Bella Railings. They definitely stand out. They are very beautiful and very strong. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. I was able to choose a tan color that blends well with our new Versa-Lok retaining wall. We had approximately 14 ft. of vinyl railing installed on both sides of our steps. I highly recommend Bella Railings. You'll spend a little more, but you'll get a lot. We have a few more home improvements we'd like to finish in the spring and summer. The first job they did was 7 years ago, they installed a new railing around the porch. They most recently installed a rail down some stairs out to the yard. It has been a comedy of errors. They have forgotten parts three times. They were unable to match color. They have been here, they finished, and didn't talk to me. I had to call days later to find out what was going on and they finished it the next day. They end product is very good.

Their sales person was very informative but not pushy. They were able to describe their installation process thoroughly. I told them I need the work done quickly and they have responded very quickly.

Salesman visited and gave very good explanation of products available, gave list of references for their work. We felt the price was a little high but decided to go with them because of their reputation and viewing their other work. The installer was professional and thorough, and answered any questions and concerns I had. We were very satisfied with the result. It adds beauty to the front of our home and is maintenance free.

A salesman came to the house and presented a very extensive review of the product and company. Measured old railings, gave written estimate and brochures. Also left me a very detailed list of job sites completed in my area so that I could drive by an get a close up look at the product and the work. When the product was ready, the installer showed up at the appointed time and finished when he said he would. Railings look great and are sturdy. Time will tell if they are as maintenance free as I hoped.

I called Bella Railings asking for an estimate and they sent over a sales person. He spent a little more time pitching their products and services than what I would have preferred, but he did a good job of explaining the advantages of their posts and railings over less expensive materials that a do-it-yourself or other contractor might use. He also explained in detail how the installation process works. The price quoted was a little higher than I had hoped for, but was in line with another estimate I had received. They offered one-years-same-as-cash financing, so that made it easier to move forward. I paid a $200 deposit. He told me the job would be scheduled in 4-to-6 weeks. About 4 weeks later, I got a phone call saying they could come the next day if it would suit. There was no need for anyone to be home. The arrived the next day after I left for work. I stopped home at lunch to check on progress, and by the end of the day they were done. Everything was installed in the way the salesman had described, and they left the porch and yard clean and in good shape. (After they left, I removed an old ramp up to the front porch - completing the make-over.) I am very satisfied with the end result.

The rep explained my options given the two tall posts would need to hold up my awning. He said he'd need to replace my sofet as well if we removed the old posts and put new posts in. I did not go with the company because of the cost of the project was too high.
