From what I remember everything went okay. My wife was there when they did the work and they left recommendations and a folder detailing what they did. There was a slight miscommunication with the date of service, but that was the only issue.

It went well, the people showed up and did what they said they were going to do. They gave us some pointers and gave us some bed bug deterrent and that was it. It was what I expected and they were out here with in a couple of days of the purchase. They did not charge me anything extra.

Outdoor treatment for termites and bugs. Office staff were professional and the staff member who came was polite and did a good job.

Technician arrived right on time, was very professional and friendly, and seemed quite knowledgeable.

Not sure how the spray worked! The guy was nice and helpful! He didn't get annoyed at my random questions.

The service tech was prompt, pleasant, and professional. He did everything that was described in the deal, explaining what he was doing as he went along. He explained what would be involved and the costs if I contracted for future services without pushing those services in any way. I was very happy with the experience.

We had to cancel the first time due to snow. However, Green Pest followed up and rescheduled immediately. The technician, Dennis, called the day of the scheduled service and was available to come earlier which he did. When he arrived he asked our concerns and planned his treatment around our discussion. Dennis was knowledgable, professional, polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing and what the results would be. He also, explained what treatment we may need in the future. Although he left information about his company's various service plans he never tried to get a commitment for future service, which I appreciated. I would certainly use Green Pest in the future

They were very through. The technician inspected my house from top to bottom, including a crawl space that I would never go in. I was relieved to find out my house was termite free and that my only problem was several ant colonies outside of my home that they were nesting inside also. They treated them and felt that that solved the problem. I had just had all new siding and windows installed and other work done on my home so I am having them do a quarterly service for a year to protect my investment. I liked their service enough that I will talk to them about treating my lawn this summer.

I was very pleased with the job. They service was excellent. I would recommend them and surely use them in the future.

They came at the appropriate time. Checked the house and yard and told me if I had any termites or other pests.

Sprayed for bugs. Very professional, prompt and courteous. However, the product did not seem to be as effective as the "non-green" ones that I've used in the past. Still continued to see live spiders. Might use again anyway since I have young children and don't want to expose them to chemicals that are probably worse for their health than spiders!

He was fine. I was having a little problem with mice. The problem seems to have gone. I didn’t spend anything more than the Big Deal coupon. The gentleman was very professional. It was just minimal work what he did. He just gave me an overview and estimates of his services in case I needed them again. I wouldn’t use him again in the future.

I later received a message via Angie's list but this is not a viable way to arrange an appointment. So I never had any contact with the provider or service. I have nothing against the provider, who may be fine, but intend never to pay for service again via Angie's list.

The service turned out good. I would rate it highly. The man was very polite, not pushy, suggested something but he we nice. He solved the problem because we were having mice occasionally. He was very honest about the lawn that we needed to do some work before we even hire them. I thought the exterminating was a little expensive.

He came out on time, he actually showed up a little early. It was okay and he worked around our schedule because he was early. It did work; we did notice a couple of insects after the first treatment. They were responsive when it came to making the appointment. The guy was really friendly and nice. I would try them again.

It turned out okay. The man who came out showed up on time and did the service. There was nothing negative about the experience. Everything was just fine. I only paid for the price of the big deal and it was an excellent price. I did not follow him around and I have never had the service done before so it is hard for me to know the quality of his service. I did not know what he was doing when he was outside.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. We had a little bit of a trouble with the scheduling. There was some confusion. They didn't show up and they came late but eventually they made it right and showed up and took care of what they had to take care of. There is nothing really that I liked about them. The work turned up okay. I want to go with another company because I was irritated with the responsive issue. I had to press really hard to have somebody show up here because I have set up the appointment way in advance. I have more than one home so I gave them more than one address, the billing address and the address where the service was done. It was 45 minutes to go to the place where the service would have been performed and they weren't there. When I explained it to them what they had done, they said they will schedule for another time. I told them I just drove 45 minutes to be there and I had been waiting a half hour and I won't be going back so they did it later that day but I guess I was irritated and displeased because that was a pretty basic thing that you get to the right place. There was no extra cost. I kept the original plan. They came out within 2-3 weeks after I purchased the deal, on a reasonable schedule. They didn't wait too long. I told them my specific problem and I asked them to come prepared for that and then they went to the wrong place ready to do all the generic problems but not the problem I had. When we rescheduled it, they showed up when they said they were going to. They had a good representative.

II believe they offer excellent, quality service, but I just couldn't afford to pay $900 for a 2 month warranty. If the problem returns, I will entertain the idea of paying the $900 if the owner will compromise on the warranty, which from the representative's viewpoint, he won't.

Green pest solutions were excellent. They called promptly and scheduled the treatment....no issues. After the first treatment, the were significantly less mosquitos. Paid for additional treatments and the Mosquitos were gone, and we could use the patio and outside again. The treatments made a substantial difference....and will contract with them next spring to start early.

Dennis was a great representative of the company. He described what to look for and what my options were whether or not I hired Green Pest Solutions. He was also able to answer questions about another service they offer-lawn fertilization. No pressure to sign a contract- a great experience.

They came out very promptly. The man was very friendly. He inspected the house. He didn’t tell us anything we didn’t know. I was ready to purchase the package and before I had the chance to purchase the entire package for pest control and termite treatment which was a little over $700, the crickets were back. I didn’t call them to tell them about it. Everything seemed fine and reasonable. He explained what the chemicals were. They were here when they said they would.

Usual professional service from this company. I took advantage of a 'Big Deal' offer and they set up an appointment with me. They inspected the property, put down their special spray treatment around outside perimeter and gave me free bed bug detectors. Adam is very professional and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have. Their office staff are friendly and courteous.I have used them before and they never disappoint! :)
