It went exceptionally well. Adam Granito was prompt, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was honest and informative in ways we had not expected. I would most definately use this company again. Adam gave me the feeling that he could really be trusted to give you an honest report and would do a great job with any task that needed doing.

I originally complained via Angie's List about 3 months ago about an error the office staff made in scheduling me for an inspection for a problem Green Pest doesn't handle (suspected rabbit/groundhog problem). The company was gracious enough to provide me with their free spraying service once a quarter and I figured it couldn't hurt to give them a try. I came back to update my review because I was so pleased with the service I received today. My inspector called this morning to make sure he came at a convenient time which was nice, I originally told the office staff I didn't care (it's an external treatment only) but he double-checked and I appreciate that. Then I got a call from him after his arrival at my home when he saw a large amount of water coming from my neighbor's garage and 2nd floor window (my townhome neighbor with whom I share a wall). He completely saved my home from water damage and my neighbor's home from further damage when a pipe burst in her attic while we were both at work. To me that was the best part, that he went above and beyond to warn me and my neighbor (he knocked but she wasn't home) of a serious problem even though it technically had nothing to do with him or Green Pest, but the service he provided was great too. He went beyond spraying to also fill in an area where mice could access my basement and foundation that he discovered while treating. It's hard to say how helpful the spraying itself has been, this is my first winter in the home, but in terms of a difference from before I got the spray this summer is noticeable. I see fewer spiders and centipedes since the home was first treated in October. The one thing I will note is that I never had a major bug problem to begin with, few spiders and centipedes here and there...annoying but something I would have worked around had free service not been offered. Also I've found no evidence of mice since moving in 6 months ago but because I live behind a farm they could easily invade. I figure that should be mentioned, that things weren't terrible to begin with. But it's cheap enough and the fact that they check the perimeter and address any other issues makes it worth the cost even if you aren't completely infested. And of course having someone who has their eyes open and is willing to contact you about a serious threat to you/your neighbors home even though it has nothing to do with their service is definitely a bonus! Based on today's service and how my provider really went above and beyond I will definitely continue on with Green Pest even after my year of free treatments expires. The service itself seems affordable, the results are noticeable, but best of all the providers really care and go above and beyond.

I was very pleased. He was very knowledgeable in his field. He was very prompt for our appointment. I would definitely use their services again. I'll probably follow up in the springtime with them.

HE DID A GOOD JOB CHECKING THE HOUSE AND EXPLAINING WHAT WE NEED, BUT WE HAD A MOUSE AND THE TRAPS HE SET ALL SNAPPED AND WE GOT NO MOUSE

Green Pest has been out twice for us - the initial sign up was because we had carpenter bees. They came out and treated the entire exterior and the interior of the house. Our carpenter bee problem went away within 1-2 days and the treatment lasted for months (we kept finding additional dead bugs where the treatment was concentrated). The basement treatment was superb as well, killing an enormous amount of spiders and various other bugs inside the house. The maintenance contract per month allows me to call anytime to have them come out. I did leverage this because we started seeing a number of spiders appearing in the house again. They came and treated the external areas of the house again and the spider problem diminished immediately. While they were there, they also did a check for any termite damage. They have always been pleasant on the phone and accommodate schedules very well.

Dennis pointed out several things and crawled into spaces that the previous company I used never mentioned and never looked at. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Decided to continue with follow-up service for another year as well.

They were very responsive, called right away for an appointment after I purchased the Angie's list deal. The service provider was punctual and professional. I highly recommend them.

All interactions with Green Pest Solutions surrounding this Big Deal purchase were fantastic. All of the representatives that I spoke with provided professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service. The technician who performed the actual mosquito treatment explained the areas that he was spraying. He also provided additional information about washing vegetables and herbs that were growing in the garden. Following service, I was contacted by a separate representative to ensure that I was satisfied with the service, and to discuss future treatment options. The overall experience with Green Pest Solutions was great!

I had earlier written a bad review on GREEN PEST SOLUTIONS due to the service not showing up at a property that I had requested for service. After talking with the GREEN PEST SOLUTION I found out that the technition was sent to my home address. The GREEN PEST SOLUTION than offered to reschedule for service. I had gotten another exterminator to do the house. GREEN PEST SOLUTION than offered to refund my payment. I have received my refunded payment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. The price was good. The only thing I didn't like was that they couldn't do anything with the flowerbeds so when I weed the flowers I am still in danger of getting Lyme Disease. That wasn't the fault of these people, it is just the way you have to do when you spray because it will kill the flowers. I am happy with what they did but I still have the problem.

I called and they came out within a few days. They did come on a day I was working so I didn't get to speak to them in person but I really just wanted to see if this treatment would work. We have lived here for 5 years, have huge trees and have had the worst mosquitoes I have ever seen in my life every year. June-October, morning, noon and night. We are very diligent about emptying small puddles of water, keeping the grass cut, etc. The local arboretum had tested positive for West Nile so I thought it was time to try this. There was a definite difference for a few weeks. Before you would go out side and inside 60 seconds would have 10 mosquitoes around your head. After they were much more spread out and sporadic. I have noticed an increase this last 2 weeks but it is advertised as a temporary solution so that isn't a surprise. Because it is fall I did not call them again but I will be setting up the every 6 weeks spraying in the spring!

He is great and I was very pleased with the service that I received and, I am looking forward to having them come back on a regular basis.

It went very well. I had a wedding for my daughter here and they were able to get the mosquitos under control. They came out at the appropriate time intervals to spray for the mosquito’s. I had three treatments done by the end of July and it seemed to be pretty effective. They showed up on time and seemed to be conscientious. I am very pleased with them. They were reasonable on price. I would use them again.

I got the $19.00 deal from Angies List for Green Pest. Adam came out and was very polite and knowledgeable. He sprayed outside and checked for termites. Said I didn't have any. It was worth the $19. deal. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Used the $19 Angies special today. Our technician, Dennis, was friendly, courteous and professional. We will review the service contract information he provided to see if we want ongoing services. Dennis gave us the info and walked thru it, but there was no heavy handed sell involved. Information is good!

The man who came was very professional and courteous. he clearly explained what he was going to do. Since I only paid $19 for the ant spray treatment, I expected them to try to upsell me. But he did not. He was finished in about 20 minutes, and I have not seen ants since, so it must have been effective. I would definitely call them again if we experience more pest problems.

The service was well worth $19.99 to get a peace of mind that no major pest damage (such as from termites) is happening in your house.
