It was a big project, and they went above and beyond to make it turn out well. Good methods and materials were used, and good attention to detail. They were punctual and professional. They have good customer service, and even helped us get a rebate from the utilities company.

They have done a good job overall. Once, I asked him to check the humidifier regarding high levels and he did not have a tester with him. I am not sure I got the correct information on what the issue was but I have not followed up with the company about this either. I would still use them again.

They always provide good service, they have been good every time they maintain our Air-conditioning system.

Our system is 3 years old, so we have never had to see what they're capable of because it's just normal servicing. They come in and do what they need to do, and that's it. It's a normal servicing price. It's not dirt cheap but it's not super expensive. Since it's just servicing, I haven't had a chance to judge them. They show up when they're suppose to. We have been using them for six years now, so, yes we would use them again. We have a yearly contract with them, one time for the heat and one time for the air. We pay a flat amount for the two services.

They're very good. They sent out a very nice, young man, who comes out same young man every year. They come out twice a year, once before air conditioning and once before heating. So, they will be coming out shortly to check the heater to make sure it's working before winter. I would recommend him, this company to anybody. There's always somebody in the office. I haven't needed anybody on an emergency basis because we've never had a problem with the heater or the air conditioner. Their office staff is outstanding and like I said, we've had the same young man, he's really good.

Dominic provided a few suggestions and called me back a couple of times to follow up. It turned out to be the fuse breaker issue and not the AC. This is the first time, someone does not want to schedule an onsite visit to make money first. Dominic is not in the business making quick bucks, instead he is more interested in building customer relationship and loyalty. Their knowledge, HVAC solutions, and pricing were more impressive than those from the other six HVAC companies I interviewed. President Mike Stipa took the time to talk with me on the phone to hear about our cold and drafty 1928 twin home. When he arrived, he and a colleague (Lou) thoroughly inspected our forced air heating system. They pinpointed problem areas. Mike came with facts, figures, pricing, and brochures about the units he offered. His solution included fixing existing ductwork and creating a cold air return to the second floor with minimal disruption to existing plaster and lathe walls. Mike answered every question I had within a day of my asking it. We went over equipment pricing for two different HVAC manufacturers. He offered incentives that enabled us to get the HVAC system we wanted, cleaner air, and a water heater to replace our 17-year old unit. Installation went smoothly. The installers took the time to do things right. Their expertise made all the difference. As a result, we have peace of mind?and we're saving money on heating. More importantly, we're now enjoying comfortable, even temperatures throughout our home for the first time in 20 years.

We had used them for a number of years, just coming out and doing routine work. We had had them do some work on the air conditioner in addition to the maintenance. The problem is, they seem to have a high turnover rate. I had the guy come out. He said it really wasn't worth fixing and that we should just get a new air conditioner and he gave us a quote. It was not detailed at all. He just said new 4 ton A/C for $6250. When you go to buy a new air conditioner, there are a lot of different factors and you can't just get one price overall. It needs to be a lot specific. So, we actually decided not to use them and started dealing with some other companies. I just felt like I really couldn't trust them. My husband ended up doing repairs to the air conditioner himself, after the guy told us that it couldn't be fixed. It turns out, what we really need for our house because of the size of the house is more like $10,000. I've done a little research and I sort of thought that it was going to be more than what this guy was quoting us. Then when we had other people come out, they gave us different options like there are some other things that we should do in the house to increase the efficiency. The guy that they sent out wasn't trustworthy. I felt like he was just trying to make a sale, coming in with a lot of figure but no details on what was included. He didn't give me an accurate price. I felt that the guy was dishonest. The guy seemed nice enough. He was probably on time. He presented himself well, but the whole thing he said was dishonest.

Extremely professional, honest and straight forward. Did not install the type of AC system we had and ended up needing to replace, but they were very upfront about that. Easily could have tried to convince us to install their type of system but was honest that was not necessarily in our best interest. They were so kind and honest that we were genuinely disappointed we couldn't use them!

It has been fine. When we need service they are here in a timely manner and do the job well.

The work they are doing is good. We have used them before so we hired them again to do this job. They send the number of guys needed depending on the work that needs to be done. I would say they are prompt, do what they say they will, clean up very well and are very professional.

Mike Stipa and his staff at Precision Air did a great job in replacing my 20-year old air conditioning system with 2 heat pumps. Mike was very responsive and came out quickly to take a look at our system. He went over our options and sent me a complete and professional quote overnight. He offered a very well-reviewed brand (American Standard) and his prices were very competitive. It did take about a week longer than we originally anticipated to get his installation crew to come out, but once they were there they worked hard to install the system in 2 days. The system has worked perfectly over the last month (of course as soon as the system was installed the weather got cooler!), and it is 10 times quieter than our old system. It also seems to be a more comfortable system than our old one. Of course we haven't used the heating feature of the system yet, so I can't comment on how well it heats the house. I'd highly recommend Precision Air to anyone looking to replace their heating and A/C system.
