We had purchased a big deal for the service, He was very nice, he was on time, he sprayed for ants outside, and he walked around the back of the house. I see them once in a while in the kitchen, but other than that, they are very good. They called me within a day of me purchasing the big deal. He was on time, and very nice. I would use them again, as I would like to see him do a mosquito barrier.

Green Pest Solutions were prompt, easy to communicate with, and reliable. Setting up an appointment was no problem and rescheduling was not an issue either. They arrived a little early and was done quickly. I would definitely use again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The technician was a good person, but in the end we decided to go with another company. The guy was good, professional, and on time. I had no problems, whatsoever, with them.

The exterminator was arrived on time and was polite and professional. This Angie's Big Deal was a great value and I would use this provider in the future.

He had to come back because the fleas were rampant, especially in the cellar. He came back again and sprayed for the same fee. Fleas gone for good! The company was responsive, came when they said they would and were very courteous. They didn't try and push a long contract that our tenant could not afford.

Mosquito spraying has seemed effective. Service has been timely and non-obtrusive. I am also thankful for their discovery of a hornet''s nest in my backyard. I ended up hiring them to remove but there was no pressure to do so. Rather they went of their way - both the on site technician and the office - to warn me of the danger (but again, no pressure)

They showed up on time , displayed excellent professionalism . They found nothing wrong and were honest enough to not try and charge me for something I didn't need. They were very informative on sharing information about pests traits , habits and behaviors. I would used their services in the future.

He showed us where the answer for entering the house, and suggestions for repairs how to fix those places so that the problem would not occur again. He also showed us where mosquitoes were breeding. He pointed out other infestations, and fixed them for a small additional charge. The technician was very knowledgeable, and his service was first rate in every respect.

I felt that the deal was not worth the $19 and that was a bit misleading. *UPDATE 11/06/13: Very thorough, very informative. He explained EVERYTHING. I was very pleased. He let me know when he was on his way, so I could work my schedule around him. Very apologetic with what had happened with my first experience. He made ammends for the first experience. I am not convinced that the service would have been A the second time around, had I not given them a low grade here on Angie's List. They did however do an excellent job when they came out the second time.

This deal worked out fine. They did an inside inspection of the home, sprayed outside. He also put down glue traps. This was a pretty good value for the work he did. They were very responsive to my calls and technician showed up on time.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out good. This was the first time I used this company and they did what was ordered well. They also explained about going in for a bigger package featuring more services from them.

This deal is a "foot in the door" to do a strong sell for their subscription service which costs $30/visit - quite expensive! I would have liked to see more effective control than just traps. Why not move some furniture to find the entry points? Stuff steel wool into some holes? But granted I only paid $19 so I shouldn't expect much.

He was so nice and professional! We would definitely go with this provider over any other when we need help with insect issues.

It's hard to tell yet as we still had old spiders in the house, but we're hoping to see less as time goes on. He inspected the outside and found termites in wood outside, but none inside.

He was very nice and explained the new termite treatment to me. They even treated extra places outside to protect my trees.

All 3 of my dogs were itching a lot, so I took them to the vet. Dr. Len Donoto, a vet I highly recommend from Radnor Vet Hospital in Wayne, PA, immediately discovered fleas. I was really surprised because they never had a flea problem before. He treated them w/ a flea solution and put them on meds. He said I had to have my house treated, and I decided on Green Pest Solutions in West Chester, PA. I cannot praise this company and technician enough. He worked quickly in my house applying the solution that would kill the fleas and keep all my animals safe. He also sprayed the perimeter of my home. I am so glad I used this company.
