fine but was not told there would be a two-hr window and was peeved that the tech was an hr late untill he told me they had a window. I was told a time. Also, the coupon pd for hardly anything. I thought coupon would take care of a call but it only covered a minimal portion of the service call.

They are fantastic. Fortunately, I have not had a spider incident in quite some time. They do their work when I am at work but I make sure that somebody is home. They knock on the door and they just say that they are there. The kids watch as they spray around the house and they leave the bill. The last time, the guy did call me, because we live next to the woods, and he said there are lawns over there with some termites. And I left and quoted him when he is to do a termite inspection. He did not know that that was part of the Angie's list coupon that I had gotten. I have already been inspected for termites when they came to the house initially. And before I asked him to do it he did that, so I was impressed. Their responsiveness is unbelievable and they call all the time.

It was okay. I considered it more of an assessment and presentation of services, vs service itself. I was more interested in preventing/treating wasps; I heard about their services for this, but this was not included in this sort of "introductory" offer. The service person was very pleasant. I guess the termite assessment was worth the $25. I would use them in the future if I have a problem, because they seem very professional and sound like they know what they are talking about.

It was okay. They're just very nice, very professional, on time, and reliable. It's just that the only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the way they treated the outside of the house was fantastic but when it came inside the house, they've really didn't put a lot of the treatment within the house. The experience was not bad, it was just that maybe the way they do it.

The technician was very professional and friendly. This was a Big Deal coupon, so they provided a basic service and a quote for continuing service. A very positive experience overall.

They came out monthly to provide treatments to our lawn to improve lawn quality over the course of the summer. They provided us with quality and professional services. We have no dandelions growing in our lawn and our lawn seems fuller with less weeds. Even insects seemed to be at a minimum after services. Mostly they performed services when we were not home, but always left us with a slip on our door describing the treatment performed that day and told us about other recommended treatments based on our individual lawn. They only reason we will not continue this service is the overall price of lawn treatment, and "extra's" that they always recommended. If we go back to receiving lawn treatments we will probably go back to using them again.

I had purchased service couples of month ago through Angies list and paid $ 50.00. After the service, I noted some insects. As soon as they knew about it through review, they took it seriously, they came to my home, did not charge me anything and took care of the issue of the whole house which I had not originally purchased/paid for. Basically, this company has value of their customers and are committed to provide best service. Customer satisfaction is their main goal.

It was a great experience and if I ever needed to get work done involving pest solutions I would call them back in a second.

Service performed everything that was promised and some extras, they were on time and very courteous.

Inspection was performed inside and outside my home. No problems were found.

It did not work at all. Not a single mouse got caught. They are not the best on the market.

I called in on a Saturday expecting to schedule an estimate for this job on Monday...but was pleasantly surprised when they offered to come out the same day, on Saturday to review the situation and give me a quote to do the job. The salesman came out, was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful...but not too pushy. He gave us a quote that came very close to a few others we got, and he seemed more knowledgeable of the process, so we decided to go with them. They completed the job as promised, and everything went well. We are very happy, and would highly recommend these guys.

This was an Angie's List get-acquainted promotion. Dennis showed up exactly as promised. He performed all the promised services plus a check of some tree stumps (for carpenter ants) that weren't on his list. Everything went well. The company is clearly interested in presenting a professional attitude and appearance, and delivering the services requested. Unfortunately, at this early stage, it's simply not possible to say anything about the success or failure of the treatment provided. Beyond "They were here and did what they promised", we'll have to take the rest on faith and wait to see if the bugs show up at a reduced rate this year compared to previous years. Bottom line: next time I need this kind of service, I'll call these guys first.

I called them after discovering an ant infestation in my kitchen. They managed to squeeze me in the following day (but originally wanted me to wait a week). The exterminator arrived on time and was very professional, and the ants were gone within two days.

OUTSTANDING service! Everything from punctual to the total extermination of the ant problem! I have never been so pleased with an extermination service that not only eradicated the problem after just one service, but was a dollar value as well right down to my comfort of my cat's safety! I highly recommend this GREEN company. Outstanding customer service too!

They were good, but they were a little on the high end. They were fine enough to deal with and there were no issues. I just felt like their quote was on the high end. They were quick to call be back. Their offer and presentation was well. They were very efficient.

I got a Deal with Angie's List to have them come out for pest control. Oh...my...gosh... They were great. I am not a service contract buyer, by nature. However, I so trust these folks and loved their responsiveness to my issues that I booked them for 6 months. They are amazing. First of all, when they did the termite inspection, they told me I had no problem. They COULD have jerked me around and mad more money for themselves. They didn't. Second, they spent time with me explaining every single thing I could do to get rid of mice. Very cool. No rush. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service and I would use them again if the need be. Would also recommend them for most extermination jobs. They appear and are very professional. They arrived dot on time and explained to me the services they would be performing. Also gave me a brochure that explained their services. The representative did the job in a perfect manner not leaving any corners around the property. Also since there was no need for any internal treatment, they did not try to sell me any of their other services or products or even a contract.

The person arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained the proposed treatment plan, listened to my comments, and promptly began work. I had him spray along the exterior base of my home to prevent spiders. He left me an estimate to have him return and provide the same service every three months. I was very pleased with this company and their representative.

The gentleman that came out was very honest and pleasant. He gave me a low price right off the bat. I did not need to act like I was not going to go with him, to get him to come down. I liked him right off the bat and I felt like I could trust him. They have competitive pricing. He called me with in half an hour after I contacted them. He was actually early to the appointment. The salesman was very professional.

We had just moved into our house and found 3 dead mice in a return in one of the rooms. I wanted someone to come out and remove the dead mice, check for any others. They were prompt and friendly but I thought the price was a little high. Since they didn't think I had a problem they recommended I wait until the next billing date before I cancelled the program. Good and honest advice. Still, $200 is a lot to walk around a house and throw out 3 dead mice... at least I think so. Then, twice in the next few months a man came to my door unexpectedly to check on things. No woman likes a service man to arrive at her door without an appointment. The men were very nice but their cutomer service mgr should know better and change this poilcy. Anyway, if I have any other insect/pest issue I would call them again. I just think they are a small company still trying to work out some bugs in their business practices.
