The service tech Jim was punctual and did a great job explaining what he was going to do on my three units and kept me informed through out the process. He even made my life easier by showing me an alternative return location where I could place the filter which saves me from having to go up into the attic. He added freon and removed all debris from within the unit and worked diligently from beginning to end. He advised that I must change out my filters monthly to ensure efficiency and good freon flow, which I try to do religiously. I was really impressed with his professionalism and obvious desire to help me achieve high efficiency out of my units. This is the first time have had an HVAC company where I truly felt they were more interested in the integrity of my systems rather than instilling fear and doubt about their condition and work needed. For comparison, I used a similar company for the last year and every tech tried to tell me I needed at least 1000 dollars worth of work on something wrong with one of my three units, of which two are relatively new. I politely declined and got a second opinion and only once did I actually need work done. I am happily shifting my maintenance contract to Morvents and will request Jim as my service tech from now on. Great job, great service!

After my AC unit stopped working, I called an AC repairman recommended by house painter. After several weeks of unsuccessful attempts to find a leak in the system (charging me for time), he concluded that replacement of the unit might be the best option at a cost of $3,000 - $5,000. After paying him almost $1000 and still without a functioning unit, I fired him and called Morvent. The technician found the leak in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Morvent.

Their prices were just high. The estimated amount was $450 for two units. They tried selling me into doing some other stuff and I didn’t think that it was necessary. I thought they were a little bit over priced. Therefore I didn’t use their services. I will not use their services again in the future.

The work went on well. It was great. When I first had the gentle man here to discuss everything, he explained me that the system would cut my electric bill by 35%. He also said, if that did not happen, they would pay the difference in the electric bill. The fact is that the electric bill was cut even more. I would recommend them to everybody. They guarantee to be on time or don?t pay on time. Anytime I have called them for anything, they were here when they said they would be here. Their price is competitive. Regarding the quality, I would say that the other companies charge the exactly the same amount of money what they did here. They were professional in the way they did the job and everything. I would say that I got more than what I spent. I want to mention that whenever I contract a company, one of the first things I look, is to make sure they use their own technicians; and they don?t use any sub-contractors. Morvent has got their own people. They send them for six weeks of training under their program. When they come back, they are technicians for a year before they go on their own. They are periodically sent for work for a week to get updated training on the systems. Morvent uses their own technicians and they don't subcontract. That's one of the things I look for when I look for a contractor.

I have a contract with them to service my AC and furnace units. I pay every month for my contract and it is one of the best things I have ever done. They are punctual. They do a thorough job. I never even noticed the hole but they did and fixed it. They are very conscious of bringing in debris and make sure they cover their feet. They call in advance if they will be late but they have never had to do that for me.
