Description of Work: We used this company before and were happy with them. When our son's heating system broke down, we contacted Precision again. They came immediately to check things out, we decided on a new system and it was installed within a few days. Great service, professional technicians, overall good experience.

Description of Work: Used Precision for an oil to gas boiler conversion, with pre-existing gas in the house. It went quickly and smoothly. Also, I got six price estimates for the job, and they were on the affordable end.

Description of Work: I used this company only because my landlord has a contract with them . On 5/25/12 the A/C unit at my place of business leaked causing a flood and destruction. Precision sent a guy out .This ,mind you,is the same guy who inspected the unit 2 months earlier and put a certification certificate on it. He told me to turn on the unit . After a couple of hours he said NOTHING'S WRONG!Well they how do you explain the buckets of water pouring out the back. Oh shut it off!!!! he says. he then tells me he'll be back in about an hour that he needed a new ladder. HE NEVER RETURNED!!! When I called the office THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE HE WAS!!!!!!! OK so 2days later ,now that I lost 4 days of business ,they sent a second guy. He open the ceiling and showed me a 4 feet wide hole in the duct! He told me THERE IS THE PROBLEM! He asked me how this unit passed inspection. "YOU MEAN NOBODY SAW THIS!!!!!!!!! " I am out 4 days business, lost goods, damaged store and they are aloof!!!
