They checked the exterior for pests, treated for ants and other bugs, set traps for mice, checked for termites and offered a 1 year plan to continue treatments.

A Rep came and presented me with programs. Haven't had a chance to review. Having house painted, painter found hornet's nests and some flying. Called Rep, sent a tech, sprayed from outside. Have not been billed. Everyone seemed OK. Better opinion will be after we decide program and see results. I will be glad to provide review at that time.

Had them come in for pest evaluation and diagnostic. The owner of the company came to my door to do the evaluation and he was very friendly and informative. Did not try to push any products or services on me but informed me on my options. Would go to again and recommend to my family and friends.

The service turned out fine. Everything was good for the coupon that they offered. The technician that they sent was good.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was a good experience. He spent some time and explained things, what they offered in their bi yearly visit. I asked him to do a little extra, and he sprayed my driveway seems as well, he did my house, and also went to the basement with me. I have no complaints. He was polite. He was a great guy. Good kid. He was a well presented young man. We did not pay anything extra. Hopefully we will decide to have them back. We just need somebody dependable. The company that we had before would make an appointment with us, and take a day off work, and they would cancel. The price is a little bit above average, and that is why we are not sure if we will use them as an ongoing service. He mixed up a jug of something in his trunk, and he went around the exterior of the house. We have a garden ant problem, and he explained things to me. He was cautious, polite, and had no problem going the extra mile for me. We didn't have any problem with scheduling. He was free with any kind of question that I had and any kind of answer that I had. He was well dressed, I was surprised at the distance that he came from, but he said it was no problem. We are likely to use them in the future, but we haven't signed any contract. If money was no object, it was 5 years ago when I was not partially disabled, we would sign up with them.

He was very prompt and very nice also. We had an ant problem. The issue recurred briefly in smaller numbers about two weeks after the service was performed, but then they went away.

The overall experience went really well. The technician showed up on time and professional. He did his work promptly and was finished.

It was David, I believe- I apologize if I've gotten his name wrong, but I remember him well, who came promptly. He was pleasant and courteous, evidently well prepared, knowledgeable and informative. He explained that the perimeter pest spray was safe for our dog, that it was a substance even used directly on pets for tick and flea control safely. He was thorough, efficient, and instilled confidence. The cost was very reasonable. I will use this company in the future for any other pest control and prevention needs.

The guys was on time and very polite. Did his business and didn't try to upsell anything. Very nice to deal with and will use them again.

I thought they were going to spray inside. They put out sticky traps for some field mice but I still have the problem and the traps caught nothing.

I paid extra for a lot of termite remediation after the inspeciton. I'm actually set up on payment schedule so I didn't have to pay up front, that plan also has no interest. They were very thorough and professional while performing the inspection as well as the treatment.

Very professional company. Prompt service and friendly. The treatment seemed to help. The follow-up calls asking if we wanted more treatments were mildly annoying, but I understand that's just good business follow-up from their perspective. Overall, happy with the results.

I missed my original schedule appointment, but Green Pest Solutions rescheduled quickly and without and fuss. Thank you Green Pest. During my rescheduled appointment, the representative was very professional and punctual. He sprayed around the perimeter of my home. He was unable to do the termite inspection because he stated that it required a basement, my house only has a crawl space. So I'm not sure if he conducted an outside termite check, he never said anything. There were existing termite

The service was good; in fact I probably need to follow up with them. Everything was satisfactory; they were good.

The fellow who came was thorough, and super-courteous. He was very careful to explain the cans and can'ts with regard to my pets. He did not get pushy trying to upsell, but based on my experience I'm glad he left a brochure with a list of their full services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out okay. Of course they were trying to sell me additional services. I didn't have any complaints about them. For $19.99, you get what you pay for. They used products basically that I could have found in the grocery store myself. It wasn't a spectacular experience but it was a $19.99 experience. The pricing was great. The experience was fine.

Excellent technician who applied the liquid Termidor treatment to the soil around the perimeter of the house and on portions of concrete around the house. The Technician, William, was very professional and cordial/responsive in his dealings with me. Answered all my questions. Cleaned-up after the job which took about 3.5 hours. Also, good front office communications with me in terms of scheduling and confirming the work date. Professional all around.
