 + -1 moreTHEY WERE HELPFUL WHEN YOU COULD FIND A SERVICE PERSON. I'M JUST GLAD THAT THEY ARE OPENING A STORE IN BETHEL PARK. HOPEFULLY THE SERVICE WILL BE BETTER IN THIS AREA. PURCHASING THINGS AT LARGE HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES ARE NICE BUT THE SERVICE LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT GIVING INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE AND WE HAD TO CALL IN A PROFESSIONAL TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED.
