NOT GOOD THIS TIME, > DON'T WANT THIS TECHNICIAN BACK TOM OUR RESIDENCE. REQUESTING ONLY CHRIS INITIAL REP THAT CAME TO RESIDENCE FOR INITIAL SERVICE OR HENRY. The Technician that came to our residence for the follow-up pest control check in my opinion DID NOT DO WHAT HE WAS ASSIGNED TO DO as on the Initial home inspection the Technician noted that follow-up visits would need to come into the residence to check for any activity. THIS TECHNICIAN DID NOT BUT ON THE SECOND VISIT IT FELT TO THE PAYING CUSTOMER THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED BY PERFORMING THE SERVICE THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR.
Description of Work: MICE PROBLEM > FIRST TECH CHRIS THAT WAS OUT TO THE RESIDENCE ON October 4TH, 2024 WAS OUTSTANDING, AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OUR INQUIRIES, and stated that a technician would need to come into the residence to check if there was any activity HOWEVER PER THE AGREEMENT W/GREEN PEST SOLUTIONS THERE WOULD BE FOUR FOLLOW-UP VISITS, THIS LAST ONE ON November 4th, the Tech stated that he knocked on the door BUT no one heard his knock or door bell ring and he went about checking the outside of the home. I had contacted Green Pest Solutions and had UNFORTUNATELY SENT THE SAME TECHNICIAN THAT WAS ALLEGEDLY OUT ON THE 4TH OF NOVEMBER BACK ON NOVEMBER 5TH BETWEEN 1PM TO 3:30, APPARENTLY FELL BEHIND IN HIS WORK AT A PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENT BUT DID CALL, APOLOGIZED THAT HE WAS LATE AND WOULD BE OUT ABOUT 4:40pm WHEN HE ARRIVED IT APPEARED THAT HE REALLY DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED IN COMING INTO THE RESIDENCE TO CHECK WE ARE PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE AND THE INITIAL TECHNICIAN CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND STATED THAT A TECHNICIAN SHOULD COME INTO THE RESIDENCE AS THERE WERE 4 TRAPS SET THAT NEED TO BE CHECKED THE NEXT VISITS ARE TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY; MAY; AUGUST AND NOVEMBER 2025

Mark was absolutely wonderful. He came in an emergency situation. He told me what I was seeing weren’t bugs and I was so relieved. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, was very friendly with a very pleasant demeanor and reassured me. That made my day. He is the second technician I’ve had and both were wonderful. Great company!!!

Carlos is always amazing in both his professionalism and the quality of work. Jaime came today for my pest service. He inspected and treated my basement and exterior of the home. He found heavy mouse activity bot inside and outside my home's perimeter and took care of both. He explained all that was needed and was very personable. He obviously loves his job. I have COMPLETE confidence in Jaime and in Green Pest Solutions, a company that I have used for a few years. We have had the same service person, Matt, for several years and he always is very professional, shows up on time, and does an excellent job of insect and rodent control outside and inside our home. We have also added termite control to their services and have had some yard work like aeration and seeding. Their behind the scenes personnel who handle scheduling and other admin services are also easy to work with and very professional.
Description of Work: Insect and rodent control inside and outside our home. They remove all cobwebs and spider webs, set and monitor rodent bait traps, and spray inside and outside for insects. They also installed and monitor termite traps around the house.

I used Green Pest Solutions initially on the recommendation of our Condo Association when I found a hornet’s nest. Daniel came and took care of the problem quickly. I had another issue just recently and Daniel came again. He explained everything he was doing and what I appreciate the most is they are pet friendly. Mark did a complete evaluation outside of my home as well as areas in the home. He explained everything to me and how the treatment program works. Mark was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Mark and Green Pest Solutions, I am glad I made the call and chose the right business to service our needs. FYI. There is the initial evaluation fee followed by a monthly fee.
