Did a good job and gave me an estimate for future treatment.

It went very well. Only complaint was my own stupidity in not reading the fine print. Expected indoor treatment as well as outside. But didn't get the treatment inside.

It went well. The guy was really nice and answered all my questions. He said the house was in good shape, as far as termites went. The total cost was $19. He came on time and didn’t try to push any products or future trips. It was a good deal! We will use them in the future if we have any problems.

They were punctual, efficient and courteous.

It was fine. They found that everything was okay, and put some traps down around the house. They also gave us some suggestions, too. One tech did all the work.

.HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE GOT DOWN AND DIRTY IN THE AREA AROUND THE HOUSE AND ESPECIALLY IN A CRAWL SPACE THAT WAS HEAVILY INFESTED. GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS FOR KEEPING THE BUGS AWAY FROM THE INTERIOR.

Requested late appointment (4pm - 6pm). Got a call the night before confirming treatment, asking about coming early. I called the tech on my way home, and he was waiting nearby. Asked him to wait a few minutes and that I would come out. He did. We walked the outside of the property. He thought we were very concerned about ants. I expressed that it was the bees that bothered me the most. We have large dogs. He was accommodating, sprayed the front, waited for the dogs to go outside and back inside before moving to the backyard. Also instructed me to wait an hour before letting them outside, and informed me that the treatment would not be harmful to our dogs. He sprayed the perimeter of the back of the house. Spotted a couple of carpenter bee holes and sprayed them. I pointed out a spot near our chimney where there was bee activity. It was not sprayed (very high in the air), but that was explained. The treatments cover all different kinds of insects, and the treatments would impact most of the insects as they come in contact with each other. A nest of some kind was shown to me in the front of the house, it was high and I believe the tech said it was treated and would be removed the next visit. We talked about underground pests (moles/voles?) and he said the next time he could bring dog-proof traps. I was told not to worry about most of the bees in our yard. One kind can't sting, another kind is protected, one more kind was being treated, and it's too early in the season for the 4th kind. I was also told that the treatment would be effective within a couple of days, but I should wait a week for the full effects. It's now Saturday, 4 days later. Activity at dusk/night has been a minimum, but the activity is hopping today. I called and they wanted to schedule over a week out. After expressing displeasure, we are scheduled for a visit on Wednesday. In the meantime, I'll stay off my deck during the day this weekend.

They were punctual, professional and I noticed the reduction in pests almost immediately. This was an Angie's List deal, but I am planning on using them for further pest prevention.

It was great, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He suggested some additional service options based on the problems I described. It was a pleasure. He was not pushy or trying to upsell me on things I did not need. I will be using them for all of my future needs.

They were pretty booked up, but that's expected given the price of the promotion they were running. Once the appointment was scheduled they were very prompt and professional. Great service overall.

Came on time, sprayed pesticide outside the house,. Inspected the house for bugs/spiders and gave a quote for additional treatments.

He was very polite. Explained everything. Explained many of their other services in case we had a need for them. Put booties over his shoes to come into the house to inspect in the basement. Provided the brand as well as chemical names of the chemicals used since we are chemists and asked. Very knowledgeable when we asked questions about what could be done about the stink bugs. I think for what we got the $19 was a tremendous value. Obviously an opportunity to introduce us to the company and to the variety of services they can provide.

Phone staff knowledgeable/efficient/helpful timely followed by dream expert, w/ knowledge of the area too, inspecting inside & out while educating/advising on our termites, other insects, & other pests, then guaranteed match all reputable competitors and providing all eligible discounts, followed through by motivated/skilled/unobtrusive technician excellently completing termite extermination & prevention mostly outside in ground/cement w/ astonishingly little inconvenience plus quick work in basement didn't smell or discommode us requiring only a bit more sweep-up later and months' later follow-up damage inspection "after basement wood joists supporting house dry from termite mud." We'll happily pay good value $138 annual renewal/insurance next 10 years reinspect/treat/repair any new damage til service due again next decade. Meanwhile we're also working on implementing DIY inc advised by the inspector, inc: 1) resurrecting STINKBUG disposal & approved sticky catcher w/ light for attic "NOT outside to attract!" 2) hanging bat house w/ attractant scent in our treeline "where MOSQUITOES congregate" (bats eat up to 600/day) 3) recognizing & how to deal w/ "root damaging" SHREWS in yard holes we knew weren't Moles/Voles/Groundhogs 4) replacing sticky board CRAWLING INSECT catchers rep left us to try where we don't want spraying; 5) testing w/ BEDBUG finders rep left us inc for luggage after travel & furniture after visitors & we're in from public. 6) We later read to try pine cones in flower bed to discourage CATS if not SKUNKS we might try Fox Urine pellets against, 7) and diatomaceous earth or borax v. insects inside & out where we don't want spraying or fertilizer w/ pesticides. And we may also call for Green Pest Solution reasonably-priced inspect spraying safe around kids/pets for our home inside &/or out though scientist hubby appreciated rep's conservative approach to possible undesirable ramifications of altering current ecosystem's predatorial balance.

Service is designed for outdoors. My needs were for indoors.

They provided a very detailed inspection. We initially called for simple pest control treatment. While they were here, they offered to do a free termite inspection. They discovered an infestation which we had no idea about!

Purchased this Angie's List deal because the spray was detailed as EPA-approved to be human/pet friendly. Green Pest Solutions contacted me the day of purchase to set up an appointment for later the same week. He was on time, friendly, and explained the steps. This was purchased for prevention, not because of a current problem, and it seems to be working fine.

I continued to have rodent problem. I myself found out that there was a hole in the basement wall around a vent. I closed it and caught all the mice. There's been no trouble since.

I was pleased with his manners, punctuality, and consideration when entering my home. I like that he placed shoes covers on his shoes while he was inside. He answered any questions, and I didn't feel rushed. Most importantly, so far, there have been no pests, ants, spiders, or other bugs inside my home.
