Green Pest Solutions

Green Pest contacted me right away after purchasing the deal. They set up a date and showed up exactly on time. They were extremely friendly and helpful, offering details about what I might see and patiently worked with me as I explained our setup. I was not prepared to sign on for an extended contract, and they didn't push at all. Most importantly, I had piece of mind and fewer crawly things for a few weeks! I would definiltey use them in the future.

They were very helpful and friendly.

I originally cut them off about a year ago (4/2013) because they were not following through with periodic checks and treatments. They were contrite and promised to provide better service. They sent someone 4.22.2013 who re-baited and promised to come back. I believe they came back once last fall, but have not seen nor heard from them since. My contract was supposed to end 9/2014. I am not even sure if they are still in business, or if they are, do they actually want customers.

Both interactions that we had with the company were to notch. When the gentleman arrived for the free estimate he was very informative and put us at ease about the minor termite damage we had suffered. He gave us a full explanation of services and what to expect. When the service technicians arrived, on time, he was also very professional and pleasant. He did a thorough job on both termite treatment and the general pest control. Overall it was a good experience.

This was my first time using Green Pest Solutions and I was really pleased with the service. They were very knowledgable and responsive to my bug issues. I recently moved into an apartment complex that was older and the windows in my living room and bedroom were also old and without weather stripping. Stink bugs along with a bee and a wasp got into my apartment. I had the appointment set up within a day and a half of making the call. My service call was handled by Steve who did a great job. Steve assessed the situation, checked my entire apartment as well and did a super effective job of treating the interior windows and also the outside doorway and outside window areas. I will be using this service quarterly but was assured that they will be here for me at anytime as needed. Great service!

They were pretty helpful. They weren’t at the same level as terminex which was disappointing. But they’re willing to work around that. They are really trying to make me happy though

It went well and scheduling was easy. They were very thorough and gave us a pamphlet explaining that they use mostly all natural products.

We wanted a termite inspection and warranty on our home. Adam came out an did an initial inspection and noted no termites. He then did a diagram of our home, drew up a proposal, explained what their service was all about and what the warranty covered if there was ever any damage. We went ahead with the service and they were out 2 days later. William placed the bait system and was done and gone within a few hours. He was very nice and respectful of the property. We also went ahead with a general pest agreement, which Adam also quoted us, and explained their services. Jim came out the same day a William and he inspected the home again to be sure we had no problems that were not apparent to us. No signs of pest indoors, but he did find carpenter ants outside. He sprayed the perimeter foundation for ants, spiders and general pests. He also put down glue boards in the basement, but he noticed we had dogs so he "boxed" them, so the dogs would not get into them if they ever wondered into the basement. He was very friendly and nice to talk with. All in all, it was a great experience with all of the techs. I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks about pest control.

He didn’t really say anything and it wasn’t very useful. He didn’t tell us what we could do for mice and spiders. He didn’t really answer any of our questions. We just ended up going with someone else. They were punctual and called us back and showed up when they said they would be there.

Friendly, punctual and professional

It was okay, but it was expensive for how much they wanted. They only treated the outside and I thought they would also treat the inside. The technician was pleasant and I had no problems. They got the job done in about 10-15 minutes.

