I don't have a definite date of service as the company did not call to schedule a time to provide the treatment. I do remember that they were pretty quick to provide the service. Although, they just came out, provided the service and did not even knock on the door (before or after the work) to let me know who they were or how long to stay off the yard, etc. I was surprised to hear someone out riding around spraying my yard and then they were gone.

It worked for a couple weeks as described

The services were provided in a timely manner and the product they used on our lawn really worked well. We didn't buy the ongoing treatment they offered, but would consider it in the future.

We got a Big Deal from Angieslist. They sprayed the perimeter of our house and said it would prevent ants and bugs from getting into the house. they also put down 3 mousetraps since they had seen some old activity in our basement. We had already seen some ants near a window in our mud room and the guy found their entrance outside and quickly treated it. He was very professional and courteous. The only issue was that a few weeks later, the ants were back. They weren't coming from that window, but another entrance we couldn't identify, but it definitely wasn't the window. I thought the spray treatment was supposed to fix that but it didn't, so not sure how effective the treatment was. I would definitely give them a 2nd chance if we decided to use a service again, but for now I'm gonna go with an at-home solution and see if that works.

It went well. I have not seen any of signs of the insects.

The technician was very professional, supplied the agreed package in a timely fashion and provided suggestions for treating mice infestation in the garage. Also mentioned that my previous termite treatment was about o expire and offered 50% discount for being an Angie's list customer. To sum it up I received excellent service. They did a nice job. They are very good. There was very thorough young man and pleasant, polite, prompt and right on time. The price was very reasonable. I would give them A across the board, I was very happy with them. They called right away and came right away.

The gentleman was on time and courteous. If I need further pest control I will certainly call on them.

The gentleman showed up and was very nice. He performed an inspection of my basement as well as the perimeter of my house. Additionally, he sprayed the perimeter of my house. He also explained additional services and quotes for maintenance and termite control.

They did do the part that says This deal includes, but did noting for the bedrooms mentioned in the ad. This was the ad for the deal....... I was contacted within 24 hours of my purchase to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I was not able to keep the initial appointment and rescheduled for the following week. Dennis inspected my home, completed the perimeter treatment and furnished quotes for yearly contracts for pest services and termites.

They rescheduled my appointment because of rain on their own. Would liked to have known so I didnt have to stay home for nothing. They came out and knocked on door to let us know to shut windows because it was a mist that could go inside. After a while I looked out window and they were gone. Was a difference in mosquitos that day but it didnt last long. By 4 next day guests asked for Off or Deet. Next time I will schedule the MORNING of BBQ.

It was super. The technician was very well informed and shared that knowledge with me. They were punctual and courteous. I will continue to use the for all of my pest needs and probably lawn care!

I paid for the deal via Angie's list. Green Pest called me within a few days to schedule an appt. They came as scheduled. The technican was professional and polite. He explained what would be done and asked me if i was having any problems. I thought the coupon said inside and out, he explained the chemical treatment was for the outside and inside was a visual inspection only. He gave me the pricing for the inside service. I thought the ad was a little misleading aka " if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". I agreed to the additional service and was pleased with the results.

Went very well. Smooth and easy. The provider was very gentle in presenting us with an annual contract, which we did not feel we needed. No pressure.

Everything went great! Upon completion of the work, I was contacted by Dennis (the field technician) to inform me of his findings during his inspection performed on Friday, 8/23/2013. Dennis informed me that based on his findings, what was necessary to fix the problem would be additional charges since it wasn't part of the package I had purchased (there were mouse droppings found in my crawl space). He said he would not perform any extra services without my consent and suggested that prior to giving my consent, he asked that I first go over the report of his findings; of which he'd be leaving at my residence. If I had any issues or concerns, Dennis provided me with his cell phone number so I may contact him directly. Monday morning came (8/26/2013) and I decided to retain Green Pest Solutions' services so I called Dennis directly and he again explained that it's an easy fix that they can take care of, as well as giving a common-sense explanation as to the causes of my problem. He said he would be contacting his office about our phone call and to expect a phone call from them within 10min-15min to schedule an appointment. Sure enough, I received a phone call within 5min and scheduled my appointment. Dennis is extremely professional and is very understanding towards wanting a pest-free environment. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable in his field and is easily accessible when needed. The staff at Green Pest Solutions is equally professional, prompt and courteous and I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services, especially if you're on a tight budget and need the peace of mind that your home is pest free.

I originally purchased the 29.99 one time mosquito control Big-Deal. When I called to scheduled they were helpful and informed me that they had a summer package that I could also purchase, which would be 4 treatments- buy 3 get one free and my Big-Deal purchase of 29.99 could count as the one of the "4" and I thought that was great! I will start by saying we had a very rainy beginning of the summer June- into early July and the treatments cannot be applied while it is raining, so scheduling was difficult. That being said- there was a lack of communication from the provider to me. I would call and request and appointment and they would say "the scheduler will call you within the next week" and I would not hear from them, so I would call back and they would say "we are backed up because of the weather they will call you next week" and I would not receive a call. They would perform a service and leave a notice for me but not call prior. Once I received an email letting me know a service was going to be performed and that was awesome, but once out of four times is not a great track record. I also had problems with them keeping my billing schedule straight. The first appointment should have been 29.99 with the big deal- which was prepaid through Angie's list. After the first appointment I got a bill for $74, when I called they said "pay that invoice and for your second treatment we will use the Big Deal". My second invoice showed I owed 29.99 instead of being prepaid, so I had to call again. MY 3rd and 4th invoices were correctly billed. Everyone was very polite and helpful; however I feel I shouldn't have to chase down providers to correct errors As to the effectiveness of the treatment- it is mixed. Like I said, it was a very rainy summer so the mosquitoes have been particularly bad. Last summer I used a bottle of Yard Guard from Off that you can attach to your hose and spray yourself and I seemed to have the same results- immediately after treatment it's pretty controlled- within two weeks they are back. It definitely does not last 30 days. (please note I took all advised measures to reduce standing water- I have drain holes in all my pots and trash cans, my gutters have guards to avoid filling with debris, and I have no fountains or bird baths) If you don't feel like doing it yourself the service is acceptable- but I think I'll save the money next year and do it myself

It was done very well and everything is great! They were punctual, polite, and courteous. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the Big Deal. The price through the Big Deal was very reasonable. However, they also provided me with an estimate for termite prevention and it was more on the expensive side. The company was great for the service that they performed. I would recommend them to others.

Purchased mosquito treatment but lawn fertilizer was applied. Contacted them and took a while for them to come back to do the mosquito.
