Once again, I had the pleasure of Frank applying the treatment. He was wonderful. He once again educated me about what I needed to do when I returned to my home. I highly recommend Green Solutions because of Frank.

It went very well. They were very professional. The guy that came out took a lot of extra time exploring the whole property. He also gave a lot of great advise. I purchased it and literally 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from them.

Adam was professional, informative, and efficient. He gave some good advice and left a supply of traps. He was most pleasant and I would definitely use this provider again, and refer others.

I have to get a hold of them again because they haven't been back but they were very good when they were here. I bought a termite protection which is supposed to be good for 10 years and I also bought a mouse treatment and it's not that high, it was about $650. I have to call them to have them back for checking the mice. They haven't get the room up yet and I haven't been home all the time either so they could have come by when I wasn't here. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and they were willing to share information on questions that I had and I thought they did a very good job.

He came into the house and said because the downstairs was so large, he was only going to spray downstairs. So, he did just that, he sprayed the downstairs and left. (I have a three story house with a basement.)...He exterminated the first floor.

It was very good. I did like the fact that they pointed out the situation that we had that didn't hard to tell us and doing something about it. They suggested us to clean that up and see what happens.

Dennis came out on time and was professional and friendly. I showed him inside and explained the history and how the sewer/drain flies came to be. He was honest in that they dont treat for these flies. He said they cannot guarantee the service. I explained what we had been doing and he said that was right and then gave me a natural solution for cleaning the drains and pipes. From the first call to him leaving they were the utmost professional and honest. If I need an exterminator again I will be calling them!

Both technicians were prompt, knowledgable and friendly. I will continue to use Green Pest Solutions in the future.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They had to come back, as the first time it really did not take effect and the second time it worked a lot better. The guy was there for 10 minutes literally and then he was gone.

The technician was punctual and polite. Did the treatment and said that the ants we had on the exterior of the home would be completely gone in a about a day or two. This could not be farther from the truth. Whatever they use did not even phase the ants and they did not go away...after a week I just went out and bought something at home depot. In fact im finding the store bought ortho brand spray to be much more effective.

They were wonderful. They came to the house, they were extremely nice, performed even more than I thought I would get and I would definitely consider using them in the future for pest control. They did an inspection, they sprayed the area to prevent anything, and they were honest too. They said they didn't see anything major. Other people try to make any money of it and then they would try to tell you you got this problem, but they didn't say I had any problem, they were very honest. They offer their services that we could get as far as preventive care.

Generally it was good. I had no problems. They did a nice job. They were on time and courteous. They did a decent job. It was very good. They gave me a proposal to do more work but I decided not to do it. It was termite work but it was a little bit too expensive for me to fit in my budget right now. They explained very well. They were pretty responsive and was right on time.

I called them for their services and they were able to come out within the week. They gave me all the instruction of what to do prior to exterminating. I followed the instructions for before and after the extermination and have not had any fleas since. You need to be out of the home for at least three hours to let the insecticide dry. We stayed out for 4 hours. Before they came I had to vacuum the carpet and cover all food stuffs, and fish tank. After, we had to vacuum at least every other day for a week. I vacuumed everyday and made sure I dumped the dirt in a bag outside. All and all it was well worth it. I didn't like leaving the house for the 4 hours because I had to make sure the cats were somewhere safe and cool, since it was so hot outside, and I had to take the German shepherd puppy and the 6 year old, me, my sister and hubby. Needless to say, it was like a zoo in the car, but fun nonetheless. I should have videoed it and posted it on you tube. Priceless! So all and all, well worth it.