The company owner 'Adam" responded the same day that we called, for the estimate, and was very thorough, informative and professional. Green Pest Solutions was our fourth competitor estimate. "Adam" conducted the most thorough inspection of any of the other companies that came to our home. The termite infestation was advanced, although we didn't have any major damage he said. He said that the company would call us with an appointment date, which they did, and we were serviced within 4 days, on a Saturday (4/12/2014). The office staff was very kind, courteous, professional and delightful. On the day of service a technician by the name of "Joe" came out to treat our home. . He was courteous, but his service was completed rather quickly---in about 2.5 hours. When "Joe" said that his work was completed, I noticed that he failed to drill the holes into the inner perimeter of our attached one-car garage floor, as "Adam" said they would. All three previous pest control companies also informed us that this drilling, inside of the perimeter of the garage was necessary, as there was also evidence of active termite infestation all around the inside walls of the garage. I asked "Joe" why he failed to drill the holes (12" apart) into the inner concrete floor perimeter of the garage to inject the chemical, he replied that it isn't necessary, with no further explanation. I informed him that all of the other companies, providing estimates, including "Adam" felt it was necessary. The two days later (Monday), I telephoned Green Pest Solutions and asked to speak to Adam, who was not available at that time. Adam later returned my phone call and I explained the situation. He replied that the drilling inside of the garage certainly should have been done by the technician "Joe". Adam had the office set me up for another service appointment, and another technician by the name of "William" respond the next day and he completed the job as it was supposed to be done. It took him about 2 hours to finish the job. William was very courteous and professional. He also agreed that the drilling inside of the garage, to apply the chemical beneath the garage floor was absolutely necessary. I am very pleased with the service and quick response that I received from Green Pest Solutions, and I have already highly recommended them to the neighbors living adjacent to our home. Angie's list is great too, easy to understand, and allowed us to find the best company to service our home.

Dan showed up between the appointed time frame, 8-10 am, and introduced himself. He inspected the lower floor of the home, specifically, the closet area under the stairs. At that point he checked the surrounding property and fence which had some damage in the lower end. He treated the area and also placed spiders boxesin the 2 corners of the interior garage door.

Dennis was prompt and professional. He only performed the initial functions as mentioned in the ad. I made arrangements for them to return in a month for normal maintenance service. Dennis remarked that the start up fee would be waived due to my being an Angie,s list client. I think that was just so much marketing bs. I do not remember the exact amt. that he mentioned, but it was a few hundred dollars.

A week later still noticed had termite activity, so had to have them back out for a larger in ground follow-up treatment. No issues since that last service.

They initially did not take care of the problem. However, after a poor review on Angie's List, they called me and said that they would like to have an opportunity to take care of the problem again. They did come out again and took care of the problem. The guy came out and put out a couple of mouse traps. It didn’t do it. The mouse just never went to the mouse trap. I continued to have a problem with the mouse. Someone else came out and they did a more comprehensive thing. They didn’t put out just two mouse traps; they put out a huge amount plus sticky paper. Finally, the mouse got caught. They were certainly concerned enough to come back and take care of the problem; some people would not. With regard to price, when I used them originally, they had a special, which was relatively reasonable. The price was fine, but it was ineffective. With the special, they did a very limited program. With regard to punctuality, they did change the dates a couple of times for me. They were professional. They were concerned about it; they just weren't effective the first time around. They were concerned about their reputation. They were going to do whatever they could to get rid of this mouse. The biggest issue is that we don’t know where the mice are getting in. When we figure out where the mice are getting in to a house, we really end the problem. They couldn’t figure it out, but they are not alone; there are other people. This is a very difficult problem, and sometimes we get other professional people. They just don’t know where the mice are getting in, because mice can get into very tiny places. They were willing to do their best to make me happy. It was a tough problem. I don’t know whether I would use them again.

The technician called a head of time with forewarning he might be late from providing service at another location. He was very friendly and professional during is assessment of the spider situation. He briefed me on what need to be done and did exactly that. He made sure I did not have any other concerns and then informed me about the products he used and what to expect. Overall awesome costumer service and great results.

They were very good, nice, and polite. He didn’t find any active termites and said that if the building inspector finds anything they will give us a good deal. He even sprayed around my house. He put down 5 mouse traps for free! I was very impressed.

The guy came over and looked around my house for Termite Inspection and provided me Bed Bug Detectors

It went well. They were courteous and on time. They went about their project in a timely manner and it was a quick treatment. I was happy with the service.

We were under the impression that they would follow up in order to complete the assessment, thus confirming or negating his hypotheses. That latter did not happen. The suggestions were helpful to us.

The technician was teriffic. He explained the treatment process and throughly check both the back and front of the house for any issues. I highly recommend this company.

The provider was professional and courteous.

I found this company to be extremely professional and I was very happy to learn we had no pest issues to worry about. I would definitely recommend them.
