It went great. We will call them again and I have already referred them to someone else. They were on time and were not pushy.

It turned out fine with Green Pest Solutions. Originally they were supposed to come out one day but it was raining so he gave me the option to do the treatment or to come back when it wasn't raining because it's much better without the rain. I had him come out another night and he came to do the work. They did give me information if I wanted to do an annual agreement to come out as much as needed. The guy who came out, Adam was great and I'm considering them doing the annual maintenance at my house. I'm just waiting to see how well it works, so far I haven't had any bugs since they came out. Their pricing was good.

They have contacted me within 24 hours after purchase. I would recommend them highly to my friends. They're a timely service and also, they're professional. They actually contacted me within 1 day but for my situation, I just needed service in one month and they have come to my home as scheduled. Everything works out perfectly.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They came out to look at our house, which was undergoing major renovations. There was termite damage in the house before the renovations. Nothing in particular negative or positive stuck out about this company. I used them about a week after I purchased the Big Deal. The technician was on time.

They showed up on time and sprayed the outside. He talked to me about using their service, so I signed up to have a regular visit at the end of the week. I think the cost of the special limited deal from Angie's list should be deducted if you sign up for regular service since that would have been included in the treatment if it hadn't already been done.

I had a lot of questions and they were all answered. I felt Dennis was knowledgable regarding his field. I feel he did not rush and looked throughly through the basement and outside.

I was VERY impressed with his professionalism. I have had other large exterminator outfits before and know their general pricing structure. I like that this company was started from the ground up by the very man that came out to see me. I always prefer doing business with small, local companies. It's what this country was built on and with the courtesy, knowledge and professionalism and pricing I was shown by Green Pest Solutions you CAN'T go wrong doing business with them so I will be signing up for a year contract for pest control AND termite control today! I have full faith they will do their best to take care of my rodent and termite issues.

I was super pleased with him. He was excellent. He went above and beyond. I even signed on for a yearly plan. I have had a lot in the past that I haven't been pleased with.

This gentleman was very professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and appeared to be very knowledgeable. Luckily we did not have a problem...since our house is for sale. If we ever needed pest / termite services in the future...he would be the one I would call.

The service turned out well. They found some termites on the outside basement window. We scheduled an appointment to get the termites taken care of. They came back on the scheduled time and took care of that issue. They were professional, did what they said they would do and all the work was completed properly.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and I think it was fine. I actually didn’t meet with them. They came when my husband was here and so I never had any direct contact with them, but my husband and I were happy with the results. I know they contacted me right away to set up a time and I think that time was within a couple of weeks. I can’t remember exactly though. I don’t remember feeling like I was waiting and it seemed to go as quickly as I had hoped. Their work met my expectations. I don’t remember my husband telling me that they showed up late and so I don’t know about their punctuality for sure.

The service was excellent. In fact, we signed up with him. He was very courteous and professional. We were very impressed with him. He gave us a card. I did not have to ask for the card. He did not have any attitude. He took time to explain things to us. He did more for us in that little introductory time than we did with the pest company we had been having for years. We canceled that company and we signed up with him. The big deal was $19, but we signed up with him and it costs $27 a month. I think I still like a better deal on the price, but it was better than what I was currently paying. It was fair.

What I needed was not covered by the Big Deal, so I am requesting a refund.

treated the house, garage, & infected tree stumps for termites, also did a pest control treatment for spiders, crickets & other insects. place advanced bait trapped around the house & garage . they will check all traps & re bait ever 6-8 weeks for next 12 months

We had Dennis Guinan and had was very professional. Knew everything about termites and well as camel crickets which are a real problem in our area. I was really pleased with the service. A A++++

He showed up on time and was very professional. He treated house as in the original proposal. He explained that the bugs we found were pill bugs and were harmless. He left bed bug traps just in casel. He also left material and a proposal if we find bed bugs in future. He said it did not appear that would be the case. He did not ask us to sign up for any other service and was friendly and easy to work with.

I had Green Pest Solutions out after purchasing a deal they were offering. The technician was extremely nice and arrived on time. He explained every detail of what he was doing and was very thorough. After having them out wqe signed up for a yearly contract because I was so impressed. When the 2nd technician cam out to start the yearly contract, he was extremely professional as well.

It was fine. There were no additional charges. They gave us advice on all the things we can do around the house. This was the first time I've used them. I would recommend them. They were good. They came out when we scheduled it. They were on time. I would use them in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went okay. It was a one time service, and they left a paper with me for signing a contract, but I wasn't interested. Usually when I call pest control people, they spray in all the room, but they sprayed in the basement only. I was not impressed with that. I didn't pay anything extra for the service, I only paid what was on the big deal. I was not up for signing the contract because there were a couple of things that I didn't like.I was not happy about not spraying the upstairs and so I would not use them again.

They were very good and knowledgeable and I was satisfied with the service.

I have had Green Pest for a couple of years and let me say they are always prompt and courteas. Wouldnt think of anyone else to do the job. Never ever had a problem. I have even had them do my daughters house with the same professialism
