Adam showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He also looked around after I told him about a mouse problem I had in the summer; he didn't do a hard sell for additional services but did tell me to call him if I saw any evidence of a recurrence. I was not impressed with the hard sell from another company; I've now had 2 good experiences with Green Pest, so I'm pretty sure that's who I'll call the next time I need to deal with a pest problem.

It seemed like the deal was just a type of bait to get larger jobs. They found several termites and gave an estimate for over $1,000. After, they called three or four times to try and get me to do that job. One follow up call would have been sufficient. However, they did accomplish the entire description of the job for the deal.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information. I had another popular service provider in the past and it was like pulling teeth. Green Pest was very helpful and even found that the back of my house showed signs of rodents burrowing. First time anyone told me that.

Inspected for termites and provided treatment for termites.

The initial visit was to check for termites and do a perimeter pesticide spray of the property. I was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and decided to have them do regular maintenance. I was quite happy with the second visit as well. Frank was the technician and he, too, was very professional and gave me lots of tips on how to keep pests out of my home. Thanks.

The technician came out and he was so nice and curtious. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot, and he answered them all. I will be using this company again.

They did exactly as they said. They treated doorways and entrances to home for ants. They also offered advice and a treatment plan that we are using them for in the future which was optional. They offer other services which they told us about and said that we did not need so they were honest.

On time. Did not realize it was minimal spraying outside only.

Good customer service. Easy to deal with the office personnel and the service man was punctual and thorough. He explained in detail the services that were being performed so my wife could understand. Provided good documentation of work too. Price was reasonable, maybe slightly higher than others but worth it for quality service.

It went well. They were punctual and efficient. As I mentioned above, they sprayed a hornets nest at no additional cost. Overall great experience!

Sprayed perimeter of house 1st time. Have mice in garage-put bait stations in there. Went in crawl space-mice getting in there too.Checked the attic,|have wasp nest. Some spiders and ants inside house. Second visit-sprayed perimeter of house. Killed wasp nest in attic. Put bait stations in attic. Put poisonous food in crawl space. Checked garage.

Service was very prompt from the moment that I purchased this deal until I scheduled the visit. Their office was very efficient. Adam, the technician who came out was early for the appt., He checked my basement for signs for pest or rodent infiltration. He placed glue traps in the basement to catch mice or crawling insects. He treated the outside of my home for the same. He was very polite, professional and gave me some information to read about the company and their offers but there was no "hard sales" pitch.

Dennis was great! He was friendly and very professional. He explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions without hesitation. He explained the inspection process and then explained where the termites actually live (in the ground - who knew!). He went into great detail about the two options open to me for eradicating the problem, even explaining to me why I shouldn't just take the shed down (they would then go for the house!). Once I selected the option, he explained, in detail, what would take place when his crew came. Best of all, the products being used were not at all harmful to my tenants two young children or their pets. I then hired Dennis to come and inspect my home and to do a regular anti-pest treatment aroound the base of my home, as he had done at the rental property. The following Monday the crew arrived at my rental property, on time, and they performed the desired work efficiently and were no bother to my tenants. They will come back in the spring and do an inspection to make sure that all is well (part of the price, no extra charge). I was also able to put the bill on a monthly payment plan with no extra fees. I was very pleased with everything and with every one I dealt with from the company. I am hoping to sell my rental property in the next several years, and having a certificate that shows that the house and shed were treated for termites and that the house and shed are protected for 10 years, will be, I believe, a great selling feature. The final piece that made me very happy was that Dennis said that they run these deals twice a year and that I should look out for it in the spring so that he could come back and do both of my properties for the sale price. Yep, I'm looking forward to seeing Dennis in the spring!

They sprayed pest control outside the home. They also inspected for termites in the basement and garage. They were punctual and thorough.

I asked for a termite inspection. I was told I had termites at one time but most likely not at present. They also sprayed the perimeter of my house.

Really nice guys, flexible scheduling, prompt arrival. They performed the services as part of their Angie's List special. Asked about any concerns we had and made some basic offerings (some of which were no cost to us). Helpful and not pushy, thanks!

First the estimator came out and reviewed our property and gave some estimates. The first year is the year we will pay the most for both termite prevention and overall pest protection. The prices for both will go down substantially in the coming years. The technician came out approximately 1 week later and installed/provided the termite prevention as well as the overall pest prevention. The technician went into the crawl space and made sure he sprayed around all the walls and corners before he emerged from the crawl space. I know this for a fact because I could hear him and -- having been in the crawl space myself to run some wires for speakers some years ago, I know he was everywhere in that area. I will recommend them in the future to anyone that says they need these types of services.

Good use of an Angie's List deal to spray the whole perimeter of my house for bugs and inspect that there were no infestations. The guy was nice and explained everything clearly. He also asked me questions to make sure what he was doing would cover what I needed.

I highly recommend. Service tech was on time, extremely polite, and professional. Didn't try to sell me anything else besides the discount insect spray treatment I had already paid for. Also, he went the extra mile to check my attic for any possible infestations.

Inspected for termites inside and out - no evidence found. Sprayed for bugs outside. Inspection and service were started when promised, and completed within an hour. Rep left information on all services the company can provide.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did what they said they were going to do. They were nice and they seemed very honest. The price was good.

they scheduled a time and came early while we weren't home. can only assume work was perfromed as expected.

It worked out great actually and they came out September 23rd. They finished the work on time and whatever was promised from the deal they stuck to it.
