Asked for three quotes separate and referral for step replacement got neither. Readied for the front step tail to be quoted separate and install before winter with no response and no deprecate quote on email. This is a safety issue but got no help from bells

They were very kind and professional and called me to let me know that they only build new decks or repair old ones - which I very much appreciated. I will keep them in mind should a future project comes up since I know that I will not be ignored.

They are located too far away, did not want the job.

Requested a quote to replace the deck boards, railing, and install a ceiling under the deck to keep the area under the deck dry. Bella Railings sent a salesman out to bring material and discuss options. We chose the materials we were interested in and asked for a quote. We received a scanned, hand written estimate on notebook paper in an email. The quote didn't break down material costs for the different materials, like we requested. The estimate we received quoted the job at 32,000 dollars, after the discounts!!!!! The original quote was 43,600 dollars. The deck is a 16' by 20', rectangle, with no angles. The structure of the deck is intact and didn't need any work, just replace the deck boards, and railings. I'm assuming the company has enough business right now, and they didn't need the work. Or, they threw that astronomical quote out, and thought if these people bite, we'll break some guys off for a couple days and go out and do it for 31,000 dollars. Who wouldn't ? I couldn't believe how much they were asking to replace some deck boards and railing. The railing we selected must have been powder coated in gold. I can't imagine their quote if we needed a deck starting from scratch. It probably would have cost more than building the house. I don't believe we will be contacting Bella Railings for any more quotes.

Job started on time and done in three days. Very attuned to customer satisfaction. Photos are before and after.

the crew worked in cold rainy weather falling frequently on my muddy hillside. they are really great. the deck and door look beautiful. I am very pleased with the finished work and the company.

Thye did vinyl railing all around my porch. They did it 15 years ago and then I had more of it added on. They did a good job. They were very professional. They did a great job.

Went pretty well - not quite all of the work we wanted done got done the first time around. Called Bella and let them know what happened. They were very professional and came back out to complete the work with no major headaches. I am very impressed with their customer service as this could have been a huge negative for them in my book, but the folks at Bella were so friendly and professional that they managed to turn it into a positive! They may be a little expensive, but they are very much worth it. I would definitely work with them again.

Excellent. From the initial phone call when it was answered aftr 2 rings by office staff who told me someone would return my call to the finished product was very pleasant and professional. I received a call back within a very short period of time, arranged an initial meeting to review the project. They listened to our needs and plans, followed up with a review of materials, had an installer comeout whom I met to discuss detials and were agreeable to all our suggestions. The only slight downside was that one piece (bandboard) could not be obtained becasue of manufacturing issues. We did get another one which matched closely. construction took 3-4 days. The site was very clean after each day and at the end of the project. The overall price was very reasonable.

Looks wonderful, they take pride in their work and easy to talk to if you have questions or any hiccups occur. Extremely happy with their work!

A Dodge Neon can take you from Point A to Point B. A Rolls Royce can also take you from Point A to Point B. These new railings are definitely the Rolls Royce of porch railings. The old railings were 11 years old & had been painted two years beforehand. But they looked awful, especially for being painted in 2013. Something told me that this would be a frequent job as they were probably made of some cheap pine wood or composite wood & installed by a builder or sub-contractor who did a dubious job. So to replace them - what to do. Find them in similar wood that would pass muster with a condo board? Or use this company, who, made a presentation to the association years ago & had obtained blanket approval for the entire sub-division. Buying new wood might only solve the re-painting problem temporarily, and the cycle would begin again. I decided to bit-the-bullet & use these guys. I had an idea of the cost as a neighbor had them installed a few years ago. So after the 2-hour presentation, I kinda knew what the cost would be. I got the "Angie's List" subscriber discount, saving about $200. Having just sold another house with a few dollars in my pocket, I opted to pull the trigger. The salesman told me the installation would occur in 8 - 10 weeks, which was accurate. Their office called a few days prior to the day they set. Since I didn't have to be on-hand, the date didn't matter. I also didn't have to clear the porch, which made things easy. The installer arrived on-time & went about his work, my presence notwithstanding. I'm told that an assistant joined him later in the day as I had no need to stay there. When I returned, the job was complete & looked just fine. The installer left a bill for the final 2/3 I owed them (I paid 1/3 to the salesman). I have no doubt these will never require any maintenance & will outlast me. I just think it's somewhat pricey, relative to other enhancements I made to the house. But it was my choice & I pretty much knew the cost. I'm very satisfied with the work & final result.
