It worked out okay. They didn’t do a whole lot for the deal though. It seemed a bit superficial.

I didn't spend any additional. They were prompt, on time, courteous and efficient. They seemed to be knowledgeable. It is a service that you don't know if it is working or not because I didn't have any big problems. I couldn't beat the price on the offer. They did offer an ongoing service for pest control that I am probably going to enlist. They did give me a follow up call to remind me.

I would not get a contract with them again because of the lack of prior notice that the service will be performed on a mutually agreed upon date.

From June-October 2013 they came every four weeks and sprayed our property. Prior to this we couldn't go into our yard during the summer months without being swarmed. Even insect repellent didn't really work. It would keep them off of you, but they'd just hover 4-6 inches around your body. The treatments virtually elminated the problem. We'd still apply repellent and light a citronella candle or two just to be safe, but we hardly noticed them after the treatments. Will definitely use them again this year. In addition, the staff is very professional and personable. The customer service is excellent.

The service was good. He came and put the stuff down, and he was a good person. I don't know what the results were supposed to be.

While there, they diagnosed a termite problem. After getting a second opinion, I accepted their treatment application solution and so far there's been no sign of repeat "visitors". The service techs and phone support people were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. While the price was in keeping with competitors, it was still a little steep for me. Their multi-month payment plan helped me out.
