The technician arrived promptly and completed the work professionally. This home has had an ant problem for many years, so it will take some time to get it completely under control, but this was a good start. After the first experience, we contracted them for monthly maintenance visits. Everyone we have dealt with, from the person who answers the phone, to the technician who did the work, has been wonderful!

They gave us an estimate for a yearly maintenance and it was a good price.

The company called me pretty much the next day after I purchased the big deal to setup the appointment. We had been having an ant problem (not severe, but we were surprised given the cold weather). I have a todller, I am pregnant, and have two cats and the young man (I unfortunately forgot his name and don't have the card handy) was very helpful in explaining they would not spray anywhere inside the house and also explaining the safety of the product used. He showed up right on time and was very helpful. He told us to wait three days to see the effect and he was right! ;) would definitely hire again.

Very professional and I received the services that I had paid for. If I write anymore, I would be repeating myself.

The contractor sent someone out fairly promptly and identified a hole in my basement wall that he said was the very likely point of entry and he filled it, put seven snap traps around in the basement and also left some poison bait traps outside. He was very pleasant and helpful, though overly confident that he'd identified the source of the problem. He assured me that the hole he'd filled was the cause of the problem, and he predicted that I wouldn't have any more problems. Within a few days, all but one of the traps in the basement had caught mice. I did see a reduction in activity in my kitchen, but over several weeks, it was clear that there were still mice in the house, including in my kitchen. So I called again in January, and the company sent a different guy who identified a second opening in the basement, filled it, left a bigger bait station and a few traps in the basement and kitchen. Six weeks later, the mice were clearly gone. I think the company representatives are courteous, professional knowledgeable and offered me a clear explanation of my options along the way. As a "green" contractor, they were not eager to rely on poison as a primary tool, which I like because it's needlessly cruel. The only reason they used it was because of the scale of my problem, which was pretty bad. I liked that about them.

I have called several people for pest control service. They let me know I could receive an estimate for free. The technician showed up, checked everything, and gave me three stickers. He was punctual, professional, but I believe the estimate should’ve been free, since there was nothing out of the ordinary that he did.

Great and personable service person that helped me with our bug issues in the fall and with having a dog, I would prefer to have the house treated with not too harsh chemicals. So far so good with no pests, and hope to use the company in the future. I've already used them again for my rental property!

They were fine and knowledgeable. The one thing that was odd was that they didn't include termite inspection and when they were here they said that was usually free and I didn't ask them why it was part of that deal but aside from that, everything was fine but they have to come back in a month to check it out again.

They were very friendly, very prompt, and professional. I had a couple of pest problems that I wanted the guy to check out. He was knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good experience. I definitely use them again for something in the spring time.

The owner came out, they are a fairly new in the pest control, and they are long term in the lawn care service. They are very professional, on time, and I like their work. I think their price is fair.

It was fine. The man seemed surprised he couldn't find any signs of termites because the damage termites MIGHT cause me was a major part of the sales pitch. The object of the visit s to sell a monthly plan, and that was pushed a little harder than I would have liked. However, the services were completed.

I think that the men who came and surveyed were polite and kind - they were focused. However, I did find their "package" plans a little confusing and on the expensive side. I didn't buy everything they offered and I am not really even sure what, exactly, I ended up purchasing.

I'm not ready to write a review yet so please quit bugging me. I'll do it when I'm sure they killed all the bugs. No pun intended.

They showed up on time. Was very curtious. Did the job and explained other services they provide.

Bought a pest control package via an Angie's List big deal. Thought how could I go wrong for $25 - and I didn't. But it wasn't a thorough pest treatment - but a superficial one (you get what you pay for). The person performing the service was pleasant, not too pushy, but he was a salesperson not a technician. So in a way I paid for him to look around and give me an estimate for what he thought was needed.

It was a good experience. I will know better when I see if the pests are gone over the next month. They offered a yearly contract if I wanted it.

It went very well and I will continue to use their services. He was ontime and got right to work once I explained what was going on. I just bought a puppy and glad to know that the products they use would not harm her.

The guy was nice. It wasn't a bad value.

They were very prompt and sprayed outside and inside. We have not seen a spider cricket since.

I paid $25 for treatment of a 4-bedroom house, so I expected him to spray each room. the technician was very pleasant and professional. He gave me a fair-priced proposal for monthly treatments for a year, but I am only interested in quarterly.

This company offered termite treatment with insurance - if termite damage occurred in the house during the year after their treatment, they would cover all damages up to 1 million. After the first year, we would have the option of paying annual renewals for $150, thus extending the "warranty". We were sure to confirm that the insurance conditions would be provided in writing after the service. It turns out they never provided anything of the sort. We called several times asking for it, and they kept saying they would send it, but never did. Needless to say, we don't trust them anymore, and will hire another company for our pest control.

There was confusion over the address where the service was to be performed. The appointment center never asked for the address and assumed that it would be performed at the address that Angie's list provided. So when I called them as to when the technician was coming, they said he was at the house and left. Ultimately, he performed the service on the same day. The technician was very courteous and professional, explained what he was going to do. I have a sun room and I see a lot of ants in that room after the service was done. The room is newly built - so I am concerned as to why are there ants just after the pest control service was performed?

The person who performed the services was prompt and very nice. The wording on the deal was confusing, and he was very patient with my confusion. I also assumed that their name means that they are eco-friendly, but that is not necessarily the case. Their treatment was safe for my dog which is what most concerned me, so it was fine. We did not see anymore spiders or bugs so we were pleased!
