He told me he found termites outside but not inside the house so he suggested a termite removal contract. Scheduling was fine and he seemed professional.

The Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased was fine. We signed up for 3 years worth of quarterly inspections. We just had a piece of paper in our door saying that they had been here, but we didn't have a call ahead that they were coming, and didn't have any personal contact. We were a little bit surprised, but I guess that's what they do. It was some sort of treatment outside and left a piece of paper there. We were very very impressed with the guy who came the first time, and the time spent looking all around so we signed up right away. He was really thorough. He looked inside, outside, and everything else. We were really, really tickled, but I'm not saying that the second guy wasn't good. We just didn't know he was coming, we didn't have any contact, and just one of their forms saying they were there today, what they did, and that was it. We would have preferred a call ahead of time, and we should have probably been here because we had some questions and concerns. The first time was enough that we were quite impressed and signed up. I thought the price was reasonable. We were very, very happy and impressed. The first one came out early. It would be good to call up. Maybe that's not their thing, but that's what we feel should have happened, and we expected to happen. We are certainly going to finish up our thing but we would like definitely to be called next time before they come.

The exterminator was punctual, professional and pleasant. He informed me of the work he was going to do prior to starting. He asked about any particular pest problems I was having. He performed his duties quietly ad let me know when he was finished. The problems with the spiders persisted so I am not sure whether the extermination effort was successful.

They explained everything well to my son and made him understand on what they were doing. They gave me a listing of prices for other services for the future. They were really very good to work with.

The gentleman performing the work (Dennis) was punctual, professional, wore shoe covers to protect our carpet and flooring, and did not try to upsell. He also shared a lot of useful information about different types of bees/wasps we see around our house. Several sticky traps were placed in the basement, a moth trap, as well as several bed bug detectors. A pleasure to do business with.

He checked around the house for signs of mice, then put some traps in the garage. It was really no more than I do myself.

Originally bought Angies List special worth only $19. It was titled "$19 Pest or Rodent Control pkg. incl. Termite inspection and bed bug detection. it includeed basic spray outside and bed bug detection. Adam found them in our living rm. couch. He was my first contact and I believe high up in the company. He was very punctual and professional. Gave me lots of information which was helpful. Adam sold me a larger package that includes 3 spray treatments, inside & outside and lasts a year... and more but don't remember all of it. Seemed pricey (approx. $988) to me but I was desperate to get rid of our bed bugs and crawling insects in our house. I wonder about the price. So far we've had 2 separate sprayings, a month apart. Everytime I call with questions, the staff is very professional and kind. So overall, a good experience.

The technician examined my backyard and told me I did not have a problem with moles or voles. The holes I saw in the ground were made by squirrels seeking acorns buried in the yard. No treatments were needed. This was a relief, because another pest control firm had recommended placing bail stations to deal with an apparent problem with voles. The cost would have been $375.00 for the recommended treatment. This was one of the most valuable "second opinions" I have ever received. I will definitely contact Green Pest Solutions for any future problems with pests.
